Hi, Don't lose hair on the head by worrying about the hair on the chin - in the end, both have no importance though. Isn't life a lot more than some hair here and there? But I will help you, nevertheless. Do Pranayama - Kapalbhati in particular - after doing some Yogasana. If you can learn and do Surya namaskar twice everyday, that will be the best, otherwise do Sarvangasana and Bhujangasana, and go for brisk walks. When your general mind-body wellness improves, everything will. Affirm everyday that you are progressing in every way - in life and looks alike. Hello Ji, Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables. Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks. Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yoghurt, cream, chocolate, etc. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for weight loss. Thanks.

Namaste, In majority of cases, fatty, high calorie diet and obesity are responsible for increase in cholesterol. High level of saturated fats found in meats, dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, fried and processed foods are blamed for increased cholesterol levels. In some cases genetic factors may also be responsible for high level of cholesterol in individuals. Therefore, taking light, low calorie diet is important to avoid high cholesterol. Maintaining regular food timings and taking dinner early in the evening is also useful. Yoga, Suryanamaskar and Pranayama are useful Paying attention to digestion and excretion and avoiding indigestion is important when you have high cholesterol. Mix one teaspoon of Indian gooseberry powder (amla) in a glass of warm water. Drink it daily in the morning on an empty stomach. Take one teaspoon each of black pepper powder, dry ginger powder, turmeric powder and amla powder. Store in a glass container. Take one teaspoon of this mixture twice daily with lukewarm water. Take 3 parts ground turmeric, 6 parts ground cumin, 6 parts ground coriander, 6 parts ground fennel, 2 parts ground fenugreek, 1 part dried ginger powder and 1 part ground black pepper. Combine the spices and store in a sealed container. When preparing your meal, sauté a teaspoon of spices in a small amount of ghee or olive oil. Combine with vegetables. Boil few leaves of mint with water. Add some honey and pepper powder. Drink lukewarm 2-3 times a day.

Namaste Hrishikesh Hejib You can certainly manage stress, anxiety and depression in day to day life. Jusy follow these instructions 1 Firstly start with cleansing of your inner body. The state of your mind is nothing but a reflection of your inner state of health. Have lots of locally grown seasonal fruits every day. It could be at least 50% of your daily food intake. Have 35% of your daily food intake in form of fresh vegetables. Rest 10% can be grains and 5% soaked nuts. this way you will be able to hydrate your body well internally and your body will be able to statrt cleansing your bowels of old matter in them. slowly with time the cleansing will start happenning at a deeper level. The cleaner your system will be the brain will be able to function better. 2 Practice deep breathing. Go out in nature every morning. sit calmly and only practice slow deep and relaxed breathing. Evertime you breath out after a deep breath you release toxins and nourish your blood with pure oxygen 3 Get enough sun exposure every day. Spend time in the garden.plant seeds, tend to the existing plants and work in the soil. 4 Do some self analysis. What is it that makes you feel anxious, stressed out or depressed? बालों की समस्या बिना आहार शुद्धि के ठीक नहीं होगी बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए, वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है। फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें। सुबह की शुरुआत १/२ खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, १२ बजे दोपहर में पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ता पीस कर १००ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, रात का खाना ८ बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ। आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।

I'm having severe hair fall post delivery and depression. Loss of interest in work or anything. I'm a breastfeeding mom of 5 months old. Daily I wake up late and sleep after everyone has slept I've tried everything to make my routine but I failed as my baby wake at night. नमस्ते आप जब खाने के बारे सोंचे तो केवल कच्चे आहार में क्या लिया जा सकता है ये देखना है दिन शुरुआत १/२खीरे+५पुदीने के पत्ते को पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, 1 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ साथ में थोड़े सूखा फल जैसे की मुनक्के, अंजीर, खजूर, किसमिस, ख़ुरबानी लें भिगोए हुए। पालक१० पत्ते+पान पत्ते १ को पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। इस जूस के एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। खाने में सलाद मेवे के साथ ज़रूर लें सब्ज़ी के सूप में घी या मक्खन या अन्य तेल के जगह में काजू , बादाम, अखरोट, नारियल का पेस्ट मिलाएँ और तिल या अलसी भूने हुए 2 चम्मच मिलाएँ। जितना आराम शरीर को चाहिए उससे ज़्यादा आराम पेट को चाहिए सो अनाज कम लें दूध, दही, घी, तेल, से बचें अंकुरित अनाज सलाद में मिला कर लें। शाम को भी फल खाएँ और रात को सूप और सलाद। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पिएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

Hi, Start with walking regularly atleast 5k steps and gradually come to jogging. Perform Surya namaskar daily atleast 21 times, and Kapalbhati. It will help you get rid of excess fat. Drink honey lemon water as first thing in morning. And for diet, eat how much ever you want, it should be healthy. And once a time, cheat day is fine. Don't worry, just workout more than you eat. Avoid consumption of caffeine, alcohol and carbonated beverages. If gas is a problem for you, you might want to avoid foods that tend to make gas worse, including beans, cabbage and citrus fruits. Some Home Remedies Drink ginger tea or chew raw ginger to reduce inflammation caused by Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Prepare tea by boiling one teaspoon of flaxseed in a cup of water. Drink it at night. Namaste, Sorry to hear that.. This is happening due to Hormonal imbalnce. Since there is continious bleeding more than 20 days heavy blood loss would have happen by this time. Also feel Anemic. you can cure this problem only through natural remedy. All you have to do is; Take Banana flower, remove its stem which comes in the middle of the flower. make a fine paste of it and add spoon of honey in that and mix it well. Namaste, Excessive noise, light, stress and tension all contribute to increasing migraine pains. Weak digestion is also a contributing factor which increases ama in the body and prevents proper circulation of blood in the body and brain. Avoid hot, spicy foods, fermented foods, white sugar, white flour products, and sour or citrus fruits, because they aggravate the Pitta in your body. Eat more fiber, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid excessive sugar or salt, refined foods, animal products (meats and dairy), caffeine, and tea, as these items will further lead to aggravation of Pitta. Head massage with Bhringraj Oil is also beneficial. This massage gives a calming effect to your nervous system. Avoid direct exposure to the sun, as migraine headaches are predominantly a Pitta disorder and can be triggered by the hot sun. Try to stay calm and sleep in dark room and rest for a while. Thanks.
