Soak five walnuts in water at night and take then whole early morning
Take seasonal fresh fruits
Green veg and digestive juices
Dip your eyes in freshwater daily
Take lot of water daily particularly early morning
Rub your both hands and put them on your eyes while concentrating on green color

- To get sharp memory power primary requirement is healthy food.
- Consume healthy balanced diet. Include more fruits and vegetables
- Consume nuts and dry fruits to get all macro and micro nutrients like selenium, zinc etc. which are all important for nerve cells.
- Avoid fatty foods and fried. Preserved food items
- Consume more raw food items like sprouts etc.
- Maintain a healthy ideal weight.
- Take proper sleep.
- Avoid white sugar, maida and dairy products.
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
- Regularly pedograph physical activities like walking, jogging, cycling etc. to keep Brian active.

आज के परिवेश अनियमित दिनचर्या, खानपान की गड़बड़ी ,तनाव, देर रात तक जागना ,मोबाइल ,टेलीविजन, कंप्यूटर रात्रि में प्रयोग करना ,क्रोध, चिंता, तनाव की वजह से याददाश्त क्षमता धीरे-धीर कमजोर होती चली जा रही है।
याददाश्त को तीक्ष्ण करने हेतु निम्नलिखित उपाय करने चाहिए-
- नींद- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए अवश्य लेंं इससे शरीर का तनाव कम होता हैै दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलतेे हैं।
- प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट धूप में व्यतीत करें इससे शरीर को आवश्यक विटामिन डी की आपूर्ति होती है, रक्त संचार बढ़ता है, धूप में मस्तिष्क की कार्यक्षमता बढ़ जाती है।
- दिनकर गुनगुने पानी में नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें, इससे दूसरे पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं।
- प्रतिदिन पालक के जूस का सेवन करें इसमें विटामिन ई ,विटामिन बी6 एवं फोलेट होता है, फोलेट मस्तिष्क की याददाश्त क्षमता बढ़ाने में सहायक है ।
- भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का सेवन करें ,इसे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषण प्राप्त होता है ।

As the age increases the forgetfulness increases due to the degenerative changes that take place in our brain cells. All nerve cells including brain cells have a single time growth in a lifetime. Poor memory is sometimes frustrating. Genetics could play a vital role in memory loss, especially in conditions like Alzheimer’s disease. Research has proven that if the required corrections are made at lifestyle and diet this could have a positive impact on life.
Some simple ways to improve your memory are:
- Consume less added sugar- Research studies have pointed out that there is a clear link between added sugars and poor memory losses in patients.
- Maintain an optimum weight - Obesity is said to have a link that is associated with poor memory. So maintaining an optimum weight is an essential factor to improvise your memory
- Get enough sleep – Research studies have shown that sound sleep and memory performance go hand in hand. It also helps to consolidate memory. On the other hand, bad sleep is associated with poor memory performances
- Practice Mindfulness – Practicing Mindfulness could improvise your memory and also prevent from cognitive damages that might get affected at a later stages of the life
- Cut Down Refined Carbs – Refined carbs could cause lot memory losses and could affect your memory cells
- Practice Exercises – regular exercising could also help to improvise your memory

तेज़ यादशक्ति के लिए भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें।
सूर्य नमस्कार करें।
आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
