Inflammation can happen in any part of the body. Weather changes are just a trigger. Winter causes alkalinity in the body inducing elimination. It’s a pressure that is created from inside. When body is accumulating toxins, pains can occur anywhere. It’s the body trying to correct the issue but unable to correct due to the constant eating and other activities that the body is busy with. If you relieve it from it’s major duties, it will fix your pain in few days too. I suggest that you try this Drink only fruit juices upto 3-4 lts a day and just rest. Drink, pass urine / potty and rest. Don’t do anything else. Don’t eat anything for 3 days. Keep an alternating warm and cold wet towel on the pain area if its severe for few hrs if you have someone to help you. Add fruits to the diet along with juices for 4,5,6,7th day This must ease some discomfort in the chest area. But the problem will not be eliminated yet. Follow this lifestyle and the problem won’t return again and will gradually be eliminated fully Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Continue juicing all morning Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free, oilfree , 30% unpolished grains or dals and 70% veggies Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. What to Avoid :- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils meat eggs fish coffee tea alcohol , oils in any form Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Something’s come genetically. We must be happy with what we are born with. Unless you have a lifestyle issue, u really can’t fix physical aspects of the body. However, physical fitness can help in contributing to growth in kids during their growing age. You can try swimming, play basket ball, skipping, do yogasana that’s helps in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. I am not sure if this will make you gain few inches. Might add few mm. My advice is to focus your attention on other things that might be more important in ur life. From a lifestyle perspective, Have fruits till noon Salads innthe afternoon for lunch Have whole food plant based Millets cooked oilfree for dinner Enjoy ur time out admiring the sun and other natural elements, spend time outside doing pranayama and admire the vayu or air. Yes this can heal too with lifestyle changes Healthy Vegan whole food plant based lifestyle No dairy from animals - milk curd ghee butter cheese paneer malai etc , no meat eggs fish sea food No white sugar or jaggery or other fancy sugars and jaggeries No maida , wheat and other packed ready to eat foods One glass of cucumber juice eith mint in the morning upon waking 500ml. Assuming you are a lady, as i have not heard of incontience in men so much. Bladder incontinence typically happen in mothers who have given birth naturally but these days instead of letting the body send the baby out, they do a procedure called episiotomy to cut the vagina wall and get the baby out. This causes leaks when they cough or when pressure is high. This is a nuisance and such issues makes natural birth also look bad. As the urethral sphincters become weak with age and bad lifestyle also this happens. If you are frequently suffering from infections, the inflammations and medications that are used to suppress them also make the leaks common because the brain and urethral sphincters aredealing with miscommunications due to viral activity. Hi, Normally urine color is pale yellowish, this color is due to a pigment called urochrome breakdown product of heme (blood haemoglobin) or urobilin, a breakdown product of bile pigment, which is eliminated through urine. And the color of urine is determined by your water intake. If you take more water it gets diluted and the color changes to light yellow. If your water intake is less them dark yellowish urine. Sometimes excess intake of VitaminB2 and B12 also cause yellowish urination. Drinking lots of water and taking a proper healthy balanced diet will help get you normal. Take more juices like bottle guard juice, plantain pith juice, pumpkin juice to remove your kidney stones. Drink regular jeera water. Take more fresh fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables. I have been having high fever right after Diwali. There is bad cough and congestion in the chest. No phlegm comes out but i feel pain in my chest and uneasiness. There is itchiness in the throat. I tried avoiding the fever medication but it did not help and i had to take Paracetamol and sometimes 2 Disprins together dissolved in water as the fever wouldn't come down. हेलो, कारण - शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता से ऐसा हो रहा है। पोषक तत्व का शरीर में संचार ठीक प्रकार से ना होने से हमारे शरीर के रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता ठीक प्रकार से संक्रमण से सुरक्षा प्रदान नहीं कर पाती है। शारीरिक क्रिया में कमी। खुराक में पर्याप्त पोषण की कमी। अनिद्रा, और दोष पुर्ण आहार कारण हो सकता है। समाधान - प्राकृतिक एंटीबायआटिक use करें कच्ची हल्दी घिस कर 40ml पानी में मिला कर लें। एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। कुछ अभ्यास लम्बाई बढ़ाने में उपयोगी साबित होंगी जैसे साइकलिंग, तैराकी, लटकना, रस्सी कूद, झुलना कुछ योगा अभ्यास। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। आहार शुद्धि जैसे सुबह उठकर ख़ाली पेट सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard)को 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। फल+अंजीर,मुनक्के का नाश्ता लें। दोपहर इसी जूस को लें उसके एक घंटे बाद सलाद लें।बिना नमक और निम्बू के (स्प्राउट) अंकुरित अनाज और मेवे सलाद में मिलायें। जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें। वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें। जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें। पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator
