Hi there, Exercise and yoga plays a very important role in maintaining a healthy heart and it's functions. Daily asana practice can increase blood circulation and decrease levels of cortisol thereby reducing stress and anxiety which are one of the major factors responsible for many heart diseases . Following are the yogasanas and exercises you can practise daily so as to maintain a healthy heart; • Start your day with a morning walk, jogging or brisk walking. • Practice asanas such as Ustrasana ( camel pose ), bhujangasanaaaa ( cobra pose ), setu bandha savangasana (bridge pose), janu sirsasana ( head to knee forward bend ) tadasana, suryanamaskara( avoid dynamic) all these asanas are good practise for maintaining a healthy heart functions. • Maintaining or practising a Meditative postures such as sukhasana or padmasana itself boost your heart function. • Every other pranayama can be practiced but kapalabhati and bhastrika are strictly contraindicated if you have any heart disease.

Asma, “ITIS“, means inflammation. Colitis is inflammation of the colon. नमस्ते इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है। शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए। पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने दाएँ तरफ़ छाती पर रखें।पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। किसी टब में पानी डाल कर 20मिनट के लिए बैठें। 5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। अधिक जानकारी के लिए या व्यक्तिगत सलाह और उत्तम स्वास्थ्य सम्बन्धी मार्गदर्शन के लिए मुझसे सीधे सम्पर्क करें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, Ruby प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली शिक्षिका (Nature Cure Educator

Hello Ankit , Ibs is a problem of your digestive system. Cut dairy products from your diet completely like ghee,milk,paneer,curd, buttermilk because these are not meant for our human digestive system. Cut animal products like meat from your diet. Avoid spicy foods, deep fried foods, processed foods, oily foods. Indulge in some physical activity like walking. Do yoga regularly. Take sun exposure early in the morning. Walk barefoot on grass. For initial 2-3days,be on fluid diet. Have fresh homemade fruit juices, coconut water. Have a complete plant based diet. Include nuts, beans, sprouts, salads,fresh vegetables in your meals. Thanks

Your gut has become highly irritable. Switch off all forms of solid food for 3 days and resume only tender coconut for 2 days and vegetable juices for the third day. Resume fruits for lunch with rest of the day on juices ( no sugar salt or jaggery or milk or any other products except for the juice in a vegetable). Buy an enema kit and take water enema for 1 month. Let us know after you have done this. Younwill continue to have motions, let the bowels get cleaned and heal. Yes this is true. Not just for dals, but all foods. Best is to eat raw foods or cook below 43 degrees celsius. Beyond this temperature, enzymes & nutrients start getting destroyed.
Is balsamic vinegar healthy compared to the generally available vinegar?

Here's my understanding about balsamic and white vinegar. Balsamic vinegar is basically made using grapes. Grape pressings are boiled and the thick syrup is then stored in wooden containers and allowed to ferment for years. White vinegar, on the other hand, is made using acetic acid and is hence very acidic. In that sense, balsamic vinegar is definitely a better choice than regular white vinegar. Balsamic vinergar is very strong and should be used in very little amount, possibly just to sprinkle over salads or dressings. It is also very expensive and one must make sure to buy the right quality of the same.
For diabetic patients or borderline diabetic patients, why do sugar levels shoot up during times of infection or fever? How can this be explained with natural healing principles? Want to explain this in a simple way to a friend who is experiencing this presently.

Body either burns fat / either way diabetes patients have that extra glucose due to the cell resistance. This shoots up in an attempt to clear the infections in the blood stream. Infections are fueled by glucose too. And when they clear up, the extra glucose no longer needed is passed into the urine. This can give a false positive reading. Medicines if taken also can show high readings during a fever. Yeast virus and microbes feed on the glucose. There are many angles to why the blood readings show a high glucose level. Diabetes has to be treated to clear up cell resistance naturally. Even in normal people, the blood sugar rises but since their body can handle the rise, they are not called diabetic. In diabetes patients since the tests are monitored or symptoms are seen you are observing it. But it happens to everyone. In kids, they become hyperactive during a fever, they talk more,l etc. when body handles this naturally they sleep. If they are given meds, they sleep when the temp drops and sugar drops. They become active when it rises after the paracetamol effect is over.

My daughter was also constipated and had fissures at this age. We reduced diary those days and fed her a lot of greens and vegetables. Nevertheless, please keep him off MRP ( diary, refined and processed foods or packaged foods) sugar and maida. Keep him on fruits and simple cooked foods with a lot of focus on fruits when the sun is up. This will Ensure he is not constipated

I suffered from back pain for many years. The pain is felt in the legs too and is called sciatica. For short term relief, you can try hydrotherapy. Take two basins of water - one warm and another cold. Use two pices of cloth - one in each bowl. Keep the warm cloth on the back for three minutes and next cold cloth for 1 minute, This is one round. Do 4 rounds. You can do this as many times in a day as necessary. This normalises circulation. Check also your posture when you sit and stand. For longer term, lifestyle changes are the only solution. Plenty of rest, sleeping by 10:00 pm atleast, sun exposure, natural , wholesome diet, less grains and less to no dairy products, non veg and packaged, deep fried food.All these cause toxin build up in the body causing pains.

Dear health seeker, It is perfectly fine to have enema during periods, but the only precaution is to have a non-violent enema of about 250 m.l of cold water that too after usual bowel evcuations not as a supplement to relieve constipation. Possible Uric acid deposits / diabetes related neuropathy. Please remove all animal-based products from Ur life forever, gout based symptoms will slowly start healing.
