Hello Bhawan, With our age, our body goes into degeneration and our sedentary lifestyle in addition to that, the knees which become the weight-bearing joint of our body get extra-loaded and this happens to make our body very weak and vulnerable. In order to protect our body to get more damages, we have to protect it with a healthy lifestyle. The reason our body works in harmony is because of the fact that the fluid is present in the body, this acts as grease in the body which tends to make sure that all the organs have a smooth flow in function. The knee cap gets disturbed due to the fact that the cartilage is not getting a sufficient amount of fluid in the knee region. So, our main focus is to make sure that our body gets fluid. Eat: A good amount of water is needed in the body, 5-6 liters of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 liters so at least that much water is needed in the body. Start storing the water in copper bottles so as to make sure we get a good amount of copper. Copper is the required mineral that helps in treating fluid. Calcium is another mineral which is needed in this stage to make sure our bones are working in harmony, calcium helps in treating all the disease related to growth and wear tear of our tissues, good source of calcium are green leafy vegetables because not only they are easily absorbed in the body but also we can rely on the plant vegetables for not producing toxicity in the body. Seeds are another good source of calcium, for example, flax seeds. When we eat the right kind of food at the right time we make sure that it is easily absorbed. Let us start your day with a good amount of water, 2-3 glasses of warm water help in flushing out the toxins. These toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases need to be flushed. Your breakfast should comprise something light, a fruit bowl and after some time a vegetable juice is easy to digest. This will help in the absorption of nutrients easily. Exercise: Let us start with dealing with the exercise part in a broader spectrum, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of exercise. 1. After sitting on a chair, raise your legs at a right angle one by one and do it continuously, for 25 times. Do it with one long breath at a time. 2. A brisk walk is something that you can do daily without getting knee pain. 3. By sleeping on your back, you do leg raise alternately, this will put more pressure on the muscles. With the help of these guidelines, you will surely be able to work on your knee gap and your exercises will be fruitful without discomfort or pain. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing a 15-minute exercise before sleep like deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. A calm mind will lead to a healthier body. Sleep: Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is very essential for the body, during sleep our body repairs itself and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you
I have pain in finger and toes joints since a few months. I had vitamin deficiencies - hemoglobin, B12, D. After taking all the vitamins since past 3 months I am still not feeling any difference. Can you suggest a solution?

Hello Jyoti, Vitamin deficiency means you are not getting enough vitamins to stay healthy. Vitamin B12 is also necessary for the body as it also has its own importance. It helps to make your DNA and red blood cells. And you have to take Vitamin B12 on a regular basis as the body doesn't store it for long. Hb deficiency leads to a condition which is called as the anaemia. Hb is the protein in your RBCs that is responsible for carrying oxygen to your tissues and it occurs when your body doesn't have enough of the mineral iron. Diet You can get Vitamins in the following ways Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water to flush out the toxins from your body. Have cereals in your breakfast. Breakfast cereals will help the body to get Vitamin D. Have orange juice. Include soy drinks in your diet. Take sufficient sunlight. Have plant-based yoghurt for vitamin B12. Also include sprouts, nuts, beans and salads in your diet. Yoga Sometimes vitamin and mineral deficiency may also result due to the inability of the body to absorb the vitamins as in malabsorption syndrome. Yoga and exercise will help the body to absorb the nutrients efficiently. Take short walks after every meal. Perform kapalbhati pranayam. Perform tada asana, vriksha asana, trikona asana and padahasta asana. Do 10 to 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Sleep Sleep is also important for the proper functioning of the body. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic devices 1hour before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

My haemoglobin 10. 5. I feel drowsy all the time. Please provide me the diet chart and also tell me is my drowsiness can happen because of low hemoglobin?
Nikita Mishra
03:36 PM | 10-05-2021
Hello Amit, Anaemia is a condition in which the haemoglobin level is below the normal level. For women, the normal range of haemoglobin is 12-15.5 grams per deciliter and for men, it is 13-17.5 grams per deciliter. Haemoglobin is an iron-containing protein present in the red blood cells. It transports oxygen from the lungs to other body parts. Due to lack of haemoglobin, oxygen supply gets effected which results in other health issues like drowsiness, tiredness, fatigue, laziness, headache, lack of concentration, lack of energy, etc. Reasons for anaemia- A diet lacking in vitamins, minerals, iron and other proper nutrients. Intestinal disorders- Some intestinal disorders affect the absorption of nutrients in the intestine such as Crohn's disease. Alcohol consumption. Consuming certain medications. Heavy bleeding during menstruation. Any chronic disease like cancer, diabetes, kidney disease. Inherited- If your family has a history of inherited anaemia like sickle cell anaemia. Diet to follow- Eat only plant-based natural foods. Have beans, lentils, cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, dry fruits as they will provide iron to the body to cope with the haemoglobin deficiency. Along with the green vegetables have soybeans for vitamin B12 and have fruit juices, peanuts, green peas, while grains for folate. Vitamin C is also very important as vitamin c and vitamin B12 helps in the absorption of iron in the intestine. So, have vitamin C rich foods like citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes, pepper, melons, strawberries. Have brown sugar instead of white sugar. Have brown rice instead of white rice. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid- Avoid packaged foods and processed foods as they result in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid deeply fried foods and spicy foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, butter and animal foods. Avoid tea, coffee and other caffeinated drinks as they suppress the absorption of iron. Yoga Performing yoga asanas increase the immunity, increases blood circulation so that the blood and oxygen can reach every part of the body, improves digestion and absorption, and involves the stretching of muscles. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform anulom-vilom pranayam and ujjayi pranayam. Perform hala asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana, uttana asana, sarvanga asana, bhujanga asana daily. Perform kapalbhati for 5min. Initially start by 1min and then gradually increase it day by day. Sleep Sleep relaxes the body and mind, bursts out all the stress. The body repairs its damaged cells and tissues while we sleep. Take a good quality sleep for at least 8-10 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets 1hour before sleeping for a good quality sleep. Thank you

Hello, Diet is very essential for a healthy body and mind but along with this, physical activity, correct lifestyle and sleeping habits are also equally important. Eating correctly is essential but along with a correct diet, appropriate absorption of the foods that we eat is also important, so that our body can utilise the nutrients present in the foods. For this, appropriate functioning of digestive system is important. Acid reflux results due to improper time of eating foods and also incorrect choice of foods that you eat. The type of food and the time of meals greatly affects the function of your digestive system. Hence, it is very important to eat correct and also at correct time. Along with this, here are some tips that should be followed. Diet to follow- Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to boost the metabolism as well as to flush the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the morning on an empty stomach to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink almond milk. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated and remove the toxins out of the body. Foods to avoid- Avoid animal foods and also avoid dairy products. Avoid processed, packaged foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid white sugars. Avoid refined oils and refined grains. Exercise Exercising is very important for a well functioning digestive system so that the nutrients can be absorbed efficiently from the food. Do suryanamaskar daily. Do kapalbhati pranayam. Do plank for 5min daily. Take sunrays early in the morning for 15 to 20 minutes. Sleep Sleep deprivation may also lead to certain issues like weakness, digestive problems, etc. Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours regularly. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Thank you
Suffering from low ovarian reserve and low amh, underwent ivf but it failed. Pls advise
Nikita Mishra
01:51 PM | 23-03-2021
Hello Oiendrilla, AMH levels are determined by the number of developing follicles in your ovaries. The most important determining factor in the number of follicles is age, as ovarian reserve diminishes over time. Ovarian reserve begins to decline in the mid and late 30s and AMH levels tend to be low in women in their 40s. Age is not always a factor in low AMH. However, some women continue to have high AMH levels into their 40s, while others have declining AMH levels in their 20s or 30s. This can be due to environmental factors such as cancer treatment or down to inherited genetic causes. Here are some of the ways to deal with low amh naturally. Diet Eat a balanced diet to improve your fertility. Choose foods that are rich in antioxidants, healthy fats such as omega 3s, lean proteins and vitamins. Eating a healthy diet can improve the health of your ovaries and eggs. Include beans, broccoli, berries such as blueberries and strawberries, green leafy vegetables, spices such as turmeric and ginger and seeds (pumpkin, sesame) in your diet. Take sunshine daily Vitamin D has been shown to directly increase AMH levels, so take early morning sunrays daily for atleast 40 - 45 minutes, so that, your body can have the sufficient Vitamin D. Vitamin D can also help to keep your ovaries healthy. Say no to smoking Smoking permanently speeds up egg loss in the ovaries. The chemicals in cigarettes mutate the DNA in a woman's egg cells, making some of the eggs unsuitable for conception. So, it is best to keep eggs healthy and free of unnecessary chemicals. Manage stress levels Stress can produce hormones such as cortisol and prolactin that can interfere or halt ovulation, which also hinders egg production. Stress-reducing activities such as yoga, meditation, exercise or a warm bath can help keep stress and frustration at bay. Yoga Good egg health is aided by oxygen-rich blood flow to the ovaries. Blood flow in the body can quickly decrease from dehydration, so aim to drink atleast 10 glasses of water each day. Yoga is a healthy and relaxing way to improve blood flow. Perform yogasanas such as the lotus pose, child’s pose, reclining hero and seated forward bend. Sleep A good quality sleep is extremely important for maintaining the circadian rhythm. So, have a good quality sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6am. Read books before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

Hello Narsingh, Weight gain results due to a sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activities, and high fatty diet. For reducing the weight, it is necessary to remove the excess fats from the body, and along with this following a natural lifestyle and correct eating habits is also important. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat. Always eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Exercise Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation. Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Practice pranayam regularly, like bhastrika, kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning regularly for 15-20min. Sleep Sleeping patterns and quality of sleep also matter. Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Thank you

Hello Sunil, Belly fat or accumulation of excess fat in part of the body is the result of a sedentary lifestyle and wrong food intake like eating deep-fried foods, having a high fatty diet, etc. So, to get rid of the belly fat, this extra fat has to be removed. For this, the following tips will be helpful. Diet to be taken Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. Soak cumin seeds overnight. Boil the water in the morning, add a slice of ginger and honey to it and then strain it and drink. This drink will be helpful to remove the extra fat. Always have natural plant-based raw foods. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans to your diet. Have fresh green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc instead of refined grains. Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have a good amount of water throughout your day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid Avoid spices and spicy foods. Avoid sugar, maida, wheat, white bread. Avoid all the packaged food items, deep-fried foods, processed foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid dairy food items. Exercise Exercise is equally important as diet. Start your morning with a walk or jogging of 30min. Do plank for 5minutes. Perform yoga like suryanamaskar, kapalbhati, pashchimottan asana. Do pranayam regularly, specially bhastrika and kapalbhati pranayam. Sleep Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6am. Thank you
