Hello, When you leave gym routine there is a chance your muscles experience a little bit of discomfort as they are used to the routine of exercise, if there a specific reason why you stopped or quit gym? anyhow while you are experiencing pain you can try cold compress on your right arm, so ice pack can help you get some relief from pain. I would suggest that you also circulate your hand and let it move or be in motion so that you can allow the blood to circulate and the muscles to expand and contract. Also try not to get overconscious about pain as with time you will feel better if you do the above. Regards

What is the ph of cow and buffalo milk & milk products? How does it affect my body?

Let us understand what is MILK? Milk is a customized food for the baby in the womb. The production of the milk in mother’s body starts with the conception. This food is for the specific baby being developed in the womb. It is the most simplest food for that specific baby. If this is consumed by any other individual, it is a complex food. If the MILK is from any other species, the complexity increases. The complex food takes up more vitality in its digestion and assimilation process. When a body undergoes consistent overspend of VITALITY, it has high chances of being enervated. Enervation, as consequence, reduces the toxin elimination from the body. Eventually, TOXINS get accumulated in the body. Accumulation of toxin or TOXAEMIA is the single disease that we suffer from. Wherever the toxins get accumulated, it surfaces as different symptoms. If it is in the arteries, the symptom is named as heart disease. If it is in the joints, the symptom is given with the name arthritis. and so on... Hence, whatever it may be from cow or buffalo, ANY OTHER ORGANISM'S MILK IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS FOOD by Nature, despite whatever pH strips talks about it! Please read about the ph of cow and buffalo milk in the following note. In brief, let us understand what is a pH scale: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Acidity and Basicity/Alkalinity are two opposite properties of an aqueous solution. Like everything else, in Nature, aqueous solutions too try to achieve a homeostatic state or the state neutrality. The neutral state of a solution is pure Water. In pH scale the value of water as defined is 7. Below 7, all the solutions are acidic and above 7, are basic/alkaline. Acid and Alkaline always try to neutralize each other to become water. The pH value of blood is approx 7.4. That means it is almost neutral being slightly basic/alkaline. In diseased condition the pH value becomes more than 7, usually. With this understanding we confuse ourselves by concluding that we need to make our blood alkaline to have better state of wellness! It is another superstition! If we make our blood highly alkaline that is also a health hazard! Change in pH value or its Alkalinity or acidity in blood is an EFFECT of health. The CAUSE is somewhere else! Addressing the EFFECTSinstead of addressing the CAUSE, is a limited and shallow approach. We cannot carry a pH strip with us to measure the pH value of food that we choose to eat, hope you must have got the idea about ph of buffalo milk. Nature has sketched an excellent indicator to identify the right food. THE VOICE OF THE ORGANISM (V/O) is that indicator. The taste sensation is one of the major executions of V/O. Other important V/O in identifying the right food are smell, sight etc. The first condition is the food should be in its natural state without any modification; then we need to use our V/O to identify if it is beneficial for us. We should feel good about the food in terms of its smell, sight and taste. If it feels good, it is good for us. Simple! We can skip bothering about pH values. Thank you... Namaste, Consumption of pitta (fire) aggravating foods and foods of incompatible nature (virudh aahar) vitiates all the doshas, predominantly pitta dosha. Vitiated doshas produce heating toxins that are expelled upwards into the food pipe causing heartburn. Increased intake of tea or coffee, or oily, spicy, or fried foods aggravates pitta and leads to acidity. An aggressive nature and hyperactivity are also causal factors. Pitta is aggravated by late night work schedules, irregular eating patterns, and/or drinking alcoholic and carbonated beverages. Increased intake of painkillers and antibiotics also cause acidity and heartburn. Symptoms Chest pain Heartburn Pain while swallowing food Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. Avoid processed and fermented foods. Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. Also avoid rich gravies, sour, salty, and spicy foods. Curd should be strictly avoided. Take meals in a relaxed atmosphere at regular intervals. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama, Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama.

Hello Kiruthiga, Burning sensation in stomach indicates that your husband is suffering from acidity. Acidity is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

I have severe piles problem due to which severe constipation is there. I take medicines for constipation and piles. I have become thin and night sleep is also an issue. Also, I face indigestion and lack of appetite. I am ready to follow a lifestyle as per nature cure, can you share long term solution for this problem?
Nikita Mishra
02:03 PM | 20-11-2021
Hello Mahesh, Pile is a protruding mass in the anal area. Following a wrong lifestyle and wrong eating habits result in constipation and because of constipation, the force that a person exerts trying to push the bowel results in the dilation of blood vessels. And doing this, again and again, results in piles. Reasons for piles- Taking fatty foods. Having spicy foods. Eating packaged and processed food items. Tea and coffee. Not taking proper sleep. Stress Wrong sleeping pattern. Sedentary lifestyle. What should be done to cure piles naturally? Food- Take a fluid diet, have fresh fruit juices, coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, fruits, and vegetables in your diet. Have a rich fibrous diet. Avoid milk and all the milk-based products. Avoid animal products. Have brown sugar in place of refined sugar. Use coconut oil in place of refined oil. Physical activity Take a 30 min walk daily in the morning. Indulge yourself in some physical activities like football, basketball, running, jogging, skipping. Perform yoga and pranayam- Performing the following asanas improves the digestive system and helps to cure piles. Mula bandha asana Sarvanga asana Shishu asana Pada Hasta asana Bhujanga asana Vajra asana Sleep Sleep is very important to maintain circadian rhythm and hence in turn hormonal balance. Quality and duration of sleep, both are equally very important. It also reduces stress and maintains mental balance. So, take good quality sleep for at least 6-8hours a day. Medications Do check if you are on some medications because sometimes some medicines cause constipation. So, kindly pay attention to the kind of medicines you take. Habits to improve Get up early in the morning. Start your day by having warm water mixed with a few drops of lemon. Walk barefoot on grass in the morning. Thank you

Hello User, Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get your self treated well. Your problem is mainly due to hormones. If we put in the definition of medical science having a flow from 2-5 days is completely normal. If it is according to the genetic issues, like your mother and sisters have been having the same flow and might have considered the same hormonal imbalance which is making your weight gain, gastric issues, and irregularity in periods then we have to take care of your lifestyle at this stage. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content as well as regularise our menstrual cycle. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Eating methi seeds with warm water also helps in healthy periods. You can also have cinnamon water, empty stomach as it helps in insulin sensitivity. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Sitting in vajrasana after meals will help in dealing with digestion issues a lot. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and discomfort during periods. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing, this will help in treating stress. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you

Is Almond and Almond milk acidic or alkaline?
PSYsolution by Kalyan
12:13 AM | 22-02-2021
Almond is concentrated catagory of food, comes under the nut category. Nuts are concentrated foods and require a lot of VITALITY in its digestion/assimilation process. We need nuts very less (5% of the total food consumption, consumable weight-wise). Ideally, nuts should be consumed after soaking in water for few hours to make it softer and reduce the vitality-consumption. Almond milk is extracted out of almonds and it is definitely less beneficial than the whole-soaked-peeled almonds. In case of teeth problem one can opt for almond milk, extracted manually. If you are willing to know what is the ph of almond milk then please read the following note on pH scales. In brief, let us understand what is a pH scale: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Hi everyone! I have had a fatty liver for long time now. Though I eat healthy and work out regularly and I am also a pure vegetarian, still I have high cholesterol level….. 240. How do get under control?
Pramod Pathak
10:17 AM | 27-05-2019
Cholesterol increases with increase of inflammation in the body. Identify the cause of inflammation and remove it. Cholesterol is to heal inflammation so please do not take medication to decrease inflammation as the body will bounce back with higher cholesterol to heal inflammation. Food that causes inflammation.:- 1. Dairy. 2. Refined oil. 3. Refined sugar. 4. Preservatives in packaged foods. 5. Smoking and alcoholic beverages. 6. Lot of medication. You can reverse high cholesterol in 30 days. Go on only fruits and raw vegetables for 30 days. After that focus on lifestyle change. Fatty liver is of two types - alcoholic and non- alcoholic. Alcoholic is self explanatory, Non-Alcoholic is invariably associated with diet rich in refined oil, fats and high medication. Body having gone through high inflammation stores fats in liver for emergency. So go on fasting regularly to enable the body to use this reserve.
Why am I facing breathing problem during feb month?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
03:31 PM | 13-02-2020
Hello Mugur, Maybe it is a long term effect of prolonged exposure to chemicals and adulterated food and air, which have gathered all the levels of toxicity. Our lungs hold our body together with the supply of oxygen in our body which becomes constricted due to continuously not breathing fully. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places. Hence, our lungs become the target and the breathing problem starts. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clear our airway like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum etc. Drink plenty of water. Have ginger lemon tea, with one inch of ginger and teaspoon of lemon which will help in treating any respiratory organ issue. Exercise: Pranayam helps in treating all breathing problem. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. You can start with activities like blowing balloon, learning air-based instruments like flute, trumpet which will help in strengthening lung muscles. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you

Hi Ashis Roy, Thank you for sharing your concern with us, let us understand the concern from nature cure point of view. As per nature cure, toxic overload is the root cause of all diseases. Toxins are a byproduct of metabolism and also get added due to wrong lifestyle choices. When the body is unable to eliminate toxins through the regular channels (like kidney, bowel, skin), it tries to do so in the form of issues like cough, cold, fever, body pains etc. But most people end up suppressing the issues with medicines and again resulting in the body getting tired and giving up on its cleansing efforts. So all the toxins that are accumulated through all this time get lodged in all the convenient places it can find, resulting in various ailments. In case of blood pressure, the arteries get deposited with toxins and the blood starts needing more pressure to be pushed through. The moment one starts supporting the body with the right food and environment, it will start the cleansing and healing process. Hence, issues like faulty blood pressure can easily be reversed by leading a life aligned to laws of nature. Here are some guidelines to follow: start your day with fruit breakfast eat fresh, locally grown and seasonal fruits, vegetables and greens eliminate salt & sugar eliminate caffeine & tea get sun exposure daily Tips to stabilise sudden high blood pressure: lie dowm on a flat surface without pillow do not eat anything do wet packs on head do breathing excercise In the meantime, you may read: How Can You Manage Blood Pressure By Nature Cure 8 Natural Ways To Quit Tea & Coffee How To Use Wet Packs for Healing & Pain Relief Book 1:1 Call with Expert Cardiologist Dr. Prashanthi Atluri, MBBS, MD For further information, you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha).
