Hi Harminder Kaur Arora,

Thanks for sharing your query with us! Please try to understand the problem from the Nature Cure perspective.

During menopause, hormonal fluctuations can affect bowel movements, leading to changes in bowel habits such as constipation. Nature Cure believes that the root cause of such health conditions is Toxaemia- the accumulation of toxins within the body.

Here are some guidlines that can help:

1. Start your day with 2 tsp of raisins or couple of figs soaked in water overnight
2. Reduce grains and emphasize more on fruits and raw salads.

3. Avoid dairy, dairy products and non-veg items.

4. Have warm water, herbal tea made with herbs like ginger, mint etc.

5. Do wet pack wrap on your stomach area with a wet towel for about twenty minutes and relax.

6. Gently massage your abdomen around your navel area in a clockwise manner for a few minutes daily.

Wishing you a good health!
