Insomnia, dark circles and hair fall all have a similar cause which is over-thinking. We generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind but our food also has a special role to play in it. The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga which has its effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light, stay calm. Rajasik food is highly spiced making us overactive in everything and the mind feels uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic. Negative thoughts are caused by stimulants such as tea, coffee, which gives our body low sleep. By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. हेलो, कारण - हिमोग्लोबिन की कमी अम्ल की अधिकता से हो रही है। हमारे शरीर का बनावट इस तरीक़े से है कि कोई भी विटामिन की कमी नहीं हो सकती है। शरीर में अम्ल अधिक होने से ऐसा होता है। हाज़मा ठीक होने पर क़ब्ज़ होता है। जो भी खाना देर तक पचता नहीं हैं वह शरीर के ऊर्जा और मिनरल को अधिक ख़र्च करता है। शरीर में अधिक अम्ल बनाता है जो की शरीर में मौजूद विटामिन पर एक आवरण बना लेता है जैसे संघनन की क्रिया से पानी का भाँप बादल बन जाता है आसमान में तो सूर्य को भी छुपा देता है। समाधान - 1.सूर्य नमस्कार करें। पवन मुक्त आसन करें। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। विटामिन बी12 की पूर्ति होगी। 2. सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। मिनरल मिलेंगे। प्यास लगने की समस्या का निदान होगा। पाचन क्रिया ठीक होगा। गहरे हरे रंग के जूस से B12 की पूर्ति होगी। जितने भी पशु हरे पत्ते हरे घास खाते हैं उनके शरीर में B12 की कमी कभी नहीं होती है उसी प्रकार से अगर इंसान भी हरे पत्तों का सेवन कच्चे फॉर्म में करें तो उनको B12 की कमी पूरी हो जाएगी। 3 .मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 4.शलभासन, सेतुबंध आसन, भुजंग आसन, अधोमुख आसन, स्वानआसन करें।लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। ऐसा करने से शरीर में ऑक्सीजन और रक्त संचार की वृद्धि होगी। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 5. - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ लें। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ 6. सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। 7. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Hello Shrnivash, The main cause when we deal with premature greying of hair is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same. The main thing to take care of, diet is to increase our protein intake. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, with eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Even the presence of melanin decides the pigmentation of the hair, which helps in treating the cause very well. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food which has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut is found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of the pigmentation. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair problem. 1. Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water helps in getting the hair's natural colour. I can tell you two things - First - It's best to avoid chemical based harsh shampoos and conditioners. You may feel theywill improve your hair, but trust me its only short term. Look around for natural ingredients based shampoo. I know someone in Gurgaon, my neighbor in fact, who does natural shampoos, free from SLS, paraben, etc. If you want I can put you in touch with her. 2nd - All my life I had dry hair. They looked very rough. But since 2015, when I changed my diet to whole plant based, my hair became shiny & manageable. No matter what you do externally for your daughter's hair, pls don't ignore that she has to be well nourished from within too. Fruits, a generous serving every morning & evening, fruit juices, fruit smoothies, veggie juices, coconut water - basically look for high water content food.

There are various reasons like; Stress Weakness Anaemia Lack of proper nutrition Vitamin B6 and folic acid deficiency Unclean scalp, which blocks and weakens the hair pores Hereditary factors Eat healthy diet. Avoid refined foods, refined sugar, junk food, and alcoholic and carbonated drinks. Increase intake of fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetable juice prepared from lettuce, carrot.
