Vitiligo is a skin disorder in which white patches of skin appear on different parts of the body. Melanin is the pigment that gives our skin color. This condition happens because the cells that make pigment (color) in the skin are destroyed. Vitiligo can also affect the mucous membranes (such as the tissue inside the mouth and nose) and the eyes. The exact cause is not known. Vitiligo is more of an autoimmune disease. These diseases happen when your immune system mistakenly attacks some part of your own body. In vitiligo, the immune system may destroy the melanocytes in the skin. There might be a possibility that one or more genes may make a person more likely to get the disorder. Vitiligo may also run in families. Signs and symptoms of vitiligo include white patches around armpits and groin (where the leg meets the body), around the mouth, eyes, nostrils, navel, genitals and rectal areas. Some natural remedies include: Turmeric Application ( Curcuma aromatica ) -Turmeric is an effective home remedy for vitiligo. Turmeric along with mustard oil and stimulate the pigmentation of the skin. Apply a mixture of turmeric powder and mustard oil for 20 minutes to the affected area. Do this twice a day for positive results. It may be best suggested for sunlight exposure after the application either in the early morning or late evening. A mixture of lemon and sweet basil extract might be useful but lacks evidence. A proper diet could prevent the condition from worsening it. The oesophagus is the tube, which is a part of GUT, that carries food from the throat to the stomach. Achalasia cardia is a severe health condition that affects your oesophagus. The lower oesophagal sphincter (LES) is a muscular ring that closes off the oesophagus from the stomach. The sphincter gets into action whenever there is a food movement from mouth to the stomach. If you have achalasia, your LES fails to open up during swallowing, which it’s supposed to do. This leads to a backup of food within your oesophagus. This condition can be related to damaged nerves in your oesophagus. It can also be due to damage of the LES. Achalasia usually occurs later part or elderly age group, but sometimes it can also occur in children. Individuals who are middle-aged and older are at higher risk for the condition. Achalasia is also more common in people with autoimmune disorders. People with achalasia have a problem in swallowing or feel like food is stuck into their oesophagus. This condition is also called dysphagia. These symptoms can cause coughing and raise the risk of aspiration or inhaling or choking on food. Other symptoms might include pain or discomfort, weight loss, heartburn or even intense pain or discomfort after eating. Some natural ways to manage it, Don't Overeat - Avoid overeating. 🙏 नमस्ते धनश्रीजी दिमाग में खून पर्याप्त मात्रा में न पहुंचने पर चक्कर आते हैं। इसके अलावा रक्तचाप (ब्लड प्रेशर) का ज्यादा या कम होने पर भी चक्कर आते हैं। कान के बीच में सूजन होने पर भी चक्कर आते हैं। पुरानी कब्ज, गर्मी, खून की कमी, धूप में घूमना, मासिक धर्म (एम.सी) की खराबी और अधिक थकावट आदि कारणों से भी चक्कर आते हैं ।गर्दन में दर्द होने के कारण चक्कर आ सकता है।डर लगने के कारण भी चक्कर आ सकता है।धमनियों के कठोर हो जाने पर चक्कर आने लगता है।सर्विकल स्पाडोलाइसिस का स्नायुओं पर दबाव पड़ना। आइए चक्कर आने वाली समस्या से कैसे बाहर आये , घरेलू ईलाज कैसे अपनाए । ★ धनिया एवं आँवलों को बराबर हिस्से में 1 चम्मच लेकर अधकूटा पीसकर, रात्रि को पानी में भिगोकर, सुबह छानकर उसमें मिश्री मिलाकर पीने से लाभ होता है । ★ लगभग 4 या 5 मुनक्के को पानी में मथकर पीने से चक्कर आना बन्द हो जाते हैं। ★ तुलसी के पत्तों का रस 5 बूंद और चीनी एक चम्मच आधा कप पानी में मिलाकर सेवन करने से लू के मौसम में चलने वाली गर्म हवा नहीं लगती है तथा चक्कर नहीं आते हैं। ★ चाय,काफ़ी और तली गली मसालेदार चीजों से परहेज करना आवश्यक है। इनके उपयोग से चक्कर आने की तकलीफ़ में इजाफ़ा होता है।* ★ कभी-कभी नमक की मात्रा शरीर में कम होने पर भी चक्कर आने लगते हैं। नमकीन चीज जैसे की चाट मसाला डालके मोसंबी या संतरा खाने से लाभ होता देखा गया है। ★ अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम से चक्कर आने की व्याधि से हमेशा के लिये छुटकारा मिल जाता है। ★ तरबूज के बीज की गिरि और खसखस इन दोनों को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर पीस लें. रोज सुबह-शाम एक चम्मच खाली पेट पानी के साथ सेवन करें. यह प्रयोग करीब एक महीने तक नियमित रूप से जारी रखें । ★ अदरक लगभग 20 ग्राम की मात्रा में बारीक काटकर पानी में उबालें आधा रह जाने पर छानकर पीयें। अदरक का रस भी इतना ही उपकारी है।सब्जी बनाने में भी अदरक का भरपूर उपयोग करें। चाय बनाने में अदरक का प्रयोग करें।अदरक किसी भी तरह खाएं चक्कर आने के रोग में आशातीत लाभकारी है। धन्यवाद 🙏

हेलो, कारण - fungal infection शरीर में पोषक तत्व की कमी और ऐसिड की अधिकता के कारण होती है। समाधान - टब में पानी डाल कर उसमें 500ml नीम के रस मिलाएँ। 20 मिनट के लिए इसमें बैठें। नीम के पत्ते का और खीरा पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20 मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। जीवन शैली- 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। 2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। 3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। 4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। 5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। 6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। 7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। 8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

The presentation of your symptoms falls in the category of GERD or Gastroesophageal Reflux disease or Acid reflux. Commonly characterized by heartburns, acidity and gas formation in your stomach. Heartburn is a painful burning feeling or sensation that occurs in your chest or throat. It happens when stomach acid backs up into your esophagus, the tube that carries food from your mouth to your stomach. The main cause might be due to irregular food timings or due to the consumption of more acidic foods like tea, coffee or even excess of smoking. If the heartburns occur more than two to three times a week this condition might be classified as GERD or Gastroesophageal Reflux disease or Acid reflux. Pregnancy, certain foods, alcohol, and some medications can bring on heartburn. Treating heartburn is important because over time reflux can damage the esophagus. Modifying your diet and lifestyle habits could help improve one's condition. The primary modification is to maintain strict food timings. Aloe Vera Juice before food ( 15-20min ). This might be taken from the fresh plant which might benefit a lot. Consume more fresh fruits like banana, apple, ginger or ginger tea, peppermint, and other herbal teas.
