Hello Sunil, Due to less healthy fluid intake and indulging in unhealthy beverages, our body goes into inflammation. Also in the background, when we chronically have a high-fat diet and sedentary lifestyle, which ultimately causes inflammation leading to gall bladder problems. Stones up to 6-10 mm can be very well removed with natural methods. Though surgical intervention is needed with the following guidelines you can stop the relapse of stones and encourage a healthy lifestyle. To treat this problem we should start with a light diet. In this case, only a multidimensional cure can help you. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal will help in treating inflammation. Cumin water helps in treating the digestive tract. Cinnamon water is healthy and helps in keeping the digestive system smoothly functioning. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Halasana, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasna, practice it daily before the session of suryanamaskar, this will aid in treating gall bladder stones. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello Rahul Vasava, Overthinking can often lead us to sleep deprivation. Good sleep is a reaction of a healthy body, eating a light meal. When we eat something heavy it does not allow our body to relax as it makes our body tired by the metabolism process. Eating light is healthy for body and mind. External sources of stress are also the cause of not getting sound sleep. We have to work here in all the ways to heal our sleeping pattern. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes before hitting the bed, as this helps in soothing nerves and relax your mind. Eating mineral-rich food like flax seeds, chia seeds, walnut and almonds make our brain stronger and prevent neuro-degeneration which overthinking causes. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Do 15-minute stretches before hitting the bed, to allow your body to go under healthy rest. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. Take a head massage an hour before sleep, coconut oil preferable. Thank you.

Hello T Shrinivas, Getting proper sleep is very important. Our body repairs our cells while we sleep and also produces and secretes cytokines which help to cure an infection. Quality of sleep depends upon many factors like the environment where you are sleeping, temperature of the room where you sleep, timings, etc. What to do Sleep early at night at around 10 pm. Don't use any electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, tv, computers, etc at least 1hour before sleeping. Make sure that the environment where you sleep is free from any unwanted sound and is quiet. Make sure that the room where you sleep is dark. Read books before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Don't skip your meals as this will also affect your sleep. Keep the timing of sleeping and waking up fixed. Avoid tea, coffee, and other such caffeinated drinks. Avoid dairy products, animal foods, packaged and processed foods as they are difficult to digest and improper digestion also decreases the quality of sleep. Do some physical activity during the day like some exercise or yoga. This will improve the metabolism and will help to get better sleep. Thank you

Hello Vidya, If we keep on loading ourselves with adulterated things and chemical-based products we are definitely going to be prone to any kind of illness, once the disease enters the body it is the whole body that needs to heal and not the part and this is what natural cure is all about. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get your self treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in stopping the bleeding. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron and make sure to constrict blood vessels. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Apply ice packs every 20 minutes which helps in constriction of blood vessels due to endometriosis. Taking tamarind water will help in dealing with bleeding issues, have it twice a day to stop bleeding. hours after your meals. Cumin water is also helpful in treating the same. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you

Hello Arti, Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just that part and this is what natural cure is all about. Blocked fallopian tubes can be due to two reasons: structural or functional. In functional, there is the intervention of the inflammation process resulting in the block. In case it is prolonged, I would like to advise you to visit our naturopathy experts. Structural reasons can be an injury. When an infection is not treated for long, it causes scar in between the tube resulting in blockage. Guidelines for a functional block of Fallopian tubes: A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation. If you take care of your lifestyle at this moment, then there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise, if it's not, with your inflammation getting cured. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in treating inflammation and releasing blockage. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with a tablespoon of lemon helps in treating inflammation, consume it during the evening. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body. Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body, helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle and healthy reproductive system. Warm baths, by sitting in a tub with lukewarm water, it will dissolve and help in dilating blood vessels and releasing the blocks. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. This will help in controlling anxiety during stress. Massage your pelvis with coconut oil, this will help in healing blood circulation. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you.

Hello, Sunny, The best advice for suffering from anxiety is taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. The reason you are also suffering from nutritional deficiency and the liver problem is because of this same issue where you are not able to absorb nutrients due to bad dietary habits. The episode of anxiety can also be dealt with easily in this manner. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of a vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Even Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sitting in an area where you have a good amount of sunlight is highly beneficial this will correct your backache which is due to low vitamin D. Morning sun rays help. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. The next thing is to take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
Hello! Regarding Bartholin cysts I have a doubt madam. Is there any link between Bartholine cyst and menstrual cycle regularity?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar

Hello Salma G, Yes, definitely there is a strong link. Bartholin cysts are just an inflammatory reaction of our body which is towards how we load our body with complex nutrition. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation. If you take care of your lifestyle at this moment, then there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise with your inflammation getting cured. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in treating inflammation. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. This will help in controlling anxiety during stress. My wife has high density of white hair and high and uneven skin hair growth. Her natural glow is fading day by day. Any natural remedies for her?
Wellcure

Dear Anik, We do appreciate your concern for your wife's health condition. Please do understand that the state of your hair reflects your overall health too. Our hair gets its nutrition from within. There are living cells in the hair bulb which get their nourishment from the blood to make good healthy hair. Taking care of the body’s needs – physiological, mental and emotional needs with the correct lifestyle results in the superior quality of blood which feeds the cells of the hair. When the quality of blood supplying the nutrition is good, the quality and colour of hair are good too. Hair growth and regeneration happen naturally in a cycle - there is a period of growth, a resting phase and then release of hair from the hair follicle which we experience as shedding of hair every day. Problems with hair are experienced when this cycle is disrupted. Adopting a natural lifestyle helps improve the quality of blood and increase nutrition available to the hair follicles, which in turn helps arrest and reverse issues like hair fall and premature graying. As your wife adopts a natural lifestyle, it will nourish her from inside. And when the body is healthy from inside it will definitely reflect on the outside too! You can explore our Nature-Nurtures Program that helps in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into your wife's daily routine in a comprehensive way and give her an action plan. She / he will guide her on diet, sleep, exercise, stress to correct her existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. In the meantime, you may find it useful to read this blog - Healthy Hair - Nourish your crowning glory Regds Team Wellcure
