Namaste, He need to change is life and diet style. Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables. Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks. Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for weight loss. Thanks.
Is balsamic vinegar healthy compared to the generally available vinegar?
Shweta Gupta
12:34 PM | 16-04-2019
Here's my understanding about balsamic and white vinegar. Balsamic vinegar is basically made using grapes. Grape pressings are boiled and the thick syrup is then stored in wooden containers and allowed to ferment for years. White vinegar, on the other hand, is made using acetic acid and is hence very acidic. In that sense, balsamic vinegar is definitely a better choice than regular white vinegar. Balsamic vinergar is very strong and should be used in very little amount, possibly just to sprinkle over salads or dressings. It is also very expensive and one must make sure to buy the right quality of the same.

You can slice beetroot and steam them if you dont like them raw and make you sandwich with some cashew cream, spinach and beetroot slices. Add some fresh coriander too if you like the taste. Else, shred beetroot finely, mix it with some cooked potoates, shape into tikkis and roast them for your sandwich filling.

Hello Adit, Our mental health is equally important just as our physical health. Negative thoughts, unwanted thoughts, anxiety are all the indications about your bad mental health. Here are a few tips that will surely help you: Meditation Meditation is the ultimate key to achieving good mental health. Just like our physical health, our mental health is also equally important and meditation is the best to achieve the same. Give 20 to 25 minutes from your busy day for meditation. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to boost the metabolism at the start of the day. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Avoid dairy products and animal products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence it results in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods as they have bad effects on our digestive system. Yoga Daily yoga is very effective for achieving a good balance between the mind, body and soul. Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

Namaste Narinder, we understand that it must be challenging for you. Sarcoidosis is a condition that causes your immune system to overreact and make lumps or nodules called granulomas. It could be due to prolonged suppression of minor health issues through medicines, poor diet and lifestyle patterns. You can start following these tips to deal with it Naturally: 1. Take lukewarm water to sip to bring in some relief. Add pieces of ginger and lemon along with a few pinches of turmeric to your water. you can have it in the morning empty stomach. 2. Steam Inhalation – Inhaling steam for 5 to 10 minutes, by adding a few drops of essential oils like eucalyptus helps in melting the mucus accumulated in the air passages, helping to reduce breathing difficulties. 3. Certain foods like processed foods, refined grains, white sugar, and animal products like dairy, meat, and oils cause phlegm to build up in your lungs and other parts of the respiratory tract. Embrace a healthy diet that consists of a majority of raw vegetables and fruits, and smaller quantities of energy-dense foods like nuts, seeds and sprouts. Limit cooked food in your meals. Natural cure for constipation it started after menopause
Ashlekha Sharma
05:08 PM | 13-04-2024
Hi Harminder Kaur Arora, Thanks for sharing your query with us! Please try to understand the problem from the Nature Cure perspective. During menopause, hormonal fluctuations can affect bowel movements, leading to changes in bowel habits such as constipation. Nature Cure believes that the root cause of such health conditions is Toxaemia- the accumulation of toxins within the body. Here are some guidlines that can help: 1. Start your day with 2 tsp of raisins or couple of figs soaked in water overnight 2. Reduce grains and emphasize more on fruits and raw salads. 3. Avoid dairy, dairy products and non-veg items. 4. Have warm water, herbal tea made with herbs like ginger, mint etc. 5. Do wet pack wrap on your stomach area with a wet towel for about twenty minutes and relax. 6. Gently massage your abdomen around your navel area in a clockwise manner for a few minutes daily. Wishing you a good health!

Avoiding constipation which is the mother of all issues is the key to prevention of piles and fissures. As explained in other questions of yours regarding the holistic lifestyle, if followed in a disciplined way all the issues which are lifestyle-related can be avoided including piles and fissures. however, If you have a constipation problem, I was working with my uncle who was on a similar condition but was admitted due to severe piles and fissures. If you have a constipation problem, then you might also be having a problem with external piles. The cause of such an issue is Persistently neglected health by violating the laws of nature in everyday life. This is the reason for constipation which has been allowed to worsen progressively. It is incorrect to assume that it is just local to the colon and once symptomatic treatment is given this will be rectified. When I did not know any better in my yesteryears, I have Got operated. However, I totally understand that if I neglect my health now, I will face the same issue that I assume is now my past. Hydrotherapy works like magic. applied the same on when someone was suffering from severe bleeding and swollen haemorrhoid also called a fissure when seen externally. So you will have to take a wet turkey towel and put it on your abdomen and your complete excretory organs and rest for the whole day. - T shape. Change the towel to resoak with fresh cold water every One hour because the towel would have become warm. While you do this, stay on a positive diet that will not disturb the sphincter muscle or inside passage. They have to be only pulp free liquid diet such as tender coconut or ash gourd juice or anything that is absolutely not having any Pulp they have to be only pulp free liquid diet such as tender coconut or ash gourd juice or anything that is absolutely not having any pulp. Continue this diet for three days. After three days if things get better, you can add soft fruits such as papaya and banana. You can also add green juice. Do not mistake and eat foods assuming that you need Fibrous diet. You definitely needed a fibrous diet in the past but not now. Now it is time to rest the body and not add foods that will need you to pass stools. You need to give your Body absolute rest from passing any motions and from a physical rest by resting on the bed. Please understand that your condition does not have any solution in medication. I have personally experienced this problem and know this very well. Diet management is the only solution for this issue. Stay away from acid causing foods such as dairy meat eggs fish oil sugar maida meat processed food from outside salty foods fried foods. In future , You have to absolutely drink cucumber juice to begin ur day , stay on fruits for breakfast. Switch to a wholefood plant-based lifestyle. Take enema daily and clear old stools once lifestyle changes and problem is healed. Piles is not a one-time issue. It is a lifelong management issue it is not restricted to just the removal of constipation. It is affected by stress both physical and emotional, bad lifestyles, improper sleeping habits, eating spicy foods. Hello User, Our eustachian block is bound to happen as it is directly connected with our nasal symptoms. Inflammation sets in and one tends to get vulnerable in immunity. Regular steam inhalation with 5-6 drops of tea tree oil, is needed in order to relax nerves and open the eustachian block and function it normally, take it twice a day. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. Hello Heena, Irregularity in the period or low blood flow when happens, our body becomes insulin resistant, due to the action pancreas which releases insulin becomes sluggish. The lifestyle which is filled with complex food items, a sedentary lifestyle, and toxic food habits leads to hampering our normal physiological cycle. During scanty periods, we tend to miss out on our ovulation days where the egg is completely ready to fertilize with sperm and automatically our conceiving chances reduce. That is why we have to correct the menstrual cycle to conceive. Taking a step holistically increases our metabolization and helps in strengthening our body. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Take one teaspoon of methi seeds in the morning with warm water to increase insulin sensitivity which will help in regularising the menstrual cycle with blood flow Have two dates very time with your breakfast to increase the iron content and one glass of jaggery water with one tablespoon of lemon. Beetroot is a very good source of folic acid. Have them with your salad an hour before a meal. Folic acid increases the rate of conceiving. Spinach and tomato juice is also a good idea for increasing folic acid content. Exercise: Surynamakar helps in increasing the blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner. Squats help in strengthening your uterine muscle, 10-15 times at one time will help in increasing uterus muscle tonicity. Cobra pose helps increase blood circulation in the pelvic region. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. Hello Taruna, Menopause is the natural cessation, or stopping of a woman's menstrual cycle and marks the end of fertility. Mostly women experience this menopause by the age of 42. It is a phase in which the hormonal changes occur in the body of women. These hormonal changes lead to certain health changes like weight loss, excessive sweating, etc. And you also suffered from hyperthyroidism, so weight loss may also be the result of that. However, hormonal balances can be maintained by following a correct lifestyle and having a correct diet. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush out the toxins from the body. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have a light, easy to digest breakfast like a bowl of sprouts and soaked raisins and other dry fruits. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Use cold-pressed oil in place of refined oils. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Exercise Regular exercise is also important for improved blood circulation and metabolism. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar. Perform tada asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana, etc. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep Sleep is equally as important as our diet. It affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

Hi Udipta Deori, We do empathise with your health condition. It sure must be tough on you! Autoimmune diseases are often described as conditions in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks the body's own cells, tissues, and organs. My baby body has golden hair recently ,I observed it what are the reasons for it? Can I cure it by her food while it is exposed to sunlight or tube light?
Anjali Rauthan
06:04 PM | 10-04-2024
Namaste Sindhu, We understand your concern. if parents don't have golden hairs and show up in babies that means it is not natural. Sometimes babies also have toxic overload in their body which they carry from the parent's body. Baby's skin is highly sensitive like a thin paper and sometimes changes in colour happen because of skin pigmentation. You can deal with it naturally by providing the right nutrition. You can follow these steps: 1. Include lots of fruits and vegetables in the baby's diet. It helps in removing the toxins. 2. Proper sleep is important- to check the baby is having deep sleep not disturbed sleep 3. Exposure to natural light i.e. early morning sunrays for 15-20minutes For more help, you can explore our Healthy Eating for kids E-learning program and Raising Kids Medicine free For queries, you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wishing you good health
How to control itchy skin
Ashlekha Sharma
07:22 PM | 10-04-2024
Hi Minu, It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes. But when the system is congested with excess toxic load, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too. As the body throws out the wastes through the skin, we observe breakouts which are given different names like itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis, lupus, dermatitis, boils, acne etc., It also causes dull-looking skin with blotchy patches, warts, acne and boils to name a few. In reality, these are manifestations of eliminations happening through the skin due to excess toxic load in the body. Here are some diet & lifestyle guidlines: 1. Dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt tire the body as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste. 2. Add nourishing foods like raw vegetables and fruits. 3. Adequate proper exercise every day ensures good blood circulation so nutrients and wastes are managed properly within the body. 4. Sleep and rest are very important to recharge your body and heal. The body is in repair and recovery mode during sleep. 5. Minimize the use of cosmetics and make your own cosmetics and toiletries at home with simple natural ingredients. 6. Sunlight strengthens and tones the skin. The action of sunlight is necessary for the synthesis of the many chemicals needed for proper functioning. 7. Give a break to your body by fasting for a couple of days in a week or 15 days. 8. Use a wet pack on your stomach and abdomen to improve digestion and elimination of toxins. You can also explore our Correct AutoImmune Diseases Naturally program that can help you in making the transition, step by step. I am suffering from hypothyroidism since 8 years and I am taking medication. My entire pregnancy and few years before that was totally wfpb. What can I do to reverse her condition? I have not yet started her medication. I will be forever grateful for any guidance which helps my daughter. Thank you so much all of you!

Namaste Shriti, We understand your worry and must be hard for you to see your child having this condition. As u mentioned you have been dealing with this condition for the past 8 years and during pregnancy the way we pass genetic information we also pass toxicity. And if we don't take care of a healthy diet we activate the toxins which end up causing a disease. But it can be reversible if you provide the right environment for the body to heal itself. The real treatment for thyroid disease is cleansing of the system. You can follow these steps to start 1. Add fruits like apples, pineapple, watermelon and grapes. Go for local and seasonally available fruits. 2. Put wet packs on the neck and abdomen region every morning empty stomach and in the evening after 2-3 hrs of meal. 3. Please avoid all processed food items like sugar, flesh foods, and fried and packaged snacks as they will affect the thyroid negatively. I hope you will start working on the above things and if you need more handholding you can come with us for personal coaching with our doctor-nutritionist team as the child is small and guidance will be accordingly. To begin with, you can explore our Raising Kids Naturally program Meanwhile, you can learn more about thyroid Correct imbalance Naturally.
