Hello Alka Sharma, Jaundice which medically called hepatitis, a liver as an organ that is affected, that means the digestion will be a problem. Make sure you start with a diet as simple as possible. Dos: Citrus fruits like grapes, oranges, pomegranates are healthy in this state to improve digestion. With summer season high water content fruits like musk melon, watermelon will keep the body hydrated. In the diet should be like simple bajra or buckwheat gluten-free roti. Oil-free vegetable which is simple indigestion. Vegetable juice like bottle guard, bitter guard, cucumber are recommended. Dinner should have simple soups and raw vegetable salad to give fiber for better stools and good absorption of nutrients. Don'ts: Avoid milk. Avoid gluten. Any kind of exertion is not recommended, complete bed rest. Make sure to expose him to sunlight around 6-7 pm, the sun helps in healing the body faster. Take care.

Namaste, Hope you are drinking pure water, instead of drinking outside water. Carry of bottle of lukewarm water and drink that when you go outside. Namaste, This is happening due to some time over sweating in that region which converts into bacteria. Wash your inners with hot water. Night avoid wearing inners. And apply either coconut oil or neem oil or even applying aloevera pulp gel also good in the itching part. Bath with home made coconut oil soap or neem soap for Higenic.
