Hello Amit, Anaemia is a condition in which the haemoglobin level is below the normal level. For women, the normal range of haemoglobin is 12-15.5 grams per deciliter and for men, it is 13-17.5 grams per deciliter. Haemoglobin is an iron-containing protein present in the red blood cells. It transports oxygen from the lungs to other body parts. Due to lack of haemoglobin, oxygen supply gets effected which results in other health issues like drowsiness, tiredness, fatigue, laziness, headache, lack of concentration, lack of energy, etc. Reasons for anaemia- A diet lacking in vitamins, minerals, iron and other proper nutrients. Intestinal disorders- Some intestinal disorders affect the absorption of nutrients in the intestine such as Crohn's disease. Alcohol consumption. Consuming certain medications. Heavy bleeding during menstruation. Any chronic disease like cancer, diabetes, kidney disease. Inherited- If your family has a history of inherited anaemia like sickle cell anaemia. Diet to follow- Eat only plant-based natural foods. Have beans, lentils, cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, dry fruits as they will provide iron to the body to cope with the haemoglobin deficiency. Along with the green vegetables have soybeans for vitamin B12 and have fruit juices, peanuts, green peas, while grains for folate. Vitamin C is also very important as vitamin c and vitamin B12 helps in the absorption of iron in the intestine. So, have vitamin C rich foods like citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes, pepper, melons, strawberries. Have brown sugar instead of white sugar. Have brown rice instead of white rice. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid- Avoid packaged foods and processed foods as they result in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid deeply fried foods and spicy foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, butter and animal foods. Avoid tea, coffee and other caffeinated drinks as they suppress the absorption of iron. Yoga Performing yoga asanas increase the immunity, increases blood circulation so that the blood and oxygen can reach every part of the body, improves digestion and absorption, and involves the stretching of muscles. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform anulom-vilom pranayam and ujjayi pranayam. Perform hala asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana, uttana asana, sarvanga asana, bhujanga asana daily. Perform kapalbhati for 5min. Initially start by 1min and then gradually increase it day by day. Sleep Sleep relaxes the body and mind, bursts out all the stress. The body repairs its damaged cells and tissues while we sleep. Take a good quality sleep for at least 8-10 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets 1hour before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

Here are a few tips that will surely help you: Meditation Meditation is the ultimate key to achieving good mental health. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods as they have bad effects on our digestive system. Yoga Daily yoga is very effective for achieving a good balance between the mind, body and soul. Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you
How to reduce cholesterol?
Wellcure
05:20 PM | 17-03-2021
Dear Parvez, Let us begin by first understanding what is cholesterol. Cholesterol is a wax-like fatty substance that is produced by the liver. Cholesterol is produced to assist our body in building its cell membranes, many hormones like testosterone and estrogen, fat-dissolving bile acids and vitamin D. The body produces the amount of cholesterol that it needs for its functioning. The blood gets its cholesterol from two sources - one is produced by the liver and the intestines itself and the other source is any food that we consume, be it seeds, nuts, meat, poultry, dairy etc. Like with all other functions and components, our body has mechanisms to maintain the desired level of cholesterol. However, when our body is overloaded with toxins it is unable to eliminate excess cholesterol from the bloodstream. One can definitely reverse high levels of cholesterol to normal by adopting a natural lifestyle. We suggest you take a personal consultation with our Natural Health Coach who can understand your background better & give you an action plan. You can explore our Natural Health Coaching Program for the same. We will guide you on diet, sleep, exercise, stress, etc to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. Hello Rashmi, Anxiety and fear are often correlated. They may result from a very stressful lifestyle or an emotional shocklack. Lack of balanced diet with all the essential nutrients and minerals, improper gut movement also add on to the stress levels. But all this can be resolved by a natural lifestyle. Diet Start your day with a glass of warm water as this will help to flush out the toxins from the body. Have overnight soaked raisins. This will improve the digestion. Diet should be rich in nutrients and all the essential minerals. For that include almonds, sprouts, beans, salads, cashews, whole grains to your diet. Avoid oily, spicy, processed and packaged foods. Make sure to drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated. Exercise For a healthy mind, a healthy body is equally important. Any kind of physical activity improves the blood circulation in the whole body and also the flow of oxygen increases to brain which helps to get rid of anxiety and stress issues. Start your day with a morning walk of atleast 30min in a place full of trees or in a garden. Look at the blue sky in the morning, this will give a soothing effect to your mind. Practice yoga regularly like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, sarvanga asana. Meditation Meditation is very effective in dealing with stress, anxiety and all the other mental issues. Practice meditation daily for atleast 20min. Bhramri pranayam is also a type of meditation. The vibrations created while doing the pranayam relaxes the mind and gives it the necessary energy. Sleep Sleeping time and pattern is very important as it affects the circadian rhythm. Sleep at fixed time and get up at fixed time. Sleep early at night at around 10pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6am. Don't use any electronic devices 1hour before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

Hello Selina, Anxiety is the indication about our bad mental health which is mainly due to incorrect lifestyle and incorrect eating habits like having a high fatty diet, not taking enough sleep, etc. But everything can be cured naturally by making just some small changes in the daily routine and eating habits. Here are a few tips that will surely help you: Meditation Meditation is the ultimate key to achieving good mental health. Just like our physical health, our mental health is also equally important and meditation is the best to achieve the same. Give 20 to 25 minutes from your busy day for meditation. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to boost the metabolism at the start of the day. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Avoid dairy products and animal products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence it results in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Thank you
