नमस्ते वज़न बढ़ाने के लिए आकाश तत्व का सेवन करें। ताकि आहार से मिले पोषक तत्व का नियमित ढंग से वितरण हो सके। पतले लोग अक्सर बार बार खाते हैं। भूख हो या ना हो। जिसका दुस्परिणाम होता है ख़राब हाज़मा। अनुशासनबद्ध तरीक़े से प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली का पालन करें। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो की फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। अनुलोम विलोम और भ्रामरी करें। रस्सी कुदना और कोई भी शारीरिक व्यायाम करें। रक्त बेहतर संचार होगा। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नितत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। धन्यवाद। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator)

Hello True, there are lots of confusing information around. What I have learnt in my experience is that mono fruit is the best, as it is easier for our body to digest and assimilate. But at the same time if you feel like having a combination of fruits, you could still go ahead, it will not pose a great hazard to your general health. With time the cleaner you eat, your senses would become sharper and you will be able to make the right choices. You just need to see and touch the fruits. If your taste buds get activated and the smell makes you salivate then just go ahead and have that fruit. Sometimes certain fruits will appeal to you more and some won’t. Steam whatever vegetables you want. Do dry tadka without oil, add soaked tamarind juice, turmeric and boil. Add some sambar powder, steamed vegetables and ground fresh coconut. Do not boil vigorously after this step. Add some salt and switch ff the gas. Let it sit for sometime for flavours to mix. Enjoy your healthy sambar.

Your gut has become highly irritable. Switch off all forms of solid food for 3 days and resume only tender coconut for 2 days and vegetable juices for the third day. Resume fruits for lunch with rest of the day on juices ( no sugar salt or jaggery or milk or any other products except for the juice in a vegetable). I switched to healthier food and started consuming raw food. Challenge is eating majorly raw, my stomach is always bloated and always paining. The moment i start eating roti, the pain stops. If i eat other millets it still pains.

Hi. Few points here: Our body speaks to us through signals. What you perceive as pain may, in fact, be body's way of clearing accumulated toxic waste now that you are giving it the right inputs. So be rest assured that you are on the right path. Since you have started eating raw recently, give some time to your body to adjust. How about this - try a few things: 1. Start with smaller portions of raw & increase quantity gradually. 2. If you are eating veggie salads with cooked meal, eat them before the cooked meal. Finish salad & then go on to cooked meal or give half an hour gap between the two. 3. Be only on fruits from the time you wake up to noon. No restriction on quantity, eat as much as you want as per hunger, do multiple rounds of fruit if need be. Eat seasonal fruits. This time is very important from the circadian rythm point of view. Elimination function is at its peak, so don't divert body's energy by eating anything other than fruits. 4. Eat a generous serving of fruits in the evening too. 5. Have 2-3 lemons everyday, half or one lemon a time. Mix juice with equal amount of water & take it as a shot. Pain & bloating can also happen because of over eating or emotional reasons like stress. Hello Mohd Usman, In your case the liver functioning is weak hence it becomes difficult in absorbing nutrients. So the best thing is to start with having nutritious vegetables and fresh fruits in order to reap benefits. Having a complex diet like gluten or meat can be very difficult for your body to digest and weight to gain. Protein is the first thing that will help in increasing weight. Getting a toned body with an increase in weight should be helpful. Plant-based proteins are easy to digest and simple to absorb. Weight gained in a natural manner helps in improving the quality of life accordingly. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. Breakfast should have a glass bottle guard juice with an inch of ginger with one bowl of raw sprouts. After two hours one fruit, especially a seasonal fruit like banana, apple, mango etc as they said in weight gain. Lunch should have two buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable. After diarrhoea stomach needs food that helps and bind watery stools and which helps to restore the normal intestinal flora and normal nutrition. Hi i have blessed with baby boy on November 26 2018 which was premature. Got BP so doctors did C-section. From that day i am suffering from phobia of BP and anxiety. I was not in the prime of my health Prathibha when I had both my girls. My older one was a premi normal birth with an overdose of injections to induce laborand the younger one was a full term csec. I had serious iron deficiency I was told, I had UTI and so I know she was prematurely delivered. She is a healthy child now. It’s my past. Bp is also another lifestyle issue.
