Hi there, Following are the things you've to keep in mind if you want to get rid of acne: - Eat lot of green vegetables and fruits. - Removing refined sugars and taking milk and dairy products out of your diet will lower your intake of tran-fats. This will also mean cutting out fried foods, margarine and other hydrogenated vegetable oils and hydrogenated oil products. - Increase the amount of other foods such as those containing Omega-3 fatty acids. - cut out junk foods and carbonated drinks. - Apply a hot washcloth to the affected area for 45 seconds then apply a cold washcloth for 15 seconds. Do this three times in succession always ending with the cold. Repeat several times during the day. - reduce stress by practicing yogasana and meditation daily .
After delivery I got periods after 1year.. For 2 months it was regular now it's became irregular.. How to solve this?

Hi, Change you diet and life style; Eat at least 2 hours before going to bed. Drinking warm water or herbal teas throughout the day is beneficial. Heavy foods including dairy products, fried foods, cold foods, rice, beans and legumes should be avoided. The use of spices, pickles and chilies in cooking should also be minimized Honey, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and breathing exercises (Pranayama) can be helpful. Take 200 ml carrot juice, or a combination of carrot juice with beet and cucumber juices. In the case of mixed juices, 50 ml each of beet and cucumber juices should be mixed with 100 ml of carrot juice to prepare 200 ml of mixed juice. Drink for relief from rhinitis.

Make sure you keeping the child off dairy and off grains completely to aid recovery, Try and offer coconut water though best is to offer some homemade fruit juice everytime he passes motions. You could try having a concoction of lemon juice diluted with equal amount of water. Have it every 3-4 hours. Basically with high uric acid your body is more acidic than alkaline, u have to restore the balance by upping the alkaline foods. Hope you don’t take dairy and wheat? These leave a high acidic residue in the body. Start your day with soaked raisins. - they are highly alkaline.

let me share my experience regarding feeding kids.I breastfed my elder one for 3 years then shifted to feeding from a glass ... no bottle at all .... later went onto drop dairy altogether .Today he’s 22 years old .My younger one I breastfed for 9 months ,after which I had to travel leaving him behind so my mom started feeding him banana each time he wanted his breastfeed so much so that he got hooked on to bananas( he still is at age 17). Point I’m trying to make is you could try feeding him something resembling or tasting like milk ..... a fruit smoothie, mashed fruit , coconut/ almond milk smoothies.Post 3 years once you start teething one does not need milk at all.
