Breakfast be the most important meal of the day as our body goes into starvation for a long time we should have breakfast but the ideal way of breakfast is going raw with the diet to reap the most benefits and avoid acidity.
Weight loss becomes difficult when we do not follow the right method, in some cases, there are also underlying diseases like thyroid but in case you are not having any symptoms then the first thing in losing weight is following discipline. Discipline will help you lose weight in a healthy manner.
Protein is the first thing which will help in increasing or decreasing weight and the first thing we need to concentrate on. Getting a toned body with losing weight should be helpful. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health.
Here are some tips for your weight loss as well as avoiding acidity.
Eat:
The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily.
- Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water with one teaspoon of methi seeds, which will help in flushing out all the toxins and this will accelerate weight loss.
- Have a bowl of sprouts with a glass of bottle guard juice and an inch of ginger.
- After two hours, one fruit, especially seasonal fruit like oranges, papaya, guava.
- Lunch should have one buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable.
- Snack in the evening should have almonds and walnuts, apricots.
- Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad.
This will help a lot, continue for a month to see results.
Exercise:
- Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
- Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
- Pull-ups, pushups are all helping in order to increase muscle mass and loss weight. Exercises like swimming, jogging, and running helps a lot.
Meditation:
In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.
Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.
A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.
Sleep:
Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

For losing weight, a change in the lifestyle along with some changes in eating habits is needed.
On the other hand, acidity is a problem which results mainly due to the kind of food, the quantity of food and the timing of eating meals.
Skipping breakfast is not good in both the conditions. In fact, skipping breakfast an unhealthy step for your overall health. Breakfast is the nutritious food with which we start our day to be energetic until our lunchtime and also to support our metabolism.
Instead of skipping breakfast, the following tips will be helpful.
Diet
- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body.
- Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping.
- Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also.
- Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices.
- Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables.
- Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking.
- Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Exercise
Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body.
- Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min.
- Do plank for 5min.
- Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana.
- Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam.
Sleep
Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required.
Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.
Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep.

एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें
पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।
नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।
नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
