Hello, Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when feeling tired or exhausted. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and increase your energy level. Fresh fruits, fruit juices, vegetables (raw or cooked or boiled), vegetable juices, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits, will keep you energetic as well. Do some pranayama and yoga Stay Healthy.

Hey Kajal PCOD,irregular periods ,hormonal imbalances, these are all interrelated with each other. These results when we don't treat our body the way it should be treated. You are doing some wrong things in your lifestyle pattern or eating pattern and habits which has resulted in your present condition. Pay attention to your sleeping pattern. Get up early in the morning and sleep early at night. Don't sleep during the day. Our body receives sound sleep at night which is essential for the rest to whole body. Eat nuts, salads, seasonal vegetables, banana, watermelon, mango and all other seasonal fruits. Exclude dairy products from your diet. Do exercise and yoga, bhujang asana, paschimottan asana will be helpful.

Namaste, I recommend changing your diet and lifestyle adopted to nature and practice yoga by learning with an expert. Lighter fruits, such as apples, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple and papaya and pears, are recommended. Negative feelings like stress and tension should be avoided. Do not undertake physical or mental work beyond your capacity. Do not take any medicine for a more extended period, which will give additional side effects to your health. Follow an active lifestyle, yet the exercises should be according to one's capacity. Both excessive fasting and overeating are harmful. Avoid coffee, tea and any diary products. Stay Healthy.

Namaste, 1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. 2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam. 3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed. 4 Eat lots of fresh locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset. 5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body. 6 Be relaxed. Accept what ever is as it is and strive to make your self better. Let go of things and people, you can’t change or are of no use to you. 7 Eliminate toxin from your body so that all the bad guts will flush out. 8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. Live Healthy.
