Hi Prem Kumar Batra,

Thank you for sharing your query with us!

Bloating after consuming fruits and raw vegetables could indicate digestive imbalance. Due to unnatural lifestyle choices (wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc.), there is improper digestion of food and accumulation of toxins.

Here are some guidelines that you can follow to avoid bloating:

  1. Eat fruits alone. Do not mix them with veggies, nuts or any other food item.
  2. Do not mix salt, pepper or chat masala with fruits or vegetable salad.
  3. Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach or 45 minutes before a meal & if after cooked meal take a gap of 2 hours.
  4. Avoid raw vegetables until your body gets comfortable in fruits.
  5. Do wet pack on abdomen empty stomach for 15-20 min daily.
