Hello Pallavi, With nature's point of view, nothing becomes impossible, because nature has designed our body in harmony in sync with nature. What causes negative thoughts are the void in our life, whenever we feel unfocussed from our track, there are a lot of things which hamper our day to day activity. Anxiety is caused by over-thinking, we generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind but our food also has a special role to play in it. The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga that have an effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light, stay calm. Rajasik food is highly spiced making us overactive in everything and the mind feels uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic. Negative thoughts are caused by stimulants such as tea, coffee, which gives our body anxiety. By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in preventing mood problems. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful, practice each pose 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar. Do under expert guidance. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. During the episode of anxiety, you can inhale it by putting two-three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hello Mansoor, Overthinking, anxiety, depression are all the indications about your bad mental health which may be because of thyroid as it results in hormonal imbalance. It is mainly due to incorrect lifestyle and incorrect eating habits like having a high fatty diet, not taking enough sleep which results in increased stress levels, etc. But everything can be cured naturally by making just some small changes in the daily routine and eating habits. Here are a few tips that will surely help you: Meditation Meditation is the ultimate key to achieving good mental health. Just like our physical health, our mental health is also equally important and meditation is the best to achieve the same. Give 20 to 25 minutes from your busy day for meditation. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to boost the metabolism at the start of the day. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Avoid dairy products and animal products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence it results in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods as they have bad effects on our digestive system. Yoga Daily yoga is very effective for achieving a good balance between the mind, body and soul. Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

Dear health seeker, as a precursor I may assure you that all your health issues regarding mental health are radically curable. We the natural hygienists believe that the general health of the patient is of prime importance, brain including. The health of the brain can not be looked into isolation. If the general health is not up to the stipulated mark, the health of other organs can not be said to be ok. The endeavor of the patient should be to improve the health as a whole and the health of other organs will automatically follow suit. We don't recommend any specifics for any specific ailments, all over food is highly alkaline in nature providing all the food essences for nurturing all the organs of our organism. Supply all the nutrients required, not only to nourish the body as a whole and the brain in particular from the plant kingdom. There are abundant of alkaline foods available in fruits and vegetables, raw and cooked conservatively without spices and condiments. You could start including more of these Divine foodstuffs in the diet at the earliest. Have sun ripped, sun-soaked fruits, juices, green leafy vegetables as they provide the highest quality of food essences needed to nourish the brain. The diet should consist of 80% of fruits and vegetables and rest carbs, nuts, and seeds. It is expected of all the patients to shy away from all enervating devitalizing habits and foods. Stimulants like tea, coffee, alcohol, animal products, and manufactured items. Please refrain from watching TV, laptops, and other screens these devices badly affect the brain and the mind. Be in the company of people with a positive attitude towards life who don't have an ax to grind, no vested interests, who will not mock or chide the weakness. Proper exercise, relaxation mental poise will certainly help to tide over the brain fag or the neurological afflictions if any. V.S.Pawar Member Indian institute of natural therapeutics 1980

Hello Atul, In psychosomatic disorder, our mind becomes very conscious of our body and this starts affecting our whole senses keeping us fully focussed on our sensory activities. That is how our involuntary movement which is not under the control of our brain gets into voluntary action. There is nothing wrong or harmful in it. But with your question, I am sensing underlying stress which needs to be dealt with. With a holistic approach and taking some healthy measures, you can help yourself. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Food rich in minerals is very helpful in treating stress, like chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, walnuts and almonds are very much helpful. During the evening, one tablespoon of flaxseeds soaked in one glass of water with one tablespoon lemon will be helpful in treating mineral deficiency and give your good amount of stamina. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation which helps the body deals with stress. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also helps in activating our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. Music therapy always helps in psychosomatic disorders. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Communicating with like-minded people is helpful. Talk to a friend who is reliable and dependable and who you can reciprocate your feeling with. Take up a new activity like dancing, painting, sculpting which will give you something to look forward to daily. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. In sleep, all our stress dissolves and we tend to deal with the issue healthily. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Insomnia is one of the common health issues which affects individuals these days. The main symptoms are the following: ·Heaviness in the head ·Feeling of pain or irritation in head ·Feeling of Nausea ·Feeling of tiredness and weakness ·Body ache ·Burning sensation or irritation in the eyes ·Generalised Irritation The other causes of insomnia may be due to digestive disorder, constipation, mental tension, fear, and worry, etc. Additionally, due to watching television late nights, reading books till late at night, the use of tea, coffee, and other intoxicants could also lead to sleeplessness. Even improper blood supply to the head region could be a cause. Mind obsessed with thoughts at the time of sleep becomes tense and disturbed and diminishes the sleep. Obscene literature disturbs the mind and prevents sleep. Deprivation of sleep causes changes to hormones that regulate hunger and appetite. One hormone called leptin is known to suppress appetite and encourages the body to expend energy. Sleep deprivation could reduce leptin. And lack of sleep makes you more likely to eat more of your overall calories at night, which can lead to weight gain. TREATMENT For immediate relief, a Natural bath or Hot foot bath might be useful. A spinal bath could also promote sleep. An application like a chest pack could enhance sleep. In the winter season taking a bath with hot water might be beneficial. To find a permanent solution from this disease, taking lemon water enema could be beneficial. Keep the bedroom sufficiently airy and open. People suffering from insomnia should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables in their meals instead of oily and heavy foods. Being on fruits for a few days yields special benefits. If you suffer from mental conditions like worries, tension, fear, jealousy, attachment, and aversion are the root causes, you should find a way out to keep them away or solve it so that it doesn’t affect your daily life. Measures to be taken for good sleep ·Try to get to bed only when feeling sleepy. ·Do not stay in bed for longer than 10 minutes if you aren’t able to sleep. ·Do not sleep during the day. ·Drink a glass of warm water before going to bed. ·Eat a very light early dinner that is easily digestible. At least give a 3-hour gap after the supper and before going to bed. ·Take a hot foot bath which could induce. ·Do deep breathing for 10 minutes. ·Practice Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep method, before going to bed. ·Drink a glass of warm milk or water with honey. ·Avoid drinks such as coffee, tea, cola or cocoa with evening meals or after. ·Take a hot foot immersion bath for 20-30 minutes or a prolonged cold foot bath for 45-60 minutes. ·Cold spinal bath is a tonic to induce sleep. ·Massage taken 2/3 times a week is helpful in inducing sleep. Full body massage with steam bath could be helpful in reducing body weight and also increase sleep. A bland or raw diet might be useful in weight management. Try to avoid carbonated drinks, sugared drinks, junk foods, fried foods which could always tend to put on weight and it is very common to dine on them for people who are used to working in the call centers.
I'm Rashida. My age is 35 and my weight is 84 kg I want to lose weight. My periods are irregular and I have hair fall problem as well. Pls guide me.

Hello Rashida, Your periods, hair fall, and weight gain are all signs of imbalance in hormones. If we keep on loading ourselves with adulterated things and chemical-based products, we are definitely going to be prone to any kind of illness. Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just the part and this is what natural cure is all about. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation. If you take care of your lifestyle at this moment, then, there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon to dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Apply ice packs every 20 minutes which helps in lowering the pain, if you have any. Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our healthy uterus. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. This will help in controlling anxiety during stress. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you.
This is Gaurav. I'm facing problem regarding cough and cold. Whenever I do some hard work and get tired I automatically get sore throat, sneezing and cough. I am facing this problem for 3-4 years. Hello Gaurav, The recurrency in cold and cough can be difficult in handling as we tend to get our daily routine disturbed, a change in lifestyle and diet can be helpful in treating a chronic problem. Here let us talk about what is the change we have to keep in with diet and lifestyle and how do we correct it. Cold, cough and sore throat are co-related with each other, where the body's immunity is generally hampered and with this, we have to keep our body-safe. The body's immunity is vulnerable because of the fact that the body is continuously getting exposed to toxic things in the environment and our diet which need to be protected from. Herewith a change of lifestyle, we are not only treating the accumulated toxins at an episode level but also preventing the future in relapses. Hello User, Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get your self treated well. Your problem is mainly due to hormones. If we put in the definition of medical science having a flow from 2-5 days is completely normal. If it is according to the genetic issues, like your mother and sisters have been having the same flow and might have considered the same hormonal imbalance which is making your weight gain, gastric issues, and irregularity in periods then we have to take care of your lifestyle at this stage. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content as well as regularise our menstrual cycle. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Eating methi seeds with warm water also helps in healthy periods. You can also have cinnamon water, empty stomach as it helps in insulin sensitivity. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Sitting in vajrasana after meals will help in dealing with digestion issues a lot. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and discomfort during periods. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing, this will help in treating stress. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you

Hi, Rheumatoid Arthritis can be dealt with. Kindly read the health journey of Ms. Nandini Gulati https://www.wellcure.com/health-journeys/26/i-solved-my-three-a-half-problems-through-nature Rheumatoid arthritis is basically an autoimmune disorder. Before going into the lifestyle changes lets briefly understand the response of the body. In this the body's own immune system attacks the body's own tissues. In autoimmune disorders healing begins from the gut. You have to imagine the lining of the gut to be like a thin sieve with tiny holes. Over a period of time by use of antibiotics, wrong foods, environmental toxins and stress the holes in the sieve gets larger. Therefore many toxins instead of being eliminated from the body get back into the blood stream. The body thinks it to be a virus and starts producing antibodies against them. This then affects as in your case joints. Now many lifestyle changes can help the gut repair and heal. Avoid gluten, present in wheat and all items from wheat including rava, daliya made from wheat etc.All these cause the inflammation to increase. Avoid all packed, processed, sugary, animal foods including dairy and all kinds of oils. It is extremely important that you consume a healthy diet rich in fruits and raw vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins and minerals which are required for the normal functioning of many hormones, neurotransmitters and a whole lot of other bodily functions. Proper sleep and physical activity are equally important. They induce the production of "happy hormones", melatonin and serotonin. This allows the body to repair and heal naturally. Spending time in nature, like gardening, exposure to sunlight is also helpful. All these activities induce the production of serotonin. Stay away from all enviromental chemical and toxins as those present in cosmetics and hosehold cleaning products. They are all hormonal distruptors. Avoid use of plastics and microwave. They too cause hormonal changes in the body. Wishing you Good Health Always! Thank you Regards

Namaste Anu Chhabra Vit B12 deficiency is a reflection of an unhealthy gut. If your intestines are clean and clear and if your food habits are right you will never face any deficiency in life. What is the right food habits and lifestyle you can follow? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesnt get enough time to do its functions properly. Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism. Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well. Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change. It means your gut needs cleansing and the body's acid-alkalone balance is skewed. Either fast or stick to coconut water till it heals. Expose the areas to sunlight. You can apply virgin coconut oil on the blisters to soothe them
