Hi to all, I am Monica. Married. I am a housewife. I do all my household work. I am 29 yrs old. Weight 85kg. I have 3 daughters, who are 8 and 2 yrs old twins. I delivered normally followed by pph. I have severe neck pain radiating to left hand. My vitamin d level is 12 as per blood test. Anxiety is caused by over-thinking, we generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind but our food also has a special role to play in it. The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga that have an effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light stay calm, Rajasik food like highly spiced, makes us overactive in everything and mind feel uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic. By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in preventing mood problems and negative thinking. A high potassium-rich diet like papaya, bananas, and pears are highly recommended in your diet to treat tinnitus as it will help in building auricle-neural pathway. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful in the treatment of tinnitus. During the episode of tinnitus, you can inhale it by putting two-three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. Hello Mahendra, The main reason why there is a hunger issue is because of the fact that your body' digestive tract which has main organs like stomach, liver and pancreas are not in sync with each other. Not feeling hungry is related to three-main causes. 1. Our stomach's normal Ph is supposed to be around 3, the stomach may be highly acidic or basic in nature. 2. The liver is not secreting bile, which helps in the digestive process. 3. The pancreas is causing our normal sugar to go low, which does not trigger hunger in the body. All of this internal mechanism is highly depended on external factors like bad eating habits, consumption of high-fat diet, sedentary lifestyle, liquor, smoking etc. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way.
