In yoga, we call it due to consumption of 'tamasik' diet like cheese, milk products and rotten fermented food we tend to get this type of energy in our body. Your body needs a lighter type of food to regain its natural process and that is how we can help you. By following a natural way we can definitely treat the cause. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 liters of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 liters so at least that much of water is needed in the body.
