Hello User, We can understand that the condition in nation, have taken a toll on your health, after going through surgeries are body's hormones go under massive change but even if you determine to follow a healthy lockdown routine it might help you. Here are some tips which can help you deal with diabetes as well as other problems to improve health including your stress. Diabetes can be very well controlled with diet and proper exercise, and a high protein diet taken through a natural source does not have any negative impact on the body. In diabetes, the main function of the pancreas which is a breakdown of food is only hampered so in this case you can depend on a balanced diet which is light in nature in this state. Here are some guidelines which we can give you to heal inflammation-causing diabetes. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. Early morning ritual should be one glass of warm water and one teaspoon of methi seeds. This will help in increasing insulin sensitivity. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal will help in treating inflammation. Chew your food slowly without putting pressure on your digestive tract. Fruits, green leafy vegetables, walnuts, almonds, flax seeds, and chia seeds can be an excellent source of protein for you. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Sitting in Vajrasana after meals helps in improving digestion and increase insulin sensitivity. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.
Hello, I am 32 years old female. In February I had suffered a panic attack and was hospitalized for 2 days. Back then I did not know what I was going through. After that I am suffering from constant anxiety and fear. The situation has improved a lot from what it was before but still I suffer from palpitations and fear. The idea of falling sick or hospital makes me anxious. Also I suffer from lower back ache. My vit d and b12 was extremely low and I have fatty liver. Can u please help me?

Hello User, The best advice for suffering from anxiety is taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. The reason you are also suffering from nutritional deficiency and the liver problem is because of this same issue where you are not able to absorb nutrients due to bad dietary habits. The episode of anxiety can also be dealt with easily in this manner. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of a vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of vitamin B 12. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Even Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sitting in an area where you have a good amount of sunlight is highly beneficial this will correct your backache which is due to low vitamin D. Morning sun rays help. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. The next thing is to take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Growth ceases at the age of 21 years physiologically in most cases. Most of the physical charactersistcs in human beings largely depend on the genetical factors that are dominant in the family. If you have a strong family history then you might not be that successful in achieving your mission. Best wishes
Hi moms, my daughter has been coughing from last 15-20 days in mornings and at night. The doc says it’s because of the allergies and not due to cold. I believe in natural home remedies and usually give her nutmeg and liquorice powder with honey and it helped her in past. Since this cough and congestion is not due to cold am not giving her these now. Can anyone recommend tried and tested remedies or safe medicines for chest congestion and cough. Thanks

Through cough and colds, esp nagging ones, the body is demanding a lot of rest. So, focus on her rest. Since she will be having disturbed sleep at night, make sure she is able to nap in afternoon in dark or call it an earlier night for next 15 days. Wind down, have aroma baths for her in evening. Keep her in dim lights in evening before you sleep. Because only in rest mode will the body repair. If she has a bad coughing spell at 3-4 am, keep her hydrated through soaked raisins. If you can afford keep her off school and allow her to rest do so.

Hello, Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease which is caused by our own antibodies killing our healthy cells, but the environmental conditions and dietary regime has highly influenced this condition. For the simple reason, that our body becomes weaker in immunity by being vulnerable to our own toxic habits and the polluted external factor. But when you choose to lead a natural lifestyle it becomes easier for your immunity to be ready for the disease. Role of Vitamin C is proved to be very important at this stage of psoriasis, as psoriasis can be treated very well. With Vitamin C you will achieve your health. And yes with a good diet and exercise your immunity will definitely enhance. The next important factor here is, applying coconut oil as with its, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and gives proper moisture to dry up the skin. Apply it twice a day. Thank you

How to cure 15-20 year old dry eczema on legs naturally?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
09:31 PM | 01-04-2020
Hello User, Eczema is a sign of inflammation, it tends to make our immunity vulnerable. The reason we get prone to inflammation is that our body's defence mechanism is vulnerable. This happens because of our poor diet, no exercise and complex carbohydrates in food which are tough to digest and low nutrition absorption. During this phase where pollution exposure is low, we can achieve a lot with our health. The first thing to start with is a light diet, during lockdown when we know we are not burning that much of energy the ideal state would be is to eat lighter. Skin is the first reflection of our body's defence system, hence it is time to increase your immunity and deal with these old lesions. Herewith these tips, you can achieve health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. This is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. A diet rich in Vitamin C will help in dealing with skin problem by reducing all the acne. Sources like lemons, oranges, mosumbi will help in dealing with skin problems. Use packs which you can use to improve your acne: 1. Massage eczema area with one tablespoon aloe vera gel and one tablespoon coconut oil. 2. Have ginger lemon tea, in the evening, to fight against inflammation which has taken place in your body which has produced eczema in past. 3. Use tea tree essential oil on the old dry eczema, by dabbing on the cotton after cleaning it. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Help in removing toxicity. Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you
I have suddenly developed a light whitish patch near my eye... Can this be solved
Nikita Mishra
12:03 PM | 03-12-2020
Hello, White spots on the skin are caused by various reasons like deficiency of nutrients or vitiligo or allergy. White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy or autoimmune disorder. Rarely, skin cancers and precancerous changes can cause white patches on the skin, but these serious causes are much less common. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor. This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily. Tinea versicolor is sometimes associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches. Another important cause of white patches on the skin is vitiligo, an autoimmune disorder that leads to the destruction of melanocytes, the cells that make the pigment that gives your skin colour. White patches from vitiligo may come and go or they may be permanent. Here are some remedies for white patches. Drink water and consume foods from vessels that are made from copper. Especially drink water from a copper vessel that is kept overnight. Do not stress out much and try relaxing when you encounter a stressful moment. Do not use chemical-based bathing soaps that drain all of your body oil. Bathe every day for a minimum of 20 days. Stand in the early morning sun for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Do not use chemical-based creams and cosmetics or the ones which are allergic to you. Add foods that are rich in iron such as cereals, beans and leafy vegetables. Avoid consumption of dairy foods, animal foods and seafood. Avoid coffee, tea and other caffeinated drinks. Avoid alcohol. Drink ginger juice as this increases blood flow to the white patches on your skin. Dry pomegranate leaves and powder it. Mix 8 grams of this in water and consume it every morning. Consume almond milk. Do pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Thank you

I am a boy, I have jock itch in my groin area. How to cure naturally & how to prevent it from happening again?
Nikita Mishra
12:13 PM | 20-01-2021
Hello, Itching in the groin area is mainly due to some infection like fungal infection. Fungal infection can occur anywhere in the body and it is common throughout much of the natural world. Fungal infection on the body occurs when an infecting fungus takes over an area of the body and is too much to fight for the immune system. Whenever a fungal infection occurs on the skin, it results in changes in the skin including red and possibly cracking or peeling skin, itching, etc. What can be done? Make a paste of garlic and mix it with coconut oil. Apply it on the area of infection. Cover it with gauze and leave for 2 hours. After 2 hours, rinse it with water. If there is any sensitivity to the skin like redness then wash the paste immediately. Take fresh aloe vera gel and apply it on the affected area. Aloe vera and antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Apply coconut oil on the affected part. Any microbial infection mainly results due to unhygienic conditions. So, keep the body clean. Use soap with warm water to wash the infected area of the skin. Use turmeric Turmeric is a popular spice and it is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Take turmeric in the diet in the form of tea. You can also add turmeric to your meals to reap the benefits. For external applications, mix turmeric with water or coconut oil and apply it on the affected part. Leave it to dry and then rinse it off. Some other tips Never share your clothes, towel and utensils with anyone. Take a shower immediately after sports or any exercises. Keep toenails and fingernails clipped and clean. Diet Always eat natural plant-based foods in your diet. Avoid processed, packaged, oily and spicy foods as this may increase the skin problem. Have turmeric tea and add turmeric in meals. Drink coconut water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Thank you
I'm 37 years old and I'm having hairfall from roots. I never had any problem of dandruff no hormone issues. What can i do?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
01:20 PM | 17-02-2020
Hello Gurpreet, The main cause when we deal with hair loss is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same as the hair is made of nutrients itself. The main thing to take care of, diet is to increase in our protein intake. Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the hair fall problem but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of same type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut is found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of the pigmentation. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with hair loss problems. 1. Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker and help from hair to roots. Before applying methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter and then use for massage. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of the hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana which would be recommended for healthy hair. Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair health. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful in treating anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind and body. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you

Dr. Khushbu Suthar
01:12 PM | 14-07-2020
Hello Mansoor Kapadia, Due to deficiency of various proteins and minerals, we tend to get such type of tremors, as you have mentioned about being underweight it can be due to protein deficiency which is causing hair fall as well as tremors. Protein is the first thing that will help in increasing weight. Getting a toned body with an increase in weight should be helpful. Weight gained in a natural manner helps in improving the quality of life accordingly. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. Breakfast should have a glass bottle guard juice with an inch of ginger with one bowl of raw sprouts. After two hours one fruit, especially a seasonal fruit like banana, apple, mango, etc as they aid in weight gain. Lunch should have two buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. Snack in the evening should have dates, prunes, apricots as these too, help in gaining weight. This will give you adequate minerals to deal with tremors. Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad and legumes bowl. This will help a lot, continue for a month to see results. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Pull-ups, pushups are all helpful in increasing muscle mass and help weight gain. Thank you.
