नमस्ते गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें तो एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और पेट ख़ाली है तो इस अभ्यास को करें।जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। आपका निष्कासन (elimination) पूर्ण रूप से नहीं हो रहा है जिसके वजह से बॉडी आपको disease के रूप में अलार्म दे रही है, सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। २ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। सलाद दोपहर १ बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

Paste of sitaphal seeds with coconut oil also helps especially for lice’s eggs. At night, Apply, cover your head nicely with a cloth. In the morning you will find the dead ones on the wrapped cloth.
May I know the different ways in which seeds can be consumed, like chia, sunflower, pumpkin etc. Please advise.

Yes, it does. Allopathy says germs lead to infections. Naturopathy says it's the toxic environment of our body that gives a breeding ground to germs in the first place. This toxic environment is caused due to bad foods, stress, lack of fresh air or sun, less sleep, etc. So naturopathy looks at treating the root cause for those germs to thrive & give you a disease. Whereas allopathy focuses on just killing those germs through medicines. I am not sure if your questions is - Are there plant based sources of Vit B12 pills? - Can I get B12 from plants? For the answer to question 1, yes there are B12 pills available in the market which is from a plant based source. Unived.in sells these. Look for 1500mcg Methylcobalamin . For the second part of the question, B12 is not made by plants or animals. It is made from bacteria. Keep your gut healthy, soak in natural elements like sun, air, water, earth, organic foods etc to allow ood B12 generation by the body.
