Hello Taruna, Menopause is the natural cessation, or stopping of a woman's menstrual cycle and marks the end of fertility. Mostly women experience this menopause by the age of 42. It is a phase in which the hormonal changes occur in the body of women. These hormonal changes lead to certain health changes like weight loss, excessive sweating, etc. And you also suffered from hyperthyroidism, so weight loss may also be the result of that. However, hormonal balances can be maintained by following a correct lifestyle and having a correct diet. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush out the toxins from the body. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have a light, easy to digest breakfast like a bowl of sprouts and soaked raisins and other dry fruits. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Use cold-pressed oil in place of refined oils. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Exercise Regular exercise is also important for improved blood circulation and metabolism. Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar. Perform tada asana, trikona asana, vriksha asana, etc. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep Sleep is equally as important as our diet. It affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

Healthy Party Hacks - Balance Festivities & Health
Often people ask me how to manage a healthy lifestyle that's harmonious with nature and social life. Just because one is health conscious does not mean he surrenders to a hermit's lifestyle. Where there are problems, solutions show up if we stick to our principles and keep an open mind to recognise it. In the past, partying, celebrations, big gatherings were fewer than today. But the trend seems to be increasing and so is the decline in the health of people. The rate of consumption of animal foods has skyrocketed. The more widespread the food varieties at a social gathering, the more satisfied is the ego. Our ancestors lived relatively healthy lives even without a lot of raw food-reason being that they stuck to simple uncontaminated foods, disciplined consumption, regular fasting, mental poise, working hard under the Sun and led a stress-free lifestyle. Today most of the birthdays are celebrated in fast food joints, festivals are lavish, marriages are too loud, with plen

Hello Bhanu, Hair greying is due to stress, so the most important thing is to increase your protein intake. In a male's body, protein helps in triggering testosterone which will help in turn in enhancing beard growth and help in getting its natural colour. Due to pollution, high fat diet and sedentary lifestyle the effect of testosterone lessens in the body which results in early hair greying. Hence we need a multidimensional solution, in order to treat hair growth problems, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption. Make your breakfast raw with a glass of juice (vegetable) and boiled sprouts) Before an hour of your dinner consume one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in one glass of water with a tablespoon of lemon will help increasing vitamin C intake and your hair quality. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hello Yash, Your deficiency is the result of poor absorption which is linked with your digestion not happening in harmony. The lighter the food in its nature the easier it is to absorb but what we do is accumulate ourselves with a lot of high-fat diets and a sedentary lifestyle which results in the accumulation of toxins. Regular consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food, toxins are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is, that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure for this problem. In indigestion with the consumption of this kind of food, what becomes an issue is from the esophagus to rectum everything is disturbed. The toxins are in the body, call it stomach ulcers or infection they relate to the same cause. With a healthy change in the diet and your routine, we can deal with all the issues related to the problem of poor absorption and indigestion. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: Start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. Your breakfast should be of the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including a fiber-rich food item which helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which has a good amount of fiber in them. Seeds are a good source of vitamins, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds are easily available. An evening with one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in water with one tablespoon of lemon juice is a rich combination for vitamin absorption. Exercise: Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help in the treatment of piles. After your meals practice, this poses for better digestion and easy stools. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you

Lemony peppery millet rice - with raw veggies
Millet rice is a good option to add diversity to the grains you eat. Mostly we end up eating just wheat and rice. But when nature has given so much choice, why not add some spice in life!! Millets are rich in fibre. This recipe is oil free and the veggies are largely raw and give a good crunch. You can have this alone or with a soup or curry. You can also serve this as a salad in parties. If you are ok to eat raw veggies, you can reduce the quantity of millets and increase the veggies.

Hello Usha, Belly fat or accumulation of excess fat in a part of the body is the result of a sedentary lifestyle and wrong food intake like eating deep-fried foods, having a high fatty diet, etc. So, to get rid of the belly fat, this extra fat has to be removed. For this, the following tips will be helpful. Diet to follow- Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Soak cumin seeds overnight. Boil the water in the morning, add a slice of ginger and honey to it and then strain it and drink. This drink will be helpful to remove the extra fat. Always have natural plant-based raw foods. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans to your diet. Have fresh green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc instead of refined grains. Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have a good amount of water throughout your day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid Avoid spices and spicy foods. Avoid sugar, maida, wheat, white bread. Avoid all the packaged food items, deep-fried foods, processed foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid dairy food items. Exercise Exercise is equally important as diet as it will help to improve the blood circulation and metabolism of the body and also will help to burn the excess fat. Start your morning with a walk or jogging of 30min. Do plank for 5minutes. Perform yoga like suryanamaskar, kapalbhati, pashchimottan asana. Do pranayam regularly, specially bhastrika and kapalbhati pranayam. Sleep Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you

How To Select Fruits, Vegetables & Grains For Healthy Body & Mind
Though there is a lot of food produce available to us at many places around; more than at any previous point in human history; yet, many a time we end up buying them without much exploring and research. But by choosing the ‘right' produce, we can make the healthy and wholesome living we desire a daily reality. The path to good food starts with selecting the right produce, the ‘right' way and from the ‘right' place; and it doesn't have to be expensive! Produce refers to Grains (including millets, lentils), Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, and Spices, – all of which comprise the basic food groups. In the present day, what to eat is increasingly becoming an important question to ask oneself. But it is far more important and necessary to check ‘behind the scenes' of what's cooking.
