Hey there I have operated my right eye before 3yrs for retenal detactmant and now it is all right now. But the left eye causes infections continuosly around per 2 or 3 months , doctors suggests that as a infection and they will prescribe a eye drop. Using excessive electronic equipments like computer, laptops, TV, etc, pollution, dust and stress may lead to eye problems. For healthy eyes, some lifestyle and dietary changes are necessary. Diet Start the day with a glass of warm water. This will help to remove the toxins out of the body. Include Vitamin C in your diet like have lemon juice or orange or amla. I suffered with diarrhoea and blood in stool and the doctor started giving me antibiotics and the blood stopped but after some time again started coming. I have changed many doctors who told me different problems, but in December 2019 I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and the doctor started my steroid wysolone40mg and mesacol od 1. 2g twice,I started and the blood stopped, I m also started gaining weight but when I laeve the dose of steroid the blood comes in it's flare up. Hi i am having severe knee pain since 2016. Since june 2019, I am on healthy lifestyle. I eat fruits in breakfast, only salads in lunch, boiled dal or vegetables in dinner. Less salt, no sugar. There are a couple of simple leg excercises which can strengthen the knee muscles. The best approach would be to learn yoga and practice asanas to strenghten the lower body. Weight gain and obesity are a common problem nowadays due to a changed modern lifestyle and habits. Weight gain results due to storage of excess fat in different parts of our body. Reasons for weight gain: Sedentary lifestyle. Wrong eating habits. Eating fatty foods, deep fried foods. Not doing sufficient physical activity. Hormonal imbalance. Stress Lack of sleep. Genetic. What should be done? Diet: Have plant based natural raw food. Have fluid diet, drink freshly made fruit juices, coconut water. Have salads, fresh fruits, vegetables in your diet. नमस्ते राजीव जी हाज़मा दुरुस्त करने की सख़्त ज़रूरत हैं और हाज़मा दुरुस्त करने का सबसे सरल तरीक़ा है आकाश तत्व (ether) को आहार में शामिल करना।यानी (fasting) एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल(gap) । हफ़्ते में एक दिन पूरा उपवास (fast)। शाकाहारी होने का आपको बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। अच्छे और बुरे खुराक के प्रति आपका शरीर जल्दी प्रतिक्रिया करेगा। आइये प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाने की कोशिश करें। एक ऐसी कोशिश जिस से आप रोगमुक्त हो जाएँगे। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो की फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा। 1 आकाश तत्व (ether)- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व (air element) - लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व (fire element) - सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व (water element) - खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 5 पृथ्वी (earth) - सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Hi, I am Imamul, 24 year old and allergic to cold and throat congestion since long time. In the morning when I brush my teeth, it feels like vomiting and choking and to avoid choking and vomiting I spit and cough a lot. During day time when I have my lunch or dinner I feel the same thing as in the morning. When I try for gargle I feels like same vomiting. Right now I am using honey and mulethi paste at night. Kindly help me.
