Hi Kiruthiga Dilip,

Thank you for sharing your husband's concern with us. Stomach burning sensation, especially triggered by small amounts of chili or chili powder, could indicate underlying digestive issues or sensitivities. Due to unnatural lifestyle choices (wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc.), there is improper digestion of food and accumulation of toxins. This toxic overload may affect different organs in different individuals and hence the variation in symptoms. In your husband case it is affecting gut and casuing inflammation.

Here are some guidelines to follow:

1. start day with coconut water

2. stay on fruits till noon

3. add a bowl of raw salad 30 mins before lunch & dinner

4. avoid tea, coffee, dairy, dairy products & non veg

5. avoid oily, fried and spicy food items

6. do wet pack on abdomen daily empty stomach for 15-20 mins

Wish you & your husband a good health!
