I m 55 years old female. I have pressed nerve in c2and c3. Always having pain in both arms near armpit. From both sides. Bt now a day whenever I want to sleep there is something wrong with my arms. I can't say it numbness. Bt i had to tie something on my biceps to feel comfortable. What to do. Normally left side of my body is weak.

Namaste Surinder Kaur Nerve compression happens due to three reasons - over use of that particular part of the body Under use of that particular part of the body Deposits of toxins and calcification in that particular part of the body. All these three reasons can result in lesser blood flow and lesser nutrition. What can you do to improve the blood flow? Start doing simple yoga postures which can slowly bring movement to that part. Don’t over do. If it’s painful, stop the asanas and rest and relax. Monitor the asanas everyday. Make note of the asanas and postures that don’t cause too much pain and keep repeating them. Avoid the postures that cause more pain. You are your own monitor. You will understand what’s working for you better. Get enough sun exposure every morning and evening. It helps in pain relief and healing. It energises the nerves and strengthens the nerves. Get hot and cold fomentation done on the affected part every day. Resting and relaxing is as important as excercise. Sleep well at night. Sleep is the time when major healing happens. Remove all processed, packaged foods from your diet. Remove dairy and dairy products. Meat, eggs and fish. Remove all stimulating drinks like tea, coffee etc. No refined flour or refined oil. Let your 50% of food intake be fresh local seasonal ripe fruits. 35% can be fresh vegetables. 10% can be grains and 5 % soaked nuts and seeds. Eat 80% raw and 20% cooked. Spend time in nature. Get some grounding. Spend time gardening. Monitor your elimination. The bowel movement should be regular and the quantity eliminated should be more than what you consumed in a day. So always remember... pain is the monitor and rest is the cure. As you keep listening to your body and what it says and act accordingly....you will soon heal yourself and be fit and fine. Hello 😊 Whenever there is a bacterial growth internally, it can be treated with organic cold pressed coconut oil remedy. You can first thing in the morning..take 1 TSP of coconut oil empty stomach followed by Luke warm water. Secondly, you can insert coconut oil through umblicus using dropper..just 2-3 drops ...you won't see immediate results...however slowly and gradually you will see your health getting better. Namaste Chaya Please just rest and relax. when ever there is fever and pain the body is demanding for rest. So please go into rest mode. Rest at all three levels.Mental physical and physiological. Dont take any responsibility or stress on your self. Shut your mind up and just sleep. If you cany sleep all day just sit in the balcony or garden observe and absorb nature. but no mental activity. Dont talk much too to anyone. Physical rest is also the same as above. Do nothing and just rest. watch the pain in the ear internally and understand that theres some repair work happenning. Physiological rest would mean rest for the digestive system too. Dont eat any thing at all. Sip only water when ever thirsty. If you get too hungry and cant bear the hunger then any ripe seasonal fruit would be ok to eat especially citrus fruits. but mind you best is only water fast until the fever subsides. after that slowly break your fast with any citrus fruit. you should eat iron rich foid. like beetroot, pomegrate. eat light meals . stop eating heavy n starchy meals which takes more time to digest. stay hydrated. take good quality sleep .

Root canal itself is something that we can avoid if natural cure is adopted. Root canal usually opens the door for more infections when body becomes vulnerable. I have got my wisdom tooth’s removed with a procedure and stitches were also done.. when it came up in the corners of my tiny jawline without any meds. The first day pain was crucial I must agree but as 1-2 days passed, it reduced. The doctors scared me and told me to take antibiotics and I did not . Reason is simple that you are adding salt when flame is on. In any dish you put coconut milk please add coconut milk at the end. Let it warm for 2-3 minutes only and not cook for long as it changes coconut milk properties. then swith off the gas and then add salt. Other spices are ok to be added before.

Hy....it can be due to calcaneal spur or simply normal joint pain due to either deficiency of vitamin D or calcium...i suggest you to take Epsom salt leg bath everynight until you feel the relief in pain.Also take sun baty daily for 15-20 min per day.Put hot water in a bucket add 30-40 gm of Epsom salt crystals into water sock your feet into water for 20 min before sleep and you will get great results. Since your father is 57 years and degenerative changes start by mid forties. In some cases it might earlier too and also using air conditioners at home or office would also have an impact on bone health. To find out the exact cause you might go for bloodanalysis ( serum calcium and vit D ). Ways to manage at home level are 1) Try to eat calcium rich foods ( already been discussed in one of the earlier posts ) 2) Exposure to sun light atleast 30-40 mins in the early morning hours. 3) Try to do some basic exercises to loosen the joints. Loosening exercises or Shukshma Vyama of Yoga under a trained therapist could help a lot 4) Naturopathic treatments like partial massage to painful areas with infra red application and knee packs or local mustard poutice ( indirect ) application after oil application could be immediate methods to reduce pain and with a word of caution that these treatments should be taken under the supervision of registered naturopaths or naturopathy hospitals. 5) Acupuncture treatments given by registered naturopaths or qualified acupuncturist could give immediate pain relief 6) Physiotherapy ( Exercise therapy and Electrotherapy ) could really compliment the above treatments too.
