Hello, I am asking this question on behalf of my father. My father is 67 years old, He doesn’t have any complain like BP, diabetes. But since 4 months he is getting white patches on his tongue on the edge and he is taking allopathy medicine but these patches keep coming again. Hello Bhagyashri, It's good that your father doesn't have any disorders like bp and diabetes. The health issues that your father is facing are related to each other. The root cause for all the problems is improper digestion, this improper digestion leads to constipation and acidity which leads to the development of white patches on tongue. Hence, the root cause which is improper digestion can be cured by following a natural lifestyle and eating habits : Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Have Vitamin C rich foods like blueberries, orange, etc. Eat soaked raisins on an empty stomach in the morning. Have sprouts, nuts, beans, and salads. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. This will add bulk to the stool and will aid in the movement of the stool. Drink plenty of water during the day. Have your dinner 3 to 4 hours before your sleeping time. In diabetes, the main function of the pancreas which is breakdown of food is only hampered so in this case, it would be difficult in putting a load on your digestive tract. With this here are some guidelines which we can give you to heal inflammation-causing diabetes. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. Early morning ritual should be one glass of warm water and one teaspoon of methi seeds. This will help in increasing insulin sensitivity. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal will help in treating inflammation. Chew your food slowly without putting pressure on your digestive tract. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Dear health seeker Jayasree, Diabetes is a mother of all disease, and India is a world capital of this dreaded disease, not for nothing, our eating habits combined with our socialistic obligations of treating our guests with tea, coffee and snacks at any time contribute largely towards its vast clientele. Diabetes is confessedly not cured by allopathy. To manage the situation, they supply insulin from an external source- an animal product in a state where the pancreas fails to secrete it. In this case, they are at a loss not to pin it down on some bacilli, bacteria, germ etc. Nor do they care to study the cause and remove it. In general, the causes of this can be any or a group of the following;- 1. The pancreas has been so much overworked that it has struck work.- 2. The basic material out of which the pancreas can produce insulin is not available in the body tissues and fluids- 3. That centre in the brain that controls the activities of the pancreas is damaged either owing to degeneration or trauma[ injury] Whatever be the case, our universal Medicine, maybe either Bilva Patra [leaves] or grass. A regular daily intake of any of these or alternatively, the trouble would be totally relieved. Every grain [ whole ] contains insulin in its germ [ger ], but it is lost to the modern eater. In Polished rice, atta this valuable part is lost, secondly it is lost in cooking, even if it be the whole grain, because it is destroyed at a temp. of 50 Deg c and 55 deg c and cooking, the simplest boiling, it is at a temp. of 100 deg c. Other methods of cooking subject the food to a higher temp. and obviously that natural source of insulin is unavailable to the eater. To rule out any shortfall, coarse grains millet, ragi,jowar, oats may be taken in very small amounts along with 80 % vegetables raw and cooked, without oil spices and condiments as per the law of Vital Economy. Hello Nehal, Diabetes is a lifestyle disorder and can be corrected in a natural way at any age. In diabetes, our body is not able to break the sugar or use the sugar in a proper way. But, by making some changes in lifestyle and habits, it can be cured naturally. Reasons for diabetes Sedentary lifestyle Family history Wrong eating habits. Hormonal imbalance Obesity Diet- Have only plant-based natural foods. Include sprouts, salads, beans, nuts, dry fruits in your diet. Have coconut water and fresh homemade fruit juices. हेलो, कारण -लंबे समय तक खराब हाजमा के कारण मधुमेह कि बीमारी होती है और इस बीमारी में जो दवा ली जाती है इसके कारण किडनी रोग ग्रस्त हो जाता है। प्रत्येक किडनी में लगभग 1 मिलियन सूक्ष्म फ़िल्टरिंग इकाइयां होती हैं, जिन्हें नेफ्रोन कहा जाता है। कोई भी बीमारी जो नेफ्रॉन को नुकसान पहुँचाती है, उससे किडनी की बीमारी भी हो सकती है। मधुमेह ऐसी बीमारियाँ हैं, जो नेफ्रोन को नुकसान पहुँचा सकती हैं। (ज़्यादातर किडनी की बीमारी मधुमेह होती है।)जब गुर्दे की कार्य क्षमता धीमी होने लगती है और स्थिति बिगड़ने लगती है, तब हमारे शरीर में बनने वाले अपशिष्ट पदार्थों और तरल की मात्रा खतरे के स्तर तक बढ़ जाती है। ये स्थिति रक्त में हीमोग्लोबिन कम होने का कारण बन जाता है। समाधान - 1. ऐसा खाना जो कि देर तक पछता नहीं है उसका त्याग करें। जैसे दूध, गेहूं, मैदा, रिफाइंड नमक और रिफाइंड शुगर और पैकेट फूड। फल, सब्जी, और कच्ची सब्जी का जूस को प्रतिदिन ले। ऐसा करने से पाचन शक्ति मजबूत होगा और आंतों की सफाई हो पाएगी। 2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं। धूप लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए। 3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा। अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। सोने से पहले योग निद्रा करें। इससे काफी लाभ होगा। 5. - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100 ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello, Diabetes and heart problems result due to a sedentary lifestyle and having fatty, spicy, processed, packaged and preserved foods which lead to accumulation of toxins in the body and ultimately lead to various health conditions. Obesity also becomes the reason for diabetes and heart diseases. It is important to change your lifestyle, indulge in physical activities like yoga or exercise and have a healthy plant-based diet to control your weight and be healthy. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat. Always eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. I am a 48 year old woman on hypertension medication for the last 16 years. Had borderline diabetes till last year but now due to stress at work and a sedentary lifestyle my sugar levels have shot up. Fasting sugar is 178 and PP is 347. HBa1c is 11. 9. One doctor wanted to put me up on insulin today and I fled from him.
