Please take ample rest.  This would mean both food wise i.e. digestive rest and mentally.  Be off gadgets completely. This will allow body to conserve energy.

You could put a cold towel on your abdomen and lie down for 5 - 10 minutes. OR try taking a nap.

After every motion or after every 2 hours – you can have a banana or apple or pomegranate.

You could take  a concoction of lemon mixed with equal amount of water.  You can add a pinch of haldi to it. Eat only if you are hungry and resume with steamed vegetables such as potatoes.  Add some raw in form of simple salads. Get well soon!

For immediate relief, you should support your body as it demands to conserve energy and use it to eliminate toxins.  Eat light, and only raw. So fruits are best to go with at this time. Be off dairy and non veg completely till you recover fully.  As appetite returns add in vegetable salads, steamed veggies only, keeping grains off bay for some more time. Heavy digesting foods require a lot of energy to digest and interfere with the body’s action of restoring the acid-alkaline balance.

Not having any appetite during bad stomach is a body’s signal to not want any cooked food.  Best is to eat fruits and that too stick to bananas, apple, and anaar.

When body has high acidic levels, it aims to create mechanism of fever, loose motions, cough and colds to expel the high toxicity.  This acid-alkaline disbalance (or toxicity load) is created through high intake of processed foods, low intake of raw foods, lack of rest, or proper sleep, highly activated, buzzed mind, etc.  and also external factors such as stress and pollution. In such acidic environment, the germs also breed well. Thus in long-term your aim should be restoring the alkaline balance through the correct supportive actions.  Add more raw to your food intake, with very high servings of fruits and vegetables. Make time to rest physically, mentally.
