Hello, Thanks for your question, although you haven't given details on the vaginal burning; I would still take a chance to answer. There can be variety of reasons to why you are struggling with this problem. Mostly if you are experiencing burning sensation while the sexual intercourse, then it may be due to bacterial infection. However, just as a general remedy, coconut oil works best as it has some antibacterial properties and the coconut oil also helps in easing out the burning sensation. So the best solution considering your question is the application of coconut oil. Secondly, please keep the vaginal portion dry, so you can always tissue to dry your vagina after using the restroom. For now please try this remedy... Thank you

Hello, Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when feeling tired or exhausted. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and increase your energy level. Fresh fruits, fruit juices, vegetables (raw or cooked or boiled), vegetable juices, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits, will keep you energetic as well. Do some pranayama and yoga Stay Healthy.

Namaste, Drink some herbal tea to cure cough. Cut fresh ginger into small slices and crush them slightly. Put 1 teaspoon of the slices and 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to a boil, then strain it. Drink it up to 3 times a day. Avoid dust and pollution. Vegetable soup will help to overcome soar throat infection and cough as well. When going out, wear a mask Include vitamin C-rich foods in your diet to shorten the duration of a cough. When body has become toxic due to a wrong lifestyle, it’s bound to impact the basic functioning of all organs. Suggest that you quit all animal products like diary and related products , meat eggs fish , quit sugar maida wheat and oil based cooked food and switch to a whole food plant based food which is cooked only from plant sources without any oil( exception being no wheat ) and a gluten free cooked food. Practice yoga and pranayama under a trained teacher. Both combined, over time you will feel better. What problems do you have ? Acidic foods from animals ( diary meat eggs fish) sugar wheat maida fried and oils used for cooking make the GUT absolutely unhealthy. Go off all these and lead a healthy life with raw fruits veggies and greens till dinner and for dinner millets without any oils.. you will start feeling better. It’s best to also start enema for a month once you start on raw as the old junk will mix with new and make u feel bloated

नमस्ते हमारे शरीर में कोई भी चीज़ तभी सही अनुपात में रहती है जब कि हम अपने आहार में कच्चे भोजन को शामिल करें। सुबह ख़ाली पेट धनिया पीस कर १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, और उसके २ घंटे बाद खजूर + केला खाएँ। दोपहर १२ बजे १०पत्ते पालक के +५ पत्ते पुदीने के पीस कर १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ।इसके १ घंटे बाद लें, सलाद में हरे पत्ते की सब्ज़ी ज़रूर लें। खाना अच्छे से चबा कर खाएँ, पानी या जूस को बैठ कर घूँट घूँट से पीएँ और पेट पर गीला सूती कपड़ा रखें। सुबह प्राणायाम करें १० मिनट और सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।
Eating grapes & apples causes gum inflamation, why? I have tried different type of apples but that didnt help. I presoak all fruits for 30 mins in water & viniger 1tsp to get rid of pesticides if any.

Sometimes when we eat something & it leads to a reaction, we feel it doesn't suit us. But be rest assured that if you are eating Natural Foods, such reactions are only body's way of speaking with you. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.....so how can it not be healthful for you :-) Grapes - eat them ripe. Nature has designed ripe fruits for us, when ripe their nutrition & flavor is at its peak. That's why if we eat it unripe, we get a sore throat. Inflammation - Any inflammation in the body is the body's way of signalling toxic overload. In your case, the signal may be getting activated due to apples & grapes, for someone else the trigger may be different. What to do? 1. Watch out for the grapes & apples you eat. They should be in season, ripe, locally available varieties. So if you live in India, buy Indian apples & not Washington, Indian grapes & not New Zealand grapes. By doing so, you are minimising intake of chemicals, at least to some extent......This is, in fact, applicable to all fruits & veggies you consume. 2. Focus on dental hygiene. Brushing your teeth twice a day with a natural toothpaste & rinsing your mouth after every meal you eat is a good practice. You may want to read this dental health journey - i-am-69-have-never-been-to-a-dentist. 3. Cleanse your system of toxic waste on an overall level by following healthy natural foods practice. Fruits and raw veggies are great cleansers for the body. Eat only fruits till 12 noon every day, eat as per hunger, no restriction on quantity. You can have fruits other than grapes & apples to start with. Have a big serving of raw veggie salads with cooked food in your lunch & dinner. If possible, have only 1 cooked meal a day. Stick to natural hydrating beverages such as coconut water, nimboo paani, etc. When you do all this, your body will get digestive rest & it will be able to focus on removing the accumulated waste. Co-incidentally I was just speaking to someone who was advised to stay away from bananas as there was some imbalance in his blood. So all his childhood & till the late twenties-early thirties, he did not eat bananas. By pink eye, I assume u mean conjunctivitis? Conjunctivitis is an inflammation in the eyes due to dust, pollen or germs in the air. When any of these interfere with the conjunctivia of the eyes, our body releases antibodies to deal with these foreign invaders. This is an absolutely normal body function and we should be grateful that body is trying to protect us from foreign particles ?. Symptoms such as itching, watery eyes, etc are body’s way of dealing with unwanted materials. Staying aligned to nature’s laws will help eyes restore their balance. Here are a few things you could do for your child- 1. He/she should Eat light as when body gets digestive rest, it can focus more on healing. Fruits, fruit juices, coconut water, nimboo paani. If he/she feels hungry after these, u could do veggie juices, soups and salads. Any other type of food to be strictly avoided. If there is an urge to eat cooked food, give simple khichdi. 2. Clean eyes with clean water every few hours. 3. put rose water or haldi water eyepads. Both have anti inflammatory properties. Boil water, add haldi, let it cool, dip cotton, squeeze and put on kid’s eyes. You could also use rose water eye drops, but ensure good quality organic rose water. 4. Very important - sun gazing - Make ur child look at the early morning sun. It shouldn’t be harsh, use your judgment. And if in doubt, just sit in sun. If child is very uncomfortable, do show him to a doc and continue to support child’s body naturally through the above. Good luck dear.
