Thank you for sharing your concern with us and we understand that it must be challenging for you to handle this condition. It is an inflammation of the cervical region of the spine. because of prolonged negligence in minor health issues and suppressing them with medicines. At last, when the body gets tired inflammation starts building up inside the body. But the body is highly intelligent and It is in self-correcting and self-maintaining mode. You have to provide the right environment to heal this condition by providing proper nutrition and correcting your lifestyle.

initial action plans to start:
1. Exercise is beneficial in this condition: folding and unfolding of fingers, moving the wrist up and down, rotating them in both clockwise and anti-clockwise direction, forearms, neck and head movements.
2. Increase the Intake of raw salads 15-20 minutes before the main meal (Lunch & Dinner): Steam veggies and lemon juice + pinch of black pepper.
3. put wet packs on the spine region: Put a cotton cloth in cold or ice water and wring it. then apply covering the spine region for 15-20minutes. This practice will increase blood circulation in the spine region and reduce inflammation.
