Namaste, Uric acid is formed when the body breaks down purines- crystalline compounds that are found in certain foods. This naturally occurring waste product usually dissolves in the blood, passes through the kidneys and is removed from the body by the way of urine. Get regular exercise and maintain a healthy weight. It is believed that fatty tissue tends to increase uric acid production. Eat a balanced diet that is high in complex carbohydrates and low in protein. Avoid refined carbohydrates such as white bread, cakes, and candies any other junk foods. You can have herbal like giloy root boil in one glass of water and filter it and sip it slowly as herbal tea. Drink once in a day for 21 days. Can have lemon juice as well. Avoid fatty foods. Takecare.

Hi there , Consume more natural foods based on whole, unprocessed foods. Eat a lot of green vegetables and fresh fruits Remove refined sugars and every other processed food. Take out milk and dairy products out of your diet which will lower your intake of trans-fats. This will also mean cutting out fried foods, margarine and other hydrogenated vegetable oils and hydrogenated oil products. Increase the number of other foods such as those containing Omega-3 fatty acids. Cut out junk foods and carbonated drinks, sodas, coffee and other beverages. Herbs such as garlic, amaranth, aloe, lemon, coriander, basil, cucumber, grape, chickpea and beet might be a part of the herbal supplement Apply a hot washcloth to the affected area for 45 seconds then apply a cold washcloth for 15 seconds. Do this three times in succession always ending with the cold. Repeat several times during the day.

नमस्ते सौरव जी, प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें। मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक। प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें। 3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे से पहले सलाद लें।

You will have to feed your body on energy directly from nature too for faster healing. So lets see the dos and donts Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. 5 No dairy, meat or eggs Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Hy... It can be frozen shoulder, in that case, i suggest to follow a good regimen including- 1. Acupuncture therapy 2. Mustard oil massage with little camphor in it by heating the oil and adding camphor to it. make it warm and massage your affected area. 3. See to it that your food doesn't cause further complications. 1.High-fiber diet Fiber adds bulk to your stools, which helps aid in movement. Fiber-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains help prevent constipation. 2. Low-fiber diet While fiber can help some people with IBS, increasing fiber intake can worsen symptoms if you frequently have gas and diarrhea. Do not completely eliminate fiber from your diet, concentrate on sources of soluble fibers such as apples, berries, carrots, and oatmeal. 3.Always go for gluten free diet which means eliminate barley ,rye , wheat and yeah not forgetting to cut off completely coffee, chocolates and nuts from your diet

Hello Ankit , Ibs is a problem of your digestive system. Cut dairy products from your diet completely like ghee,milk,paneer,curd, buttermilk because these are not meant for our human digestive system. Cut animal products like meat from your diet. Avoid spicy foods, deep fried foods, processed foods, oily foods. Indulge in some physical activity like walking. Do yoga regularly. Take sun exposure early in the morning. Walk barefoot on grass. For initial 2-3days,be on fluid diet. Have fresh homemade fruit juices, coconut water. Have a complete plant based diet. Include nuts, beans, sprouts, salads,fresh vegetables in your meals. Thanks

Hello Guru, Don't compromise on your breakfast, have a heavy and healthy breakfast. Don't eat much in a single sitting, instead divide it into multiple sittings . Have fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts, beans in your meals. Avoid dairy products like milk, curd,paneer. Avoid animal products like meat. Avoid sugar,wheat,maida,oily foods,white bread, packed foods. Cook oil free. Exercise and do yoga daily specially suryanamaskar.

HI, I am 26 male. Suffering from Acne problems from last 5 yrs. I have picked many pimples on face and also i remember that one time i got a blind huge pimple on cheek which i Pearced with needle and removed pus and blood.. It was wrong as the head of pimple was not formed.. Now it have taken a cystic form there is semi solid white material filled in it and its not going away. When i press and remove the pus it generates again n again.. I scared togo to dermatologist. Pls save me. Help me.

Hi there , Acne is a common problem nowadays which is because of many reasons so do not worry about it . It is always good to leave it as it is and never ever use any device whether sharp or blunt to prick it . It can make the matters worst . Apply a hot washcloth to the affected area for 45 seconds then apply a cold washcloth for 15 seconds. Do this three times in succession always ending with the cold. Repeat several times during the day. For safety reason in your case you should see a dermatologist .
