Hi there, Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water and drink it daily for a few months. Fenugreek promotes glucose metabolism in the body and improves insulin resistance. This in turn helps balance hormones. It may also help lower cholesterol, aid weight loss and promote healthy heart functioning. Add Bitter gourd as it is known for its ability to control the blood sugar levels and it can work to control the symptoms of PCOD in the same way. Add tulsi , aloe Vera ,Amla and flaxseed . Go for physical exercises daily and stay stress free
Please suggest what kind of food to give to baby from two month to two years. Please share food chart

Hello, Toddlers need about 1,000 calories, 700 mg of calcium, 600 IU of Vitamin D, and 7mg of iron each day to support proper growth. Here are some healthy and practical foods for your baby. Bananas, peaches and other soft fruits Around 1 year, the child starts to develop a pincer grasp which involves pinching and manoeuvring foods with their fingertips as they endeavour to self-feed. This is a great time to introduce finger-friendly foods. Softer fresh fruits are wonderful options for this transitional time and beyond. They not only deliver essential nutrients but also help cement healthy eating habits. Some bananas, strawberries, peaches, or mango and slowly introduce them to your child. Avoid large pieces of fruit as they may pose a choking hazard. Cut grapes into halves or quarters and never feed this to your child whole. Almond milk As your child may be slowly weaning off breast milk, it's a good time to introduce almond milk. It is a great source of protein and bone-building calcium, which also benefits their developing teeth. While you may continue to offer breast milk until 2 years of age or longer, almond milk may also be introduced at mealtimes or as a snack. Oatmeal Little ones won't master the jaw-grinding motion, which helps with proper chewing until they are 4 years old. In the meantime, their food must be mashed or cut up into small easy to chew pieces. Oatmeal is a wonderful option as your child makes this transition into chewing. It is easy to swallow and have an interesting nutritional profile with a hearty heap of proteins, carbs, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. Whole-grain pancakes Pancakes are common among kids and whole grains are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibres. Thus whole grain pancakes are a natural solution to what to serve your child. Avocados Avocados are also fantastic foods to feed. Their impressive nutritional profile supports your child's growth. They are packed with healthy fats which support your child's brain and heart. Steamed broccoli, peas and carrots Steaming vegetables such as broccoli, peas and carrots is an excellent way to introduce your child to this important food group. Broccoli, carrots and peas pack fibers and vitamin C. Carrots contain lutein which supports eye health, while peas pack muscle building proteins. Thank you
Kindly suggest treatment for Amyloidosis.
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
07:36 PM | 03-04-2020
Hello Aishwarya, Amyloidosis is an autoimmune condition that does not allow proteins to get easily absorbed. Protein is the main ingredient of the body that does not get absorbed due to weakening immunity and the digestive system. The cause behind it is inflammation, inflammation in the body happens when our body's defense mechanism is active because of not eating right the eatable does not get digested in proper manner and remain in the blood, blood takes it as a foreign object and starts its continuous action as inflammation. Amyloidosis is had effects on multiple organs as protein is needed in building every area. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption. The next thing to do is have a high fiber diet with sources like apples, bananas, oranges which will help in easy passage of bowels and healthy nutrition absorption. Amyloidosis has effects on our cardiovascular system, consuming walnuts and almonds will help in protecting your heart. Exercise: Rest is very important in this case, our muscle not able to do intense exercises as proteins are not supporting. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.
My sgot is 41 and sgpt 53 i m occasionally drinker. Don't know why it is higher. Plz suggest natural way to heal this?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
04:14 PM | 19-03-2020
Hello Jasjit, The reason Sgpt or Sgot is high is not directly proportional to drinking but there are various other factors which are involved in here. It is everything from what we eat and the stress we have in our daily life together which amalgamates. If we see from a medical point of view, you are on borderline to suffer from any liver, kidney or heart problem. If we put an effort to holistic approach, it is a complete process from long term wrong eating habits, to leading a sedentary lifestyle and making drinking and smoking a part of it. Taking a natural measure will help you come back to ideal health. Now that we are clear that it is the food, we should take measures in all angles, including sleep, exercise and meditation to help us heal. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for atleast one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Go for complete cleansing of the liver where you are consuming one type of fruit in the whole day and give your liver a complete detox. This you can do any time, especially on a holiday. Vitamin C rich diet like lemon, oranges, mosumbi, grapes is what is recommended. Fennels seeds aid in digestion by putting less load on the liver. Consume them after your meals. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also helps in activating our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Pandangusthanana, Paripurnanavasana, Bhujasana are helpful in liver detox. Practice them before suryanamaskar session under an expert guidance. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. I have achalasia cardiac disease. Is there any natural treatment for this?
Dr Sangeeth Somanadhap...
01:50 PM | 03-01-2020
The oesophagus is the tube, which is a part of GUT, that carries food from the throat to the stomach. Achalasia cardia is a severe health condition that affects your oesophagus. The lower oesophagal sphincter (LES) is a muscular ring that closes off the oesophagus from the stomach. The sphincter gets into action whenever there is a food movement from mouth to the stomach. If you have achalasia, your LES fails to open up during swallowing, which it’s supposed to do. This leads to a backup of food within your oesophagus. This condition can be related to damaged nerves in your oesophagus. It can also be due to damage of the LES. Achalasia usually occurs later part or elderly age group, but sometimes it can also occur in children. Individuals who are middle-aged and older are at higher risk for the condition. Achalasia is also more common in people with autoimmune disorders. People with achalasia have a problem in swallowing or feel like food is stuck into their oesophagus. This condition is also called dysphagia. These symptoms can cause coughing and raise the risk of aspiration or inhaling or choking on food. Other symptoms might include pain or discomfort, weight loss, heartburn or even intense pain or discomfort after eating. Some natural ways to manage it, Don't Overeat - Avoid overeating. In Naturopathic philosophy we say that eat half stomach with solid food, quarter with water/liquids and quarter should be kept empty. Also, make a point to avoid heavy meals and too many oily foods or spices ( north Indian curries especially) Lose weight - Sometimes fat accumulation on the abdomen could push the intestines or abdominal structures downwards and could possibly cause a condition called hiatus hernia. Hence losing weight must be a very important measure to undertaken if you are overweight. Consume low carbs - Consumption of large quantity of carbs could result in poor digestion in the GUT. It always wise to consume in less quantity. Avoid coffee/alcohol/carbonated drinks. Avoiding these could help too Eat less of chocolates and drink less citrus fruit juices Avoid eating raw onions if at all you have a habit Give at least three hours of time gap between your dinner and sleep. Keep your head in an elevated position when you sleep.

Does tea interferes with the absorption of iron?

Dear Nikita, Tea not only hinders in the absorption of vitamin iron but in nature cure parlance it is called 'Vitamin Thief since it contains sugar, chemicals like, thien, tannin, caffeine, milk and some exotic varieties contain condiments '.It is a stimulant giving a sense of deja vu , a temporary sense of kick to start the day. There is a Law of 'Dual effect ' which means that the current effect of tea is transient and the later effect which is stable and long lasting one is deleterious and hazardous to the tea drinkers and breeder of many diseases such as acidity, indigestion, insomnia, gout, excess heat heartburn, loss of hair etc. etc. , since it contains many hazardous chemicals inimical to the health Please therefore have nothing to do with it, don't touch it even with a barge pole V.S.Pawar MIINT 1980

Namaste Rakesh Kumar There are a couple of very simple solutions to the dharan problem. It is the displacement of the solar plexus nerve. Resting and relaxing is the first requisite. As it can be helped to move back in place only when the stomach is completely empty. 1 In the morning after morning ablutions you may take an empty steel cup or katori and place is exactly under the belly button and lie on your stomach. You must do this on a hard surface like the the floor on a mat and not on the bed. turn your face to one sine. Lie down and relax. Every time you breath out you relax further. And slowly after a coupke of breaths you can start hearing your heartbeat on the katori. when this happens it will mean that the nerve has moved back into its place. slowly turn on your back and get up with support and bend forward and touch your toes (paschimottanasan) Do it a couple of times, get up slowly and drink something warm to help the nerve to stay in its place. As you say the nerve doesnt stay in place for long, repeat this activity for atleast three days consecutively. 2 Another thing we can do to shift the Dharan in place is to hang from a bar at a good hieght so that the whole body stretches very well. let the full body weight pull at your hands. Let the legs hang loose from the body. dont bend them just let the stretch . This too has to be done early morning empty stomach. This you can start doing adter three days of the katori excercise. keep on doing it for as many days as possible until your dharan stops moving out of place. Do try this and let us know it it worked for you. Be Happy Be Healthy Always Swati Dhariwal Nature Cure Practitioner

Hy... You can cure psoriasis with naturopathy easily but it needs proper guidance under a physician I can suggest you a treatment protocol for that in which you can cure your psoriasis within a period of 3-4 months or may be before that but it requires a hard core dedication. I suggest you to follow fasting therapy under the supervision of a doctor. And hydrotherapy treatment like ganji termeric bath, epsom salt full immersion bath, etc I suggest you to follow 1 month proper diet and fasting therapy if you are doing it by yourself only. Hello. Try having not more than one grain meal in a day. For eg: If you are eating roti / chawal in lunch, keep breakfast & dinner grain free. That's because grains are difficult to digest foods & most of the grains are acidic. In breakfast you can have fruits - as is or in the form of juices or smoothies, dairy-free & sugar-free though. For ideas, visit the recipes section of wellcure. For dinner, you can do salads or soups. Also, don't take stress. You will be fine soon with these natural changes. Stress will only aggravate your acid reflux. You must focus on relaxing. Sleep well, sit in the sun, deep breathe. All the best dear.

Coronary artery disease is definitely reversible on a plant-based diet. To understand how to reverse your condition you will have to understand what caused your condition in the first place. We all know that the role of the Heart is to pump blood. So the story goes like this, you eat some food, the food gets into the stomach. And for that To digest, it has to go through the entire Gastrointestinal tract. Among this liver, the gallbladder and pancreas play a major role in trying to understand and assimilate the food. The liver is one of the organs where it understands whether the food you eat in is right for the body or not. Any food that is not available directly from nature is something that the body does not understand. In any food that the body does not understand gets accumulated in the liver and the surrounding organs. One of the major functions of the liver is to thin the blood from all the fats that you constantly been feeding day after day. This might be in the form of Tadka it might be in the form of fried food it might be in the form of dairy it might be any form of animal products that you have been consuming. Please remember that cold-pressed Oils are also oils but definitely better than refined but any oil is oil. Over a period of time, these fat deposits get accumulated in the body because we don’t have vim and pril to scrub these in the body. What we do have is bilirubin that does the blood-thinning work by reducing the fats by thinning down the fats. If you have a high concentration of fats and other forms of toxins in the blood the oxygenation level in the blood will be extremely low. This low oxygenation level can pose a risk to your heart and brain. The heart actually expects a purified form of blood from the liver. Initially, when you’ve had a high-fat diet the liver would have handled the situation. But one cannot expect this to happen over and over and over again. Over a period of time, all the things that the body does not need starts overflowing from the liver and liver efficiency reduce. When the efficiency of the liver reduces it means that the blood will also be contaminated. If you are the heart and you will have to suck crude oil from a certain distance you will definitely have to put that effort, isn’t it? Now if the heart has to do this over and over again on a daily basis what would be its status after a few months or years? It’s simply getting tired gets inflamed and you will have a named condition. Whatever may be the name of your condition what however complex is your issue it just means that the heart is tired from doing the work that it has been doing in your body over and over again. The only remedy to this problem is to make sure that your blood is naturally thinned and handled by the body and gives the heart a break and makes the pumping the pushing and pulling easier. How do you do this ? the answer is very simple:- you have to make sure that you consume a wholefood plant-based lifestyle , even your greens have to be in its natural whole state unpolished, absolutely no oil in your diet, very low intake of nuts and seeds after a period of time but not while healing. Focus to eat fresh raw fruits vegetables and greens for the entire day except for dinner when you can make an exception. Since your condition is not something that will heal overnight like a cold or a cough you must not hurry this detox rapidly as it can backfire and cause more harm than you expect. so it is very important that you just change your lifestyle to a plant-based lifestyle and then eventually stabilise this. Continue to expose yourself to the sun for about an hour a day. Join a yoga class and practice yoga and pranayama under a certified practitioner and practise yoga that is safe for your condition. Ensure that you eat raw for most of your day this will naturally thin down your blood and give the body a break from the fats so once all the oils start getting released from your body naturally, you will overtime be healed of your condition. the heart is a very resilient, a very strong organ. It is one of the last organs to stop. It is designed to keep you alive. So much is the power of the heart. It has equally good stamina to spring back up when the conditions are ideal. From removing dairy eggs meat fish sugar wholewheat maida barley any form of oils all kinds of packaged foods that are ready to eat, practice mindful eating, chew your food as long as possible and swallow it. Avoid all form of screen time when you are connecting with your food. Avoid using salt for any of your raw meal except for dinner and reduce the quantity of that as well. Avoid using refined salt and use pink salt as minimally as possible. Greens like spinach have natural salt in them that can replace salts in any meal. Lime juice is a great substitute for salt. Let me know if you have any questions Be blessed Smitha Hemadri (educator of natural healing practices)

Hoping you will understand English also sir. Yes, if you think a lot, then you will drain the energy that will otherwise be used for probably healing your BP by the body. Secondly, whatever you focus on will get more momentum as per the concept of quantum physics. So if you think more about BP, the universe will give you more of what you ask. If you don't want BP, stop thinking about it and focus on thinking about what you want ( not what you don't want). You have come to the right forum. Whatever may be the name of your condition, however, complex is your issue it just means that the heart is tired from doing the work that it has been doing in your body over and over again. The only remedy to this problem is to make sure that your blood is naturally thinned and handled by the body and gives the heart a break and makes the pumping the pushing and pulling easier. How do you do this? the answer is very simple:- You have to make sure that you consume a whole food plant-based lifestyle, even your grains have to be in its natural whole state unpolished, absolutely no oil in your diet, very low intake of nuts and seeds after a period of time but not while healing. Focus to eat fresh raw fruits, vegetables, and greens for the entire day except for dinner when you can make an exception. Since your condition is not something that will heal overnight like a cold or a cough you must not hurry this detox rapidly as it can backfire and cause more harm than you expect. so it is very important that you just change your lifestyle to a plant-based lifestyle and then eventually stabilize this. Continue to expose yourself to the sun for about an hour a day. Join a yoga class and practice yoga and pranayama under a certified practitioner and practice yoga that is safe for your condition. Ensure that you eat raw for most of your day this will naturally thin down your blood and give the body a break from the fats so once all the oils start getting released from your body naturally, you will overtime be healed of your condition. The heart is very resilient, a very strong organ. It is one of the last organs to stop. It is designed to keep you alive. So much is the power of the heart. It has an equally good stamina to spring back up when the conditions are ideal. By removing dairy, eggs, meat, fish, sugar, wholewheat, maida, barley any form of oils, all kinds of packaged foods that are ready to eat, practice mindful eating, chew your food as long as possible and swallow it. Avoid all forms of screen time when you are connecting with your food. Avoid using salt for any of your raw meals except for dinner and reduce the quantity of that as well. Avoid using refined salt and use pink salt as minimally as possible. Greens like spinach have natural salt in them that can replace salts in any meal. Lime juice is a great substitute for salt. You have panicked because you didn’t have the right awareness and information. This happens naturally to everybody. Don’t fear. Now that you have the information take the right steps to correct your food habits and you can avoid that medication as the problem slowly gets balanced and reversed fully. If you are the heart and you will have to suck crude oil from a certain distance you will definitely have to put that effort isn’t it? Now if the heart has to do this over and over again on a daily basis what would be its status after few months or years? It simply gets tired gets inflamed and you will have a named condition.
