Hello User, Due to regular consumption of a high-fat diet, the basic nutrients get difficult to absorb. The best thing is to keep your eating habits fixed, and the food, light in nature in order for the nutrients to get completely absorbed in the body. These are some guidelines that will help you deal with deficiency problems in an effective manner. Eat: Start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. Your breakfast should be of the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which has a good amount of fiber in them. Seeds are a good source of vitamins. Flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds are easily available. In the evenings, one tablespoon of chia seeds soaked in water with one tablespoon of lemon juice will be a rich combination for vitamin absorption. Exercise: A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D which will also help us effectively in absorbing nutrients in the body that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenating us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our bodies. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.

Namaste Karthik Although you have been facing so many Heath issues since child birth you don’t need to get disheartened. Being constantly sick or unhealthy is a sign of the body trying to throw out toxins and bring itself into balance. When you take medicines you are actually trying to suppress the body’s natural actions of cleansing itself. So instead of thinking that you are low in immunity you need to look at your health from a different angle. Your body’s vitality is still good enough to be able to try to cleanse the body of toxins by bringing your body in a state of dis- ease. Now let’s think on the lines of how can you support your body in eliminating the toxins and cleansing and healing it self. It is not very difficult. You just need to follow certain lifestyle changes and food habits. And soon you will see that you are thriving and flourishing well and are happy too. I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve your over all health first: Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped. 4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food. 5 Remove meat, eggs, fish and dairy Foods to be included 1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake 2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake 3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake 4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of health but many other things too matter equally. 1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system. 2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax. 4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat. 5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun. 6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well. 7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality 8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner
What is the difference between grains, pulses and legumes? Which ones are more acidic?
Smitha Hemadri
08:36 AM | 24-02-2021
Grains - Grain examples are rice millets ( ragi jowar bajra etc) quinoa corn all are grains If you are having doubt regarding are pulses grains, then I should tell you that pulses are part of the legume family (any plants that grow in pods), but the term “pulse” refers only to the dry edible seed within the pod. Beans, lentils, chickpeas and split peas are the most common types of pulses. Sprouts and microgreens - any pulse or seed that can be germinated into a small shoot is a sprout. It has the qualities of the seed Microgreen is the next step and grows 2 true leaves . These leaves are inside the seed and they are the first 2 leaves that are formed. Beyond this the seed does not have the nutrition for that plant. This microgreens are better than the sprouts bcoz it has been doing photosynthesis in addition to carrying the quality of the seed. ———— Grains - Grains first of all are not human foods bcoz we can’t really chew and eat it. We need to process it further to consume it. One might ask that ancestors lived healthy on grains and why is it that grains are the bad food now. Grains especially like wheat corn for example are favourite foods for some of the pathogens that cause havoc in the body. The pathogens did come bcoz one carried toxins due to a lifestyle, but the grains such as above makes it worse. They are food for the pathogen and the pathogen releases neurotoxins to make the inflammation worse. If someone does not have this pathogen which is quite rare in the recent generations then even if they eat the grain they may not see an adverse effect. So it’s quite possible that the ancestors first off did not have as much toxic living conditions as we do.. so they did eat things like breads or rice or wheat and still lived a 100 in some cases. If they caught a problem in their later stages then their living conditions invited the pathogen and the food habits added fuel to them. So if you are suffering from a chronic or a destructive disease then you have to avoid foods that become food to the pathogen. The grain itself does not have any poisons to kill us. So diabetes thyroid neuralgia eczema cancer osteoporosis gut issues autism adhd tics things like this are usually chronic to destructive toxaemic conditions and are already home to the pathogens and hence its best to avoid the grains. We say it’s acidic bcoz it causes an unfavourable condition for the body .. so it’s not a positive food. If the condition is acute and you have issues on and off, then it’s best to make a 70-30 with 70 raw and 30 cooked including whole grains. The pathogens may not be strong enough to fight that 70%. Body will have enough vitality reserves to fight back. Among grains the best to consume are millets and next is rice and in USA quinoa / millets. If it’s inorganic it’s quite possible that the pesticides like ddt might carry arsenic. So it’s best to go for organic ones if one can afford. Again, we need the fibre to be intact . So it’s best to eat it whole if at all we have. Fruits - fruits are the best thing that has happened to mankind. If one lives on more fruits in their life their health and longevity is guaranteed on a bond paper by god . They have starch fats carbs everything we need to survive . They detox the body very well Vegetables help in the building of the body. They are more complex compared to fruits, but we need them in our daily life. They have everything to make our survival complete. Greens - are again the next best. Rich in suns energy. They have all the beneficial bacteria on them to improve our microbiome in the gut. Probiotics and fermented foods are nothing in front of these. Legumes - fresh in season right off the pod is great. Next best is to soak it and eat it. If steamed then soak it and prepare it for germination and steam it Pulses - are dried legumes, processed and made to halves. Soaking also won’t germinate them. So they are incomplete.. but it’s ok and not as bad to avoid relatively. Again can be steamed and had.. but not all pulses can be consumed after germination or steaming as is. So in a nutshell. Food quality and what body can take is always relative. When compared to something , something else is better . So what you choose as your food is always relative based on the toxicity you carry in the body at any point when you got this awareness. We may ask someone to eat a whole food plant based meal with grains included once, bcoz for them it’s ok to just quit the negative foods they eat or living conditions and still heal. So always make that priority based on your condition and not bcoz some food will give some benefits. Food does not act on body.. body chooses to act on food and derive the best or not from it. Thumb rule is to see if it’s as close to natural and can be consumed as is.

I am getting dandruff frequently and even washing my hair twice a week. Because of it I am getting pimples. Please suggest me tips for it and how to get rid of dandruff permanently?

Hello User, The main cause when we deal with dandruff is when we get exposed to pollution and chemical products which sheds the dirty skin from our scalp in excess. Yes, our digestion and bad eating habits are also part of the same as the hair is made of nutrients itself. The main thing to take care of, diet is to increase in our protein intake. Our body has the power to regenerate only if we provide our body with the right type of nutrients, by following a natural lifestyle you not only correct the dandruff problem but also treat yourself well with correct nutrients. Hair is made out of protein named keratin, by eating the right kind of food items, we can increase the protein intake and deal with the same. Hair and nails are made up of same type of protein, so you can also co-relate when your hair is in bad shape even your nails become brittle. So here are a few things which need to be corrected. So let us focus on what lifestyle changes we can make: Eat: Eating food that has a high amount of proteins are legumes, green leafy vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc. Seeds like chia, pumpkin, and flax seeds are also necessary. Coconut water and even eating shredded coconut is found to be very beneficial for hair health. Regular massaging of hair is important to take care of your hair. Here are a few hair packs which you can try to deal with dandruff problems. 1. Methi seeds, methi seeds powder two tablespoons mixed with rose water it helps in getting the hair stronger and thicker and help from hair to roots. Before applying methi seeds pack make sure you apply the oil at night, so the pack does not stick to hair. 2. Onion juice paste is another beneficial thing for hair health. This will ensure to deal with the hair fall. 3. There is one more way of coconut oil massage, where you warm the coconut oil and add curry leaves to it, let it splutter and then use for massage. Washing your face daily with neem powder with a teaspoon of turmeric daily will help you a lot in treating acne caused by dandruff. Exercise: Here is some exercise that you can start for your hair and scalp health. Rubbing your nails with each other helps in the treatment of the hair health as it boosts the blood circulation to the scalp, hair, and nails have the same type of protein involved. Chakrasana is another asana which would be recommended for healthy hair. Taking a brisk walk in the sun for 30-45 minutes daily is very useful as exposure to the sun is equivalent to good blood circulation. Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your hair becoming stronger and shinier and free from any type of illness, making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy hair. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep is helpful. So make sure you are free your room from any gadgets an hour before sleep so you get a radiation-free room and a good tension-free sound sleep. Hopefully, this will help you Thank you
I have varicose veins since last many years. I feel numbness on my left thigh. I get itching on the bloated nerves in my left leg below the knee. Little part of my left leg skin has turned black and I get itchiness many a times. Pl advise how can it be cured?
Smitha Hemadri

Spider veins / varicose veins / varicocele - such similar issues such as the veins bulging inside the scrotum are majorly because of a high toxicity being carried in the blood. When the body has been fed with fats for all the three meals of the day, the blood eventually becomes toxic and viscous. Heart has to really work harder to pump that soup / jelly into the veins and arteries and suffers to pull it from lower extremities . That’s why people have it more in the legs and not in the hands. Typically such blood is usually dehydrated. Water component ( not H2O) tends to expand and make space when blood flows. But due to high amount of fat, lack of oxygen the toxins fill up the spaces. So however such slow work from the heart cannot continue to keep the person alive and body has been designed to be alive. So we have multiple such backup systems where the body finds a way to improve the blood rate to critical areas such as the brain. So the body tends to grow new cells/nerves to make up for the lack of speed. That’s when you see more and more mutations happening to make up for the situation. So it’s a temporary step the body takes and it must serve as a wake-up call to the person to start looking at a life that detoxifies their body and blood. This eventually stops further growth and might reduce existing ones over time. Atleast what will first happen is pain reduction over time Best is to first go off all forms of fats such as animal foods from dairy, meat, fish, egg,s wheat, maida and packaged foods Drink only lemon water cucumber juice , green juice made from greens lime ginger and veggies, veggie juices like ashgourd in the morning till 12 Have fruits for lunch and vegetables for the rest of the day and a millet based oilfree ( no oil in tadka ) dinner for the rest of your life if you want to see relief with this over time. Sleep for a period that makes u feel rested Exercise as much as possible and as ur body heals exercise more Practice pranayama and meditating to improve the oxygen supply to ur cells Be blessed Smitha Hemadri ( Educator of natural healing practices)

I have found red blood dots on my skin.. Is this any serious issue?
Smitha Hemadri
06:13 PM | 15-10-2019
Sounds like Purpura. Yes you must become aware that tiny blood vessels must be rupturing inside due to inflammation and ulceration. When your lymphatic system is highly acidic carrying wastes more than needed and clogging all your excretory organs, the skin is the largest organ and wastes start getting collected to be eliminated from that . The cells slowly start dying and looking lifeless. It’s now time for you to follow a cleaner lifestyle that does not contaminate the body but helps nourish it - more of fruits vegetables and greens. I suggest that you try this Drink only fruit juices upto 3-4 lts a day and just rest. Drink, pass urine / potty and rest. Don’t eat anything for 3 days. Add fruits to the diet along with juices for 7 more days. But the problem will not be eliminated yet. Follow this lifestyle and the problem will slowly be eliminated fully Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone Followed by a bowl of veg salad Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free, oilfree , 30% unpolished grains or dals and 70% veggies Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. What to Avoid :- Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils meat eggs fish coffee tea alcohol , oils in any form Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Thank your body and love it Be blessed. Smitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)

(Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Hello Mahesh, Pile is a protruding mass in the anal area. Following a wrong lifestyle and wrong eating habits result in constipation and because of constipation, the force that a person exerts trying to push the bowel results in the dilation of blood vessels. And doing this, again and again, results in piles. Reasons for piles- Taking fatty foods. Having spicy foods. Eating packaged and processed food items. Tea and coffee. Not taking proper sleep. Stress Wrong sleeping pattern. Sedentary lifestyle. What should be done to cure piles naturally? Food- Take a fluid diet, have fresh fruit juices, coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, fruits, and vegetables in your diet. Have a rich fibrous diet. Avoid milk and all the milk-based products. Avoid animal products. Have brown sugar in place of refined sugar. Use coconut oil in place of refined oil. Physical activity Take a 30 min walk daily in the morning. Indulge yourself in some physical activities like football, basketball, running, jogging, skipping. Perform yoga and pranayam- Performing the following asanas improves the digestive system and helps to cure piles. Mula bandha asana Sarvanga asana Shishu asana Pada Hasta asana Bhujanga asana Vajra asana Sleep Sleep is very important to maintain circadian rhythm and hence in turn hormonal balance. Quality and duration of sleep, both are equally very important. It also reduces stress and maintains mental balance. So, take good quality sleep for at least 6-8hours a day. Medications Do check if you are on some medications because sometimes some medicines cause constipation. So, kindly pay attention to the kind of medicines you take. Habits to improve Get up early in the morning. Start your day by having warm water mixed with a few drops of lemon. Walk barefoot on grass in the morning. Thank you

Hello Hamna Riaz, Urticaria is caused by pollution, toxic diet, and also the stressors which we get exposed to in our day-to-day living. With the above food mentioned can be the cause for some people, the basic cause remains the same which is of chronic food habits which cause the problems. So, the main thing here on which we have to give our complete attention to is changing our lifestyle with inclusions and exclusion of few things in our daily routine will help us in treating the problem, which is primarily through diet. So here are four things to deal with: Eat: Citric helps in treating skin disorders effectively. We have so many sources like sprouts, sweet potatoes, capsicum, papaya which, when included in your regular diet, will help in treating the issue. Apple and carrot juice are very beneficial in treating the disease. One apple and one carrot blend them in water and make a thin consistency. This mixture should be helpful. Another thing that helps in treating skin disease is the application of aloe vera gel and coconut oil. After bathing during night time, you can apply aloe vera gel and coconut oil. Avoid milk and milk products as they can aggravate your state. Exercise: Exercising helps in treating any diseases as because of exercise, our blood is circulated well, and our body parts become healthier. A brisk walk in the morning in the sun helps in treating the issue. Sun helps in treating all the diseases at the same time, builds our immunity. Sun exposure is significant to have a healthy life.A 30-minute walk in the early morning sun is helpful. Meditation: Meditation helps in treating any problem, which has stress as the cause. Mindful meditation is healthy; music therapy of 15 minutes is required to have a comfortable and fresh mood. Doing it before sleep will help in getting a sound sleep. Sleep: Adequate sleep helps in treating the problem; sleep helps in rejuvenating our cells and will help in building up our immunity. Our sleep cycle compromises of 90 minutes. This cycle should be repeated five times that 7-8 hours of sleep is essential to have a better life. Hopefully, this will surely help you treating hives. Thank you
I am 29. My bp was 150/100 due to high stress level and anxiety and lack of exercise. I have taken medication for 2 months. After that i stopped medicine and started playing games and exercise in my life style and healthy diet and my bp was surprisingly got low for remaining 2 years. But now again due to stress and less exercise my bp level is around 115-150/65-90. Should I take medication or it will b ok if I follow same which I used to do prior?

Namaste kamalkant kar A healthy lifestyle and food habit is a permanent solution to your health issue. And remember one thing.... a healthy lifestyle is not something you can follow for some time and expect the results to last lifelong. It’s an everyday thing, to be followed always. Medication can only keep your blood pressure under control artificially. Which can not be a permanent solution to any health issue. And if consumed for too long it may end up in landing you into more complicated health issues. So healthy lifestyle and food habits are the solution to a better health and long term health Be happy be healthy always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

For cramps, you could try this home remedy - take 1.5 glass of water, add a lump of gud, 3-4 teaspoon of sauth (dry ginger), one teaspoon saunf, 1/2 teaspoon of ajwain. Bring to boil and simmer the water to almost half. Now take seven almonds, chop them roughly and dry roast them in a pan. Strain and add the boiled water into this roasted almonds. Drink it hot. Start 3-4 days before your expected date and continuing even during periods. Please have this continuously for 6-7 days.
