Hi Sarita,

Congratulations on your pregnancy & thank you for sharing your query with us!

Firstly, it is imprtant to understand the health from nature cure's perspective, the body continuously works towards staying in its natural state of balance or homeostasis. Whenever there is a deviation from this state (due to unnatural lifestyle choices), extensive repair work starts inside the body and is experienced as discomfort or disease at the surface.

Low hemoglobin and thyroid both are result of toxic overload and imbalanced state of homeostasis. If you work toward's reclaiming your health by supporting your body naturally the conditions will gradually become normal. Remember health is journey and not destination so don't be in hurry just be consistent.

Here are some diet & lifestyle guidelines that will help you in correcting the condition:

1. Diet: focus on diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds as these foods are naturally low in fat and high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Start your day with 1 glass of beteoot juice with 1tsp of lemon juice in it followed by a bowl of fruit salad (if feel hungry).

2. Vitamin A & Vitamin B: include citrus fruits such as oranges, kiwi, pineapple and red-orange pigmented foods such as sweet potato, carrot, beetroot in daily diet as they will help in enhancing iron absorption and production of red blood cells and aiding in their proper function.

3. Wet Pack:  Wet packs help in eliminating toxins from the body and improving body circulation. Do wet pack on neck region for 15-20 minutes daily.

4. Avoid: tea, coffee, gluten, sugary foods / drinks, dairy & animal products.

Making lifestyle changes to align with Natural Laws will help you reclaim your health. You can explore our Nature-Nurtures Program that helps you in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach can look into your routine in a comprehensive way and give you an action plan.
