Hi. Pls focus on exercising, especially eye & face exercises. Improved blood circulation always helps in making skin feel fresh & heals it. & inculcate good sleeping habits. Sleep early, in dark & for a good duration. Nothing like beauty sleep. When we are asleep, dead cells are turned over & new cells come up. Overall - adopt a holistic approach to health. Stay committed & see the results not just for skin, but all across. Hope you will make that choice. Good luck.

Hello Kuldeep. Eczema is a sign of inflammation, it tends to make our immunity vulnerable. The reason we get prone to inflammation is that our body's defence mechanism is vulnerable. This happens because of our poor diet, no exercise and complex carbohydrates in food which are tough to digest and low nutrition absorption. During this phase where pollution exposure is low, we can achieve a lot with our health. The first thing to start with is a light diet. Skin is the first reflection of our body's defence system, hence it is time to increase your immunity and deal with these lesions. As you have also mentioned the problem of asthma and nasal polyp which again falls into the inflammatory range the following guidelines will help in sorting these troubles. Herewith these tips, you can achieve health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. This is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. A diet rich in Vitamin C will help in dealing with skin problem by reducing all the acne. Sources like lemons, oranges, mosumbi will help in dealing with skin problems. Consuming ginger tea with one teaspoon of turmeric daily will help in combatting inflammation and treat asthma and growing polyps. Steam inhalation by adding saline will help in opening up obstructed nose air-way. Use packs which you can use to improve your skin condition: 1. Massage eczema area with one tablespoon aloe vera gel and one tablespoon coconut oil. 2. Use tea tree essential oil on the old dry eczema, by dabbing on the cotton after cleaning it. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Help in removing toxicity. Clear lungs and improve respiratory tract circulation. Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you

Let the oil cool, store it in a container and use it every night, this should help you with your hairfall instantly. For Dandruff, you need to take plant based yogurt and mix one whole lime into it. Following the correct lifestyle and diet is extremely important for a healthy body. Reasons for skin problems Stress Improper diet. Hormonal imbalance. Some medications. Disturbed circadian rhythm. Diet to follow- Have only plant-based foods in your meals to keep your digestion good. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables to get all the essential nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans. Also, have sufficient water during the day to eliminate the toxins out of your body. Have freshly prepared fruit juices like beetroot juice. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking instead of refined oil. Hello Sachin, Tingling and trembling happens because of mineral deficiency and hypertension is the reason the needed nutrition is not getting absorbed. High blood pressure is caused due to our blood vessels get constricted and the flow of blood is obstructed which causes pressure to increase, this is a long term effect of all the accumulation of toxins. The chronic diet of high fat and sedentary lifestyle is the cause of this. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places that inhibit our healthy growth. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease of hypertension and trembling, at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. This is what your breakfast should be like because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clears our airway, like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, etc. Drink plenty of water. Having raw garlic two hours after your meal, an empty stomach will be helpful in treating high blood pressure. A diet rich in potassium like coconut water, bananas, etc is recommended for a good flow in blood vessels. They are also rich in minerals which helps in controlling tingling and trembling. Exercise: A brisk walk in the early morning sun for 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day this will help in lowering blood pressure. Suryanamaskar practises daily will help in increasing muscle tonicity and increase blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.

I am suffering from daad / outgrowth on skin in my back and other areas... Please help

Hello Sushil Goel, Our immunity becomes weak because of external factors like stress, a high-fat diet and a sedentary lifestyle this tends to make our blood circulation and oxygen supply to all the parts of body poor. This allows the fungal infection(daad or outgrowth of skin) to enter our body and to this, our body goes into the mode of defence mechanism and starts the inflammatory reaction. Pain, swelling, itching all the signs you might be facing. Taking a holistic measure will definitely help you in treating infections. Our private parts are mostly covered and there are high chances the sweat gets accumulated, in there so practising hygiene is very much essentially keeping the area dry. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Have one inch of ginger with one teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes. This will help in treating any kind of inflammation. Take one teaspoon of coconut oil, add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil and apply in the area during night time by wearing anything loose, light coloured cotton. Take one tablespoon of aloe vera gel and put half a turmeric, by mixing this you apply on the affected area. This will be helpful in treating fungal infection by healing the skin faster. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help. Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Hello Snehal, Diet is very essential for a healthy body and mind but along with this, physical activity, correct lifestyle and sleeping habits are also equally important. Eating correctly is essential but along with a correct diet, appropriate absorption of the foods that we eat is also important, so that our body can utilise the nutrients present in the foods. Diet to follow- Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to boost the metabolism as well as to flush the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the morning on an empty stomach to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink almond milk. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated and remove the toxins out of the body. Foods to avoid- Avoid animal foods and also avoid dairy products. Avoid processed, packaged foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid white sugars. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Exercise Exercising is very important for a well functioning digestive system so that the nutrients can be absorbed efficiently from the food. Do suryanamaskar daily. Do kapalbhati pranayam. Do plank for 5min daily. Take sunrays early in the morning for 15 to 20 minutes. Sleep Sleep deprivation may also lead to certain issues like weakness, digestive problems, etc. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours regularly. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you

With the continuation of the right diet, your irritable bowel syndrome will also be treated well. Our blood starts reacting to the antigens, which are the result of our chronic high fat diet and sedentary lifestyle. Even bad posture is a cause of spondylitis. It is time to make some changes in the lifestyle in order to treat the condition effectively. From neck to the lower back, it has a tendency to make our spine more rigid. Here are a few guidelines which you can keep in mind in order to heal. Eat: • Avoid alcohol. • Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health. • Practice a diet which is rich in fruits, raw vegetables and whole grains which will help in the treatment of ankylosing spondylosis. Start with oranges, sweet lime, sprouts and sweet potato in order to gain immunity from Vitamin C rich food. • Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Exercise: Daily physical activity is crucial for people with this disease. This can reduce pain and also improve your mobility, posture and helps you maintain your flexibility. Practising good posture can help prevent spinal fusion in a stooped or deformed position. Not everyone will have a fusion in the spine, but practising good posture can help keep your spine in a place that looks and feels better. Posture exercises should be practised daily to have the best impact on cervical to back spine. Sitting on a chair, look on the front, flex your neck downwards bring it to centre, extend upwards bring it to centre. Then slowly rotate. Do this set 10 times in order to increase circulation and your flexibility is maintained. Massage can help you achieve that perfect mobility despite your disease. Massaging for 15-20 minutes is very important to improve blood circulation in that area. Massage with coconut or almond oil after warming it. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing 15-minute exercise before sleep about deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is very important in order to completely relax. In sleep what our body does is go through is the process of repair. Relax your self by taking a water bowl and 2-3 drops of essential oil, like orange and lavender which will help in relaxing the sleep. This will aid in treating any kind of inflammation. It is time to make ourselves healthier without disease hampering our growth. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
