Kavitha, that’s great. Also finish all raw food quota of the day before cooked. I too get bloated if I eat cooked in between and then raw sometime later even after a gap. Now I hardly have any such problem. I am on high raw. I eat cooked in the night in small portions. Also you can follow me on insta where I put my daily raw food intake. You can also find a lot of channels on insta with raw foods. Basically before eating raw, we need to fix your gut health. Can you start cucumber juice 500ml daily everyday on empty stomach ? U can mix mint with it and drink it filtered. Even after that 3 days you do this . Fast till 12 after that if you can till 12. If u can’t , then next hunger green juice with any watery vegetable and then a good portion of fruits and then vegetables ( don’t overeat hard veggies. Include greens) , give a good 3-4 hr gap and then eat cooked 30% and 70% steamed veggie.

Hello Jane, As your condition is now diagnosed with vitiligo, let us understand the mechanism of it. The pathology behind the vitiligo disease is our immunity gets hampered and starts producing abnormal cells. To simplify our body is getting affected by our day to day lifestyle and activates its defense mechanism in order to protect it. Skin giving the first reaction to everything going inside the body, that is where vitiligo begins. Now what can be these things which are body is protecting from? Stress, smoking, vitamin D deficiency (low sun exposure), any kind of past skin injury-causing infection, a high-fat diet which causes difficulty indigestion issue and nutrients absorbed is less. Genetically also vitiligo has shown high prevalence but in any case, we have to work on our condition with major steps. Now that we are clear about the cause. This is also showing effects on your kidneys as well as your weight gain as the inflammation makes metabolism slower that is why there is low excretion of creatinine well as an increase in weight. An initiative for holistic change can help you from within and treat you the best. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The diet rich in Vitamin C is what we should start with like oranges, mosumbi, lemon, berries are going to be very helpful in the case of iron absorption. Will increase immunity and deal with inflammation. Refined sugar and salt, dairy product, and gluten should be completely avoided in your situation. Application of coconut oil is important, one tablespoon of coconut oil in 2-3 drops of tea tree oil will help in treating the affected skin getting back its pigment. The application of one tablespoon of mustard oil with a tablespoon of turmeric will be helpful in treating vitiligo spots. Apply it thrice a day by keeping the area clean. One tablespoon of olive oil mix with your bathing water while taking a bath. In the evening two hours after your meal in the afternoon take one inch of ginger, one teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water, bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes and consume daily. This will help in increasing immunity to fight against the disease. And improve the functioning of kidneys and accelerate weight loss. Fibre-rich diet also helps in easy excretion of creatinine and helps in the absorption of nutrients in the body. Exercise: Surynamakar helps in increasing the blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is the best source of Vitamin D taking brisk to walk around 6-7 will help in treating vitiligo. The action of the sun on the skin is its activation of melanin cells, which are responsible for giving colour to the skin. That is why having a walk-in sun or taking morning sun rays is really essential in this condition. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.15-minute relaxing meditation with the help of light music before sleep will help you in relaxing. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal.
