I switched to healthier food and started consuming raw food. Challenge is eating majorly raw, my stomach is always bloated and always paining. The moment i start eating roti, the pain stops. If i eat other millets it still pains.

Hi. Few points here: Our body speaks to us through signals. What you perceive as pain may, in fact, be body's way of clearing accumulated toxic waste now that you are giving it the right inputs. So be rest assured that you are on the right path. Since you have started eating raw recently, give some time to your body to adjust. How about this - try a few things: 1. Start with smaller portions of raw & increase quantity gradually. 2. If you are eating veggie salads with cooked meal, eat them before the cooked meal. Finish salad & then go on to cooked meal or give half an hour gap between the two. 3. Be only on fruits from the time you wake up to noon. No restriction on quantity, eat as much as you want as per hunger, do multiple rounds of fruit if need be. Eat seasonal fruits. This time is very important from the circadian rythm point of view. Elimination function is at its peak, so don't divert body's energy by eating anything other than fruits. 4. Eat a generous serving of fruits in the evening too. 5. Have 2-3 lemons everyday, half or one lemon a time. Mix juice with equal amount of water & take it as a shot. Pain & bloating can also happen because of over eating or emotional reasons like stress. Hello Mohd Usman, In your case the liver functioning is weak hence it becomes difficult in absorbing nutrients. So the best thing is to start with having nutritious vegetables and fresh fruits in order to reap benefits. Having a complex diet like gluten or meat can be very difficult for your body to digest and weight to gain. Protein is the first thing that will help in increasing weight. Getting a toned body with an increase in weight should be helpful. Plant-based proteins are easy to digest and simple to absorb. Weight gained in a natural manner helps in improving the quality of life accordingly. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. Breakfast should have a glass bottle guard juice with an inch of ginger with one bowl of raw sprouts. However, in places where the mucus must not be present if you can start accumulating, it can be very hard for the internal organs like the lungs to breathe. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have a cold and cough this is because that is bod's natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. However mucus starts getting excessively produced in the internal organs such as the lungs where it is unnecessary, If you eat foods that produce excess mucus, Excess mucus putrifies and hardens overtime and refuses to leave the body in all the attempts that the body makes. Such is the time when you will have also have breathing issues. The major root causes of all your problems is having excess animal foods such as dairy, eggs, meat, fish. I am 29 yr old. My immune system is very weak, every 3rd-4th day I have cold and cough. And after doing some exercise I get fever due to fatigue. Height 5'6, wt 60. Hello User, The reason why our body chooses to go low in immunity is because of our regular diet and low exercise which makes our lifestyle vulnerable to all the diseases. Hence, we continuously get vulnerable to these symptoms and our immunity becomes down to fight all the infections. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture two hours after the noon meal. This is best for beating inflammation. Start with Vitamin C rich diet like sprouts, sweet potatoes, green pepper, oranges, lemons, etc for increasing your immunity. Take one teaspoon of mulethi with half teaspoon honey, take three times a day half an hour after meals for immunity. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Since you were COVID positive, your body is getting recovered from it, that's why you may experience some weakness and to deal with the situation, you should add nutrition to your diet and Yes, you can breastfeed. Here, you need to follow a correct lifestyle and diet for maintaining the circadian rhythm and to achieve a healthy body. Diet to follow- Have a variety of fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Eat sprouts, salads, and dry fruits. Have pulses, nuts, and beans. Take antioxidant-rich foods like blueberries, amla, orange, or lemon. Drink plenty of water during the day, approximately 8 to 10 glasses of water to be hydrated. Diet to avoid- Avoid processed, packaged, and preserved foods. Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not meant for our human digestive system and lead to the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Hello Mukesh, Diabetes is a lifestyle disorder and can be corrected in a natural way. In diabetes, our body is not able to break the sugar or use the sugar in a proper way. But, by making some changes in lifestyle and habits, it can be cured naturally. High levels of C reactive protein indicates infection or any chronic disease. A change in the lifestyle and eating habits is needed for a healthy body. Reasons for diabetes Sedentary lifestyle Family history Wrong eating habits. Hormonal imbalance Obesity Diet- Have only plant-based natural foods. Include sprouts, salads, beans, nuts, dry fruits in your diet. Have coconut water and fresh homemade fruit juices. Avoid dairy foods and also avoid animal products. Cook oil-free or use cold-pressed oil. Avoid tea and coffee. Include whole grains like barley, millets, oats in your diet. Avoid sugars, chocolates, carbonated drinks. Exercise Doing some physical activity is very important to cure diabetes. Walk around 2,500 steps in the morning and the same in the evening. According to WHO, we should walk 8000 steps daily. Daily work may contribute to around 3000 steps and to complete them to 8000, walk 2,500 steps in the morning and evening. During this type of episode of pains, you can make sure to put a cold ice pack as it will help in dilating the blood vessels in the area and allow your blood circulation to increase which in turn will heal its own self. With that even massages are helpful. Some Fast tips: 1. As you are having water during fasting we should make sure to have plenty of it to keep minerals intact, water is a good source of copper. 2. Never skip your before12 pm meal as it gives glucose to your body for the whole day. 3. Avoid having high indulgence food with high fat and sugars during your "eating time" keep it light so that nutrients are absorbed well. You can utilize Vitamin C rich diet for your gut problems with fruit sources like oranges and mosumbi. These tips will ensure that you have a healthy fasting phase and you would be energetic for the whole time. Hello Akshay, With nature's point of view, nothing is impossible, because nature has designed our body in harmony with sync in nature. What causes anxiety is the void in our life, whenever we feel unfocussed from our track there are a lot of things which hamper our day to day activity. Anxiety is caused by over-thinking, we generally think our mental issues are caused by the mind but our food also has a special role to play in it. The kind of food we eat is the way we think. There are three types of food described in yoga that have an effect on the mind. Sattvic food, eat light stay calm, Rajasik food like highly spiced, makes us overactive in everything and mind feels uncertain. Tamasik food which makes our body lethargic. Negative thinking is caused by stimulants such as tea, coffee, which gives our body anxiety. By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in preventing mood problems and negative thinking. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful, practice each pose 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. During the episode of anxiety, you can inhale it by putting two-three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. नमस्ते शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)
