Avoiding constipation which is the mother of all issues is the key to prevention of piles and fissures. As explained in other questions of yours regarding the holistic lifestyle, if followed in a disciplined way all the issues which are lifestyle-related can be avoided including piles and fissures. however, If you have a constipation problem, I was working with my uncle who was on a similar condition but was admitted due to severe piles and fissures. If you have a constipation problem, then you might also be having a problem with external piles. The cause of such an issue is Persistently neglected health by violating the laws of nature in everyday life. This is the reason for constipation which has been allowed to worsen progressively. It is incorrect to assume that it is just local to the colon and once symptomatic treatment is given this will be rectified. When I did not know any better in my yesteryears, I have Got operated. It should not be taken lightly as this condition can be life threatening. In these cases the blood mixes with deoxygenated blood and it is pumped to the lungs, even though it's already refreshed with oxygen.If the atrial septal defect is large, this extra blood volume can overfill the lungs and overwork the right side of the heart. Small hole cannot be detected until some major issues are caused but large hole can be life threatening one must consider a cardiologist. Healthy lifestyle can maintain a good life span. My 4. 7 year old twins have adenoids hypertrophy, cronic cough, frequent viral infections from last 1. 6years year.
