Hello.... I am 23yrs old.... My problem is whenever I drink a glass of cold water or anything cold... Or smell any perfume or some odour my neck starts paining and I get alot of fever.... Dr give me some tablets but it works temporary.... Assuming you are a lady, as i have not heard of incontience in men so much. Bladder incontinence typically happen in mothers who have given birth naturally but these days instead of letting the body send the baby out, they do a procedure called episiotomy to cut the vagina wall and get the baby out. This causes leaks when they cough or when pressure is high. This is a nuisance and such issues makes natural birth also look bad. As the urethral sphincters become weak with age and bad lifestyle also this happens. Your condition may not heal with excess cooked foods or by keeping your old lifestyle anymore. Diabetes type 1 is a condition where the body has failed to process the sugars to energy. The beta cells of the pancreas have failed to produce the insulin harmone. Simple sugars like fructose from fruits vs glucose from other grains etc reach through different methods to the cells. Fructose reaches via cell diffusion where as glucose needs insulin to transport it. Thefoods that get converted to glucose needs insulin majorly. The role of pancreas is huge in this. Why does pancreas fail or weaken in cases like Type1. It could be a genetically inherited weakness of the gland which further was weakned by lifestyle. Pancreas also are made up the same kind of cells that are there across your body. Just that the roles are different. A cricket team needs everyone to perform for the match to win. However, all players know how to play cricket basics but are specialized to play a certain role. Similarly, pancreas or cells making the pancreas play two major roles. One is to aklalize the food mass or chyme thats acidic leaving to tjhe small intestines along with bile and second role is to secrete insulin to transport glucose to the cells. So in case when insulin production has failed, there is a good chance that the efficiency of digestion also has failed. Typically type1s do well on raw food diets majorly because the food is alkaline to start with and the level of pancreatic buffers needed is less and secondly the insulin needed is also less for the natural enzymes in the food gets assimilated without a fuss. The challenge comes when we have grains and animal foods into the mix. THis is when the need for insulin is more because most of them are proteins and with a lot of effort from the bile, these become glucose inefficiently and unless you have insulin, they can prove fatal. So why did pancreas come to this state in the first place ? The constant overload of acidic foods exposed to an already weakened body makes the pancreas also weak, further weakening its functions too. Any part of the body can rectify itself under ideal conditoons. Feed the body the foods that are purely alkaline and stop input of further toxins, hydrate the body enough with juices and natutal liquids to flush the collected toxins out. Lead a lifestyle that does not add more toxins with the living conditions. हेलो, कारण - यह कशेरुक (वर्टिब्रे: कई कशेरुक मिल कर रीढ़ की हड्डी बनाती हैं) की गंभीर सूजन का कारण बनती है जो अंततः गंभीर पीड़ा और अक्षमता का कारण बनती है। कई गंभीर मामलों में, सूजन के कारण रीढ़ की हड्डी पर एक नई हड्डी बन सकती है (बोन स्पर)। इससे शारीरिक विकृति भी हो सकती है। इसमें, पीठ में कशेरुक एक साथ फ्यूज हो जाते हैं जिससे कूबड़ होता है और लचीलेपन में कमी आती है। कुछ मामलों में, इससे पसलियां भी प्रभावित होती हैं जिससे सांस लेने में कठिनाई हो सकती है। शरीर के प्रदाह (inflammation) को कम करना है। उससे शरीर का अम्ल कम हो जाएगा। समाधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें। 10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो। वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों।टे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। दर्द वाले भाग पर गीली मिट्टी लगाएँ या खीरा + धनिया + तिल पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें। लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए और फिर साफ़ कर लें। इससे दर्द में तुरन्त आराम मिलेगा। जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) को 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

To judge it correctly first start with your checking your basal metabolic rate. If your weight is in sync with your height then no need to be worried about your health but if you are underweight there is a high chance that your immunity is low. Start your day with food which is high in carbohydrates like buckwheat flour, jowar and barley rotis which are gluten-free. Hello, Firstly, it is very important that your digestive system is working properly and your bowels are getting cleared regularly. Consume almond milk or soy milk. Eat peanut butter. Soak raisins overnight and have it in the morning. Eat dry fruits. Have sprouts, nuts,beans, fresh fruits and vegetables in your meals. Drink water only when you are thirsty. Also, do some physical activity like yoga or any other exercise to keep your metabolism active, so that , the food gets absorbed and the digestive system remains healthy. Things to avoid Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they may disturb your digestive system. Avoid processed foods, packaged foods, and all the junk foods. Thank you
