Hello user, Unhealthy hair and skin reflect the unhealthy state of our internal health like an excessive accumulation of toxins in the body which is usually due to a high-fat diet and improper lifestyle. White hair problems can be cured by pranayam but along with that, a proper diet is also essential. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in the diet. Drink lemon juice, orange juice or have blueberries, amla, etc. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc in place of refined grains. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking instead of refined oils. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Yoga and pranayam Perform adhomukha sava asana, uttana asana, apana asana, sarvanga asana, sasanga asana, ushtra asana. Perform anulom-vilom pranayam, bhastrika pranayam and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sit in vajra asana after meals. Sleep Sleeping is also essential for healthy hair. Stress may also be the reason for the deterioration of hair health and sleep helps to relieve all the stress. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. नमस्ते त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ। जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें। २ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। सलाद दोपहर १ बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर २० मिनट के लिए लगाएँ। चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

Abnormal or unwanted facial hair growth might occurs due to higher than normal due to the increased level of androgen and testosterone hormones in the body. At times excess use of certain medications also causes facial hair growth. In such cases, it is wise to identify and avoid those medications through proper supervision or guidance from your consulting physicians. Also in cases of PCOS or PCOS, you may see unwanted growth of hair on the face and other body parts occur. Some natural ways to manage it include the following methods 1) Papaya and turmeric pack: You may take some raw papaya, cut it and grind to make it a paste. Add a teaspoon of turmeric and mix it. Now apply to the parts where hair growth is seen. Leave it for 15-20 mins then rinse. Use regularly until the unwanted facial hair disappears. Alternatively a mix of papaya and aloe vera also more beneficial. 2) Ubtan: You may take tsp sandalwood powder, add 1 tsp turmeric, then 2 tsp besan powder, to the mixture of powder. Now add a little amount of rose water and make a paste. Now, apply the paste on the hairy areas and leave it for 20-30 mins. Then rinse with warm water. 3) Lemon Honey: You can try using 1tsp honey mixed 2 tsp lemon juice. Mix well and apply to the place where hair growth is seen. Rinse after 15-20 mins. 4) Fenugreek and green gram powder: You can try using2 tsp each of green gram mixed with fenugreek grind it and make a fine paste by adding water. Now mix the paste with a pinch of turmeric and mix well again. Now apply it to the hairy areas. Leave it for 20-30 mins. then rinse.

First, identify if your facial skin is oily/dry/normal. Then identify if your body skin is oily/ dry. Do the following : 1. FOR DRY SKIN (FACE) : Wash your face with normal - cold water. Pat dry. Apply a mixture of coconut oil & sesame oil all over the face while massaging it in a circular motion. 2. FOR DRY BODY SKIN : COCONUT OIL is the best moisturizer! 3. FOR OILY/ ACNE PRONE SKIN : Wash your face, pat dry. Give an ice massage for 2- 5 minutes. Then apply 1- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and massage the face in a circular motion. 4. FOR BODY SKIN (OILY) : Wash & apply coconut oil sesame oil all over the body. Also, a regular water consumption of a minimum of 1 - 2 litres during winters is very important for skin hydration. Hey , Protect your hair from sun rays. Avoid spicy food,oily food,excess sour and salt. Take fresh fruits and vegetables in diet. Take amla powder and soak it overnight, Boil it the next morning and apply on your hair. Rinse after around 2 hours. Do this twice a week and you will see the results in a couple of months.
