Hi, any home remedies for my friend’s daughter who is 14 years and has not got her periods since October 2018. She gets lot of cramps and has already tried allopathy and homeopathy.

Read moreFor cramps, you could try this home remedy - take 1.5 glass of water, add a lump of gud, 3-4 teaspoon of sauth (dry ginger), one teaspoon saunf, 1/2 teaspoon of ajwain. Bring to boil and simmer the water to almost half. Now take seven almonds, chop them roughly and dry roast them in a pan. Strain and add the boiled water into this roasted almonds. Drink it hot.
Start 3-4 days before your expected date and continuing even during periods. Please have this continuously for 6-7 days.
I can understand your friend's concern. However, at the age of 14 periods tend to be a lttle erratic. It may take a year to stabilize. Regarding cramps. she has to stop having sugars and processed foods. I have noticed that for my daughter too if she has more of this a week before her periods start, they are painful.
So a clean diet with adequate rest will take care of her problems
Hi! This is a big change for your daughter and I understand your anxiety and concern as a mother. At this stage the body is undergoing lot of changes. Nature has made all the provisions for the body to cope up with these changes. All we need to do is support the body with the right kind of inputs – through balanced nutrition, activity and rest.
- Nutritionally, the body’s requirement is for foods that provide sufficient energy and foods that help build and repair. I would suggest you to be very particular about her diet. She should be having more of live, natural foods like veggies, fruits, sprouts, seeds and nuts.
- Rest – is the period when the body goes in for repair and maintenance. Ensure your child is not too bogged down with studies/gadgets/socializing etc. She should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
- Activity – encourage her to be physically active either through sports or exercise. This ensures good blood circulation and good bone and muscle health.
Do look at period problems as a part of the body’s overall well-being and not as an isolated problem. As you help your child establish healthy habits the results would show in her overall good health!
I suggest to take musta, or shatavari. I also took Musta which helped me to regulate periods. If you wish to take ayurveda route then understand her Dosha, best recommended is Musta.

शरीर में रक्त की कमी ,अनियमित दिनचर्या ,खानपान की गड़बड़ी ,अधिक कष्ट या तनाव डर की अवस्थाओं में मासिक धर्म गड़बड़ हो जाता है।
- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ,शरीर में स्थित कोशिकाओं का निर्माण होता है ।
- प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं।
- प्रतिदिन पालक ,एलोवेरा, नारियल पानी, अनार या चुकंदर के जूस का सेवन करें।
- प्रतिदिन अपने भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों को शामिल करें इससे शरीर को आवश्यक पोषक तत्वों की आपूर्ति होती है।

My daughter is 13 and started hers this year. Sometimes she has a lot of cramps and it’s still not fully stabilised. However being on a majorly high raw, enemas to remove toxic waste has started to show some differences in this condition especially cramping. This month she is also on a celery juice on empty stomach and I did not hear any complaints of cramps. She does take enema now and then.
Please keep the child off diary - milk butter ghee paneer curd from all animal products. Many people still consume ghee, but when the source is contaminated, how can the subsequent processed food be free of toxins?
Keep the child off sugars and encourage dates raisins and figs.
Don’t feed her junk packaged salty foods.
These will ensure that her pains are kept away.

कारण - किसी किसी को मासिक धर्म लेट से होता है। मासिक धर्म के समय पर शरीर में fluid की कमी हो जाती है। शरीर सफ़ाई अभियान से जुड़ चुका है और उसे झाड़ू, पोछा, पानी चाहिए सफ़ाई के लिए जो की उसे नहीं मिल रहा है। इसलिए वह दर्द की स्तिथि बनाता है।
समाधान - सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन
पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।
सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।
अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
