This is a vision disorder which happens during the stage of development, in which an eye fails to achieve normal visual acuity, even after wearing eyeglasses or contact lenses. This condition is commonly called lazy eye. this condition starts at a very early stage right at infancy and then early childhood. Very commonly it affects one eye. Even after one wears specs this condition could be persistent and could cause vision disability. Yoga could have a better method to manage it. 1) Basic eye exercises could be helpful as a preliminary set of procedures 2) Eye Dhristis or Eye gazing exercises could be helpful as a second step 3) Trataka or candlelight gazing could be the final procedure. These above exercises would be best suggested that you practice under trained yoga Therapist or registered naturopath It is better to avoid to be practised as a home remedy initially until and unless you have become an expert in practices.

नमस्ते, बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है, रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है। शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए, वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है। फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें। सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

Namaste, Follow few steps, Eyes due to exposure to dust, harsh sunrays, pollen or any chemical, avoid constantly rubbing your eyes as it will only increase the inflammation and cause more dryness. Wash your eyes regularly with clean water. Do not watch TV or mobile at night for longer hours. Put 2 or 3 drops of rose water in your eyes twice a day. Make sure you are using pure and good-quality rose water. Eat more fruits, vegetable juice and almonds will help you too. Thanks.

नमस्ते हमारा शरीर ५तत्व से बना हुआ है वो पाँच तत्व का सामंजस्य ठीक प्रकार से होते ही शरीर पूर्णत्या स्वस्थ हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ ऐसे १० चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें खुले हवा में बैठें या टहलें 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगाआप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में १२बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।रात के खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ। ख़ाली पैर मिट्टी पे चलें दर्द वाले भाग पर गीली मिट्टी लगाएँ या खीरा + धनिया + तिल पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें और लगाएँ २० मिनट के लिए और फिर साफ़ कर लें इससे दर्द में तुरन्त आराम मिलेगा।
