Hi. My daughter is not keeping well, skin allergy - eczema. She has been having this issue from age 2. From last 1 yr she is dairy free and bare minimum processed food, so some relief. I need help, I stopped using shampoo and conditioners in April this year. I started using reetha, amla and shikakai along with bringraj and brahmi. I use soak them overnight and boil them next day, then seive them. I was assuming that my hair would be damn good, but I am suffering terribel hairfall after using this natural shampoo. बालों के सफेद होने के कारण- शरीर में जब कोशिकाएं मेलानिन को बनाना बंद कर देती हैं,शरीर में विटामिन बी की कमी के कारण मेलानिन की प्रक्रिया बाधित होने,सिरदर्द ,सायनस ,तनाव, हरी सब्जियों फलों के सेवन न करने से शरीर में पोषक तत्वों की कमी calcium और विटामिन को पर्याप्त मात्रा में न लेने युवाओं में थायरॉइड ग्रंथि के स्राव में अधिकता या कमी के कारण ,लम्बे समय तक दवाइयों का अधिक सेवन करने,कम उम्र में डायबिटीज का शिकार होने से, अनिद्रा (नींद न आने की बीमारी) के कारण,एनीमिया या शरीर में खून की कमी के कारण अधिक धूम्रपान व मादक पदार्थों के सेवन,बालों पर कैमिकल युक्त शैम्पू का प्रयोग करना या कैमिकलयुक्त रंग का प्रयोग करना। पोषक तत्वों की कमी होना समय से पहले बाल सफेद होने का एक मुख्य कारण है इसलिए पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषक तत्वों से युक्त भोजन करें। इससे सफेद बालों से छुटकारा पाने में आसानी होगी। काले बालों को बनाए रखने के लिए विटामिन सी का बहुत महत्व है। अतः आँवला और सभी Citrus फलों का नियमित रुप से सेवन करें। आँवला में मौजूद Antioxidants सफेद बालों की कोशिकाओं में नई जान डालते है, इससे बालों में मजबूती आती है और बाल काले होते है। मिनरल्स जैसे आयरन, कॉपर, जिंक स्वस्थ बालों के लिए जिम्मेदार होते है अत भोजन में सूखे मेवों का भी सेवन करें। विशेषकर बादाम, किशमिश, अंजीर और पिस्ता इनसे मिलने वाले पोषक तत्व स्वस्थ बालों के लिए जरुरी है। कढ़ी पत्ते में विटामिन B1, B3, B9 और Cहोता है। इसके अलावा इसमें आयरन, कैल्शियम और फास्फोरस भी पाया जाता है। कढ़ी पत्ते के 10-15 पत्तों को अच्छे से धोकर पाँच मिनट तक उबालें। इसे छानकर इसमें आधे नींबू का रस मिलाकर पिएँ। कच्चा नारियल खाएँ, इसमें विटामिन बी कॉम्प्लेक्स, प्रोटीन और एंटीआक्सीडेंट्स पर्याप्त मात्रा में होते है। यह बालों को मजबूत और काला रखने में सहायक है। नियमित रुप से प्राणायाम एवं योगासन करें, ऐसा करने से तनाव के कारण होने वाले असमय सफेद बाल नहीं होते। प्रतिदिन प्रातः काल सुगंधित पुष्पों से युक्त बगीचे में नंगे पांव ओंस पड़ी हुई घास पर प्रसन्न चित्त होकर टहलें । निषेध -जानवरों से प्राप्त भोजन, चाय ,चीनी ,वसा से बनी हुई चीजें, तनाव ,रात्रि जागरण, रासायनिक शैंपू साबुन का बालों में प्रयोग।
Is there any solution for grey hair. I have grey hair n its increasing every month. How can i control it. Its getting worse. Plz suggest.

Greying of hair might be due to many reasons...simplest might be hard water which contains lot of ferrous or any other chemicals in ground water. It believed that urea contents is about 20-25 times more than the permissible amount if you are living somewhere in North especially in Delhi and around. Also hereditory, intake of some medications, vitamin deficiency,stress, use of social drugs all make you prone to this problem. Curry leaves and red colour multi petal hibiscus and mehendi leaves have a great effect in prevention Take a100 ml of gingly oil and 100 ml of cocnut oil and make it boil, add few leaves of dried lemon leaves, dried multipetal red colour hibiscus, dried mehendi leaves, dried curry leaves, all about 10-15 leaves or flowers and boil the oil for sometime. Then cool it down and store it in a clean container. You may apply this oil before bath and nicely massage while you apply the oil and then take sun bath for almost 40-50 minutes and take shower. Use some natural or non-chemical shampoos or shikakai powder to clean the hair.
When, I was 18 year old. I was using hair wax so that after some month hair fall started. Now this problem is not solved by any treatment like hair oiling. Please can you help me for reduce hair fall problem by natural method.

बालों की समस्या बिना आहार शुद्धि के ठीक नहीं होगी बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए, वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है। फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें। सुबह की शुरुआत १/२ खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, १२ बजे दोपहर में पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ता पीस कर १००ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, रात का खाना ८ बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ। आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।
