Namaste, Cut a small portion of banana peel. Apply the fibrous part (white side) of the peel on the skin tag for an hour or so. Repeat the process for a few days until the skin tag falls off. or Take 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. A few drops of castor oil Mix a little castor oil with baking soda to form a paste. Keep in mind that this can be very sticky. Apply this paste on the skin tag. Rinse it off after 1-2 hours. Using excessive electronic equipments like computer, laptops, TV, etc, pollution, dust and stress may lead to eye problems and weak eyesight. For healthy eyes, some lifestyle and dietary changes are necessary. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water. This will help to remove the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have lemon juice or orange or amla. Have soaked nuts, dry fruits and sprouts to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Have carrots, fresh green leafy vegetables like spinach and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Habits Put gulab jal in your eyes. Wash the eyes with cold water 3 to 4 times a day. Make a habit of doing exercise or yoga daily. Perform ardha shirsha asana, parvat asana as they will improve the blood circulation. Reasons for diabetes Sedentary lifestyle Family history Wrong eating habits. Hormonal imbalance Obesity Diet- Have only plant-based natural foods. Include sprouts, salads, beans, nuts, dry fruits in your diet. Have coconut water and fresh homemade fruit juices. Avoid dairy foods and also avoid animal products.
