Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods.
Eat fresh, unprocessed food.
Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera.
Increase intake of water to about 8-10 glasses per day.
Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps.
Avoid irritant cosmetics.
Do not squeeze the acne lesions, it spread more.
Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner.
Have 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water.

The exact cause of acne is not fully known and because of which the exact solution for treatment is not very effective . However some of the simple yet effective tips you can follow is to drink more water (3-4 liters) daily, wash your face regularly , avoid oily fried and junk foods , consume more fresh green vegetables and fruits and most of all reduce your stress .
Make sure that your gut is cleaned and healthy
नमस्ते
त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है।
सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।
जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।
२ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें।
सलाद दोपहर १ बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है,
खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर २० मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।
चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।
सुबह की धूप चेहरे में लगाएँ।

Acne is a skin condition which results in pimples, rashes, etc. It usually occurs on forehead, neck, upper chest but it may also occur in other parts of the body.
Acne results when skin pores are blogged by the dirt or oil.
Possible causes for acne are -
- Unhygienic conditions.
- Any infection.
- Use of chemical based products.
- Exposure to dust, dirt and pollution.
- Having oily and spicy foods.
Diet
- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.
- Drink coconut water.
- Vitamin C is essential as it has antioxidant properties. Have lemon juice or orange juice or amla regularly.
- Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices.
- Eat soaked nuts and raisins.
- Cook oil free.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Say no to deeply fried, spicy, processed and packaged foods.
- Avoid tea and coffee.
Local application
- Mix besan and turmeric to make a paste. Apply this paste on the effected part. Keep it for 10 minutes and then rinse it with cold water.
- Apply fresh aloe vera jel and gulab jal on the effected part.
- Avoid using any chemical based products.
- Protect yourself from dust and dirt.
Exercise
Exercising is essential for an improved metabolism which will help to flush out the toxins out of the body.
- Start the day with a short morning walk.
- Do plank for 5min.
- Practice pranayam regularly specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam.
Sleep
Sometimes stress also triggers the acne issues and a proper sleep is important to relieve the stress. So, take a proper sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Acne is sign of toxins in your body. Remove animal protein including dairy from your diet. Increase the fruits and raw vegetables intake daily to 75% of your diet. Restrict cooked food to dinner only.

Acne occurs due to blockage in skin pores, inflammation of sebaceous glands, improper lifestyle, and food habits and sometimes due to stress and anxiety.
- Wash Your Face regularly, keep clean and away from dirt and pollutants.
- Drink more water. Staying hydrated ensures your skin replenished and held to maintain body temperature. It helps in detoxification.
- Do not use makeup too frequently.
- Avoid direct and heavy exposure to sunlight.
- Avoid processed foods and dairy products as these can cause pimples.
- Make sure you exercise regularly as this can help replenish your skin.
- Take adequate rest as stress can also lead to breakouts.
- Sleep at least 6-7 hrs per day
- Do physical activities like jogging walking swimming etc.
- Avoid stress by doing regular yoga, Pranayam and meditation.
- Take proper nutritional food items.
- Like Nuts and dry fruits, Omega-3 fatty acids present in chia seeds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
- Antioxidants in the form of fruits like strawberries, blueberries, etc.
- Fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes, carrots, apricots, sweet potatoes, spinach, and other green leafy vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits.
- Aloe Vera: Apply fresh aloe vera gel to face and leave it for 15-20 mins then rinse. It helps to clear the skin and acne marks.
- Use mild soaps or besan flour to wash your face.
- The use of facial steam regularly helps. To open up skin pores and clogged sebaceous glands and prevents acne.

Skin is a reflection of the body’s health inside. Health is always inside out and not outside in. Eliminations happens via the skin too. Since a child whatever toxins such as pollution, chemicals on skin, dairy meat eggs fish, all the harsh chemicals that would have been used in the household, toxic smells, medicines et cetera would have got collected in your liver and over a period of time when it maxes out, and it finds that the other excretory organs are also clogged, it tries to eliminate that from the skin. The more severe your Acne the more accumulation of toxins in your skin and so in the body. The solution is to start focusing on cleaning your body. Lead a healthy whole food plant-based diet with a focus on raw till dinner and your skin will be ok over time. 50% of fruits and greens, 30% of vegetables, 20% of cooked food is all that is necessary to clean your body. Avoid all forms of fats even nuts and seeds for this condition to heal. Over time you can include coconuts. Quit dairy meat fish eggs, sugar, all forms of oils including any fancy cold-pressed oils, refined oils having food outside often (because of all the refined and processed food and + the chemicals to make it tastier), wheat and other grains contain gluten such as barley and oats. Avoid maida and other forms of foods that contain gluten.
Include a lot of fruit and vegetable juices such as cucumber ash gourd which comes to at least 2-3L per day.
Next, avoid all cosmetics and chemical application on the skin. Use natural products such as my recipes here below. Put things on your skin that you can put into your mouth too. As you continue to improve on the Raw intake in your life and quit all forms of medications, the skin will definitely pop out and overtime release all the toxins that are inside the body. You will have to allow it to happen for you are Acne to be completely healed in the future. Pus is nothing but all the toxins that are coming out.
Any form of medicines does two purposes, one is to give an improvement in your condition and the second is to cause another problem which is toxin accumulation. Since medicine is not Food the body will try to eliminate it in the form that it knows best in your body which is acne
