Yes this condition can very much heal. I don’t know what kind of lifestyle the child is leading. But get her to follow this Healthy Vegan whole food plant based lifestyle No diary from animals - milk curd ghee butter cheese paneer malai etc , no meat eggs fish sea food No white sugar or jaggery or other fancy sugars and jaggeries No maida , wheat and other packed ready to eat foods One glass of cucumber juice eith mint in the morning as soon as she wakes Plenty of fruits till 12 Cooked unpolished millet or rice lunch without oil with plenty of steamed vegetable Salads for snacking with greens like lettuce Palak mint coriander etc Cooked oilfree dinner unpolished and oil free On weekends, please replace lunch with a salad or raw lunch and fruits for snacking Give her a lot of tender coconut, dilute lime water , ash gourd juices Make her sit or stand in a early morning sun or late evening sun for 20 mins with minimum clothes Keep her emotionally happy and away from stress This will slowly show effect in few months and within 2-4 yrs all the patches will come back to normal. This is a lifestyle and she will have the tendency to come back to this issue if she repeats her current lifestyle. Some bodies are meant to follow a natural lifestyle very early in the life as their tolerance to toxins will not be much. They have high vitality or life energy to expel it. Please cooperate with her and as a family it’s best and I suggest that you change too. Children must not feel isolated while made to follow a new healthy lifestyle like medicine. The family must go along. Please make changes slowly , but animal foods, maida , oils, wheat must be immediately removed

A chronic skin problem at early stage of life needs nature cure diagnosis for better recommendations. We shall try and give some general interpretations of the state: Skin is the largest eliminating organ. All skin problems are toxic eliminations. Suppressing any chronify the problem. Skin pigmentation changes due to deep rooted enervation* in the organism. Enervation can be transported genetically, environmentally or through individual lifestyle. The chronic vitiligo is primarily a pigmentation problem and it does not hinder day to day life activities of an individual. The child should be appraised mentally and should not consider this as a big problem of life. The self-image of the child needs to be protected by the immediate caregivers. Inculcating conscious, consistent conservation of vitality reverses a lot of critical chronic health issues including skin problems. Habit of resting should be opted in all cases. RIGHT HABIT OF RESTING is the solution towards conservation of vitality. RESTING PHYSICALLY, RESTING PHYSIOLOGICALLY, RESTING PSYCHOLOGICALLY, as much as possible. This would lead to CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY*. Which would lead to reversal of the cause, naturally. CONSCIOUS CONSISTENT CONSERVATION OF VITALITY* is the only route towards holistic wellness. This can happen in the following adoptions. RIGHT INPUT HABITS - MORE TIME IN SUN, FRESH AIR, EATING A LOT OF RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLE. BALANCED PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING QUALITY SLEEP, UNDERSTANDING OF SENSE OF SEX and STRESS-FREE MENTAL ENVIRONMENT. Premature greying of hairs can be a result of vitamin deficiencies particularly Vitamin B-6,B-12, ,Vitamin D or Vitamin E while some other factors could be genetic and it can be due to oxidative stress too. Some other causes aligning to cause greying could be medical conditions like thyroid dysfunction or hormonal imbalances But each problem has a cure, you can include food items which are good anti oxidants. Some natural remedies include Usage of curry leaves Or bhringraj also known as false daisy, amla etc Along with this you should be including Triphala ,almonds, fresh greens in your diet
I am in early stage of my pregnancy. I wish to know what type of millets (Jowar, ragi, bajra, amaranth, chana etc. )are suitable for my first, second and third trimester? Also what type of millets will he suitable in what weather? Currently the weather is cold, being winter months, going towards summer.

Hi! Great to know you are thinking of including millets in your diet during pregnancy. There is no specific guideline for which millet is suitable in any particular trimester of pregnancy. You can have all of them in moderation. The idea behind including millets in your meal is to ensure diet and nutrient diversity. The more diverse your diet is in terms of the grains, vegetables and fruits, the healthier and more nutritious it is. So the same thumb rule applies for millets, try to include all /most of them in different ways. Different millets are rich in different nutrients. Ragi is excellent for calcium, foxtail millet is rich in protein, bajra/pearl millet is rich in iron and a good source of folic acid, etc. You can easily find them in stores nowadays or online. Some key things to keep in mind when you start off with millets: 1. As a beginner, try to do it just once a day and make sure they are cooked well. Under-cooked millets will cause dehydration and digestion issues. Easier recipes are khichdi, kheer etc where they can be cooked mushy but if you learn how to cook them fluffy and perfect you can experiment with many more recipes. 2. Increasing millets in your diet means increasing fibre, so increase your water intake as well. 3. Going towards summer, if you find that any type of millet is causing ‘heat’ in your body, pair it with cooling spices like saunf.or coriander. You could even use them in fermented recipes like the south Indian congee or the Rajasthani Raab or even in Idli Dosa batters. Besides increasing the B-complex in the food, fermentation also makes them more ‘cool’ for the body. 4. Do not eat the same quantity of millets as you would of white rice/wheat. Since these are fibre rich & nutrient dense they need to be eaten in smaller portions. 5. Millets keep us feeling fuller for a longer duration and provide sustained energy for longer. This does not mean that they are not being digested. We just need to adjust the quantity we consume as per our meal-frequency. For more queries and an easy cooking guide to millets, you can visit the following linkhttps://milletsforhealth.wordpress.com/2019/02/11/an-easy-guide-to-millet-cooking/

Hi, our body is very intelligent and gives us signal. Signal to take action, action to get back to nature. Ulcers are the indication for the body to tell us about the accumulation of toxins. We are facing these toxins in air we breathe, from the chemicals in processed food, from the chemicals we use on our body and our house, in the water we drink and thoughts we think. It has become our prime responsibility to clear these toxins. There are few things which she can implement in her diet and lifestyle that wi help her to release these toxins from body. 1. Eat mono fruits at breakfast. 2. Eat salads before lunch, preferred eat only raw for few days. 3. Your diet should be whole food plant based means no dairy, no processed food. 4. Completely maun varath. It will help her. 5. Feel gratitude 6. Be calm 7. Eat before sunset If possible take few days off and take complete rest and eat whole food plant based diet. I wish her a speedy recovery.
What food to be taken to reduce creatinine levels

In nature cure there is no concept like this m. This is the language of the medical field which unfortunately all of us are used to either understanding or speaking. Depends on how bad the kidney has deteriorated at this point . Is it at the level of dialysis - basically acute or chronic. High bp must usually be also a symptom of kidney issues. I would advice anyone to be on full raw without any nuts or seeds. Raw includes only fruits veggies and green leaves in this context. Ofcourse doctors say no banana mangoes etc, but have in moderation. Once a week dry to water fasting Daily 16 hrs fasting - from dinner to next lunch. Kidneys basically needs a break from work to focus on healing. For this to happen fasting is the best mode to heal. Eliminations of toxins will happen, headaches fever cold coughs pains in abdomen etc can happen, but sticking to raw is the best. Ask yourself why did creatinine go down in the first place.. this is just a side effect. Fixing the root cause - kidney malfunctioning, why is kidney malfunctioning, because there is so much toxin and protein in the 1-1.5 gallons of blood which goes through cleansing in the kidney 20 times each hour. There are millions of filters in the kidney and when each of them start to clog bcoz of the viscous blood and toxic blood, they stop filtering. If you don’t wash your tea filter daily, over time the filter has to be soaked in water, burnt over the fire and then dusted or cleaned. Likewise, the poor kidneys needs to have clean blood to purify. For the blood to be clean, the body needs to be leading a healthy lifestyle eating foods that heal, that body recognize more ( raw ). If we are not mindful about this fact, I am sure body ceases to function normally. Please fix the lifestyle instead of just reactively eating foods that keep the creatinine low. This latter approach is short lived .
What is the ph of cow and buffalo milk & milk products? How does it affect my body?
PSYsolution by Kalyan

Let us understand what is MILK? Milk is a customized food for the baby in the womb. The production of the milk in mother’s body starts with the conception. This food is for the specific baby being developed in the womb. It is the most simplest food for that specific baby. If this is consumed by any other individual, it is a complex food. If the MILK is from any other species, the complexity increases. The complex food takes up more vitality in its digestion and assimilation process. When a body undergoes consistent overspend of VITALITY, it has high chances of being enervated. Enervation, as consequence, reduces the toxin elimination from the body. Eventually, TOXINS get accumulated in the body. Accumulation of toxin or TOXAEMIA is the single disease that we suffer from. Wherever the toxins get accumulated, it surfaces as different symptoms. If it is in the arteries, the symptom is named as heart disease. If it is in the joints, the symptom is given with the name arthritis. and so on... Hence, whatever it may be from cow or buffalo, ANY OTHER ORGANISM'S MILK IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS FOOD by Nature, despite whatever pH strips talks about it! Please read about the ph of cow and buffalo milk in the following note. In brief, let us understand what is a pH scale: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Acidity and Basicity/Alkalinity are two opposite properties of an aqueous solution. Like everything else, in Nature, aqueous solutions too try to achieve a homeostatic state or the state neutrality. The neutral state of a solution is pure Water. In pH scale the value of water as defined is 7. Below 7, all the solutions are acidic and above 7, are basic/alkaline. Acid and Alkaline always try to neutralize each other to become water. The pH value of blood is approx 7.4. That means it is almost neutral being slightly basic/alkaline. In diseased condition the pH value becomes more than 7, usually. With this understanding we confuse ourselves by concluding that we need to make our blood alkaline to have better state of wellness! It is another superstition! If we make our blood highly alkaline that is also a health hazard! Change in pH value or its Alkalinity or acidity in blood is an EFFECT of health. The CAUSE is somewhere else! Addressing the EFFECTSinstead of addressing the CAUSE, is a limited and shallow approach. We cannot carry a pH strip with us to measure the pH value of food that we choose to eat, hope you must have got the idea about ph of buffalo milk. Nature has sketched an excellent indicator to identify the right food. THE VOICE OF THE ORGANISM (V/O) is that indicator. The taste sensation is one of the major executions of V/O. Other important V/O in identifying the right food are smell, sight etc. The first condition is the food should be in its natural state without any modification; then we need to use our V/O to identify if it is beneficial for us. We should feel good about the food in terms of its smell, sight and taste. If it feels good, it is good for us. Simple! We can skip bothering about pH values. Thank you... If you are looking for are plastic vaporizers safe then I must tell you that, for me and hubby we take steam the conventional way....boil water in a steel utensil. But for my toddler son, that's not very safe as he can't sit still, so I use a plastic steamer, which is more like a humidifier. It's available on Amazon. This is the one - Console Premier Big Size Vaporizer https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01N4MAQMO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_69xpCbD0G7T1G. Not sure if steel options are available in this one?

I know someone (a close relative) who had gestational diabetes with her firstborn. She managed it well with diet and exercise. Infact, during her second pregnancy, she did not get Gestational diabetes. Few things that I think worked in her case were - reducing simple carbs, consuming more wholegrains, including healthy sources of protein and staying active.

You can try natural remedies whenever pain comes. Whenever ever pain comes just put a wet cloth on her abdomen part where she gets pain for 20 mnts. Then alternate and place a hot pack / towel for 10 minutes. Also u can apply castor oil. Avoid oily foods which is the most important reason to trigger pain. I made life style changes n am still going on by god's grace without out surgery. Adding raw n cooked raddish to the diet helps a lot..

Hi! While it may not click with our rationale immediately, I read in an article that skin health like our overall health is deeply related to sleep as well. It is highly recommended that we get a peaceful, good night's sleep of 8 hours, in complete darkness, on a daily basis. May be that's why its called beauty sleep! The logic is, sleep is the time when your body does all the repair and correction work. That applies to the skin as well - the body would work on the skin to get rid of dry cells and replenish with new cells. So try getting good sleep, regularly!

Hello Sujata, High blood pressure is caused due to our blood vessels get constricted and the flow of blood is obstructed which causes pressure to increase, this is a long term effect of all the accumulation of toxins. The chronic diet of high fat and sedentary lifestyle is the cause of this. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places that inhibit our healthy growth. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clear our airway like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, etc. Drink plenty of water. Having raw garlic two hours after your meal, an empty stomach will be helpful in treating high blood pressure. A diet rich in potassium like coconut water, bananas, etc is recommended for a good flow in blood vessels. Hello Gaurav, Ulcerative colitis happens when our intestine is loaded with highly spiced food and diet which irritates our gastrointestinal tract with a sedentary lifestyle and no healthy movement. To treat this problem we should start with a light diet. Ulcerative colitis is an inflammation process happening in our intestine which can only be treated in a natural and healthy manner. In this case, only a multidimensional cure can help you. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal will help in treating inflammation. Tomato with black pepper in a meal an hour before dinner will help in treating the digestive problem. Fennel seeds consumption after meals helps in relieving digestion. Chew your food slowly without putting pressure on your digestive tract. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Sitting in Vajrasana after meals helps in improving digestion. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it.
