Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. Now as our boy already in a sluggish state, the immunity is weakened. Our metabolism is surely going to become slow leading to low metabolism and difficulty in losing weight. The main thing to treat this multidimensional illness should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes. Consume this mixture during evening time to accelerate metabolism. High selenium diet which is peanuts, almonds, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Cat and Cow pose helps in increasing the function of the thyroid gland. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. Hello user, With your problems the main thing which we have to learn is by prioritizing overall health you will be able to get rid of most of the issues. Cervical spondylosis is an inflammatory reaction which reduces the flexibility of our neck by fusing the small bones. According to our body, it is a functional change, but the natural cause is an accumulation of all toxins. Our blood starts reacting to the antigens, which are the result of our chronic high fat diet and sedentary lifestyle. Even bad posture is a cause, which does not allow the required nutrition to get absorbed. Hence vitamin D deficiency is the reason your bones are becoming weaker and causing inflammation. It is time to make some change in the lifestyle in order to treat the condition effectively. Here are a few guidelines which you can keep in mind in order to heal. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health. Take one inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water and add 5-6 basil leaves, drink during evening time, this will relax your inflammation. Have a diet which is rich in fruits, raw vegetables and whole grains will help in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink eight to 10 glasses of water each day. Exercise: Daily physical activity is crucial for people with this disease. This can reduce pain and also improve your mobility, posture and helps you maintain your flexibility. Practising good posture can help prevent spinal fusion in a stooped or deformed position. Not everyone will have a fusion in the spine, but practising good posture can help keep your spine in a place that looks and feels better. Posture exercises should be practised daily to have the best impact on cervical to back spine. Sitting on a chair, look in the front, flex your neck, extend -bring it to centre-extend upwards again bring it to centre. Then slowly rotate. Do this set 10 times in order to increase circulation and your flexibility is maintained. Massage can help you achieve that perfect mobility despite your disease. Massaging for 15-20 minutes is very important to improve blood circulation in that area. Massage with coconut or almond oil by warming it. Meditation: Practice mindful meditation. Deal with your stress. Allow positivity to be part of your life. Doing 15-minute exercise before sleep about deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind, you can use music also for relaxation. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is very important in order to completely relax. In sleep what our body does is go through is the process of repair. Relax your self by taking a water bowl and 2-3 drops of essential oil, like orange and lavender which will help in relaxing the sleep. This will aid in treating any kind of inflammation. It is time to make ourselves healthier without disease hampering our growth. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you

Hello Rohit Singh Negi, High blood pressure happens because our normal blood circulation is under 20 times more force and pressure than normal blood circulation. This happens because our blood vessels are narrowed down due to the accumulation of unhealthy cholesterol and toxins which our body is not able to digest. Our body is designed in a simple manner where the lighter the things, the easier they are digested but what we do is accumulate our normal diet with lots of fats and highly complexed carbohydrates like gluten which becomes difficult in digesting thus resulting in accumulation in blood vessels and in the end high blood pressure. Now that we are clear that it is the food, we should take measures in all angles include sleep, exercise and meditation to help us heal. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be, because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for least one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consuming raw garlic an hour after your breakfast will act as catalyst in dissolving the unwanted fats in blood and helping you regulate blood pressure. A ginger lemon tea will help in dealing with inflammation, have it two hours after your afternoon meal. Helps in combatting blood pressure. High potassium diet like bananas, apricots, walnuts is very helpful. Potassium tends to lessen the effect of sodium, causing blood pressure. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. A brisk walk in early morning sun for 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also helps in activating our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Whenever there is an episode of high blood pressure, sleep on your left laterale side where the blood circulation will be relaxed treating your high blood pressure in moments. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. I'm going through a intermenstrual period two weeks after my regular period. It is with a very heavy flow as well as large chunks of clots throughout the day. I have also noticed dry and irritated skin around the hips. Kindly guide me. Thank you in advance.

Hello User, If we keep on loading ourselves with adulterated things and chemical-based products we are definitely going to be prone to any kind of illness, once the disease enters the body it is the whole body that needs to heal and not the part and this is what natural cure is all about. here it is a good start that you have started with a healthy diet. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get your self treated well and your intermenstrual cycle will cease. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in stopping the bleeding. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron and make sure to constrict blood vessels. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Apply ice packs every 20 minutes which helps in constriction of blood vessels. Taking tamarind water will help in dealing with bleeding issues, have it twice a day to stop bleeding, two hours after your meals. Cumin water is also helpful in treating the same. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg, and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you

Hello User, The basic pathology behind the psoriasis disease is in two parts, one part is our immunity gets hampered and starts producing abnormal cells and second is inflammation. To simplify both, our body is getting affected by our day to day lifestyle which is high-fat diet and sedentary living which is affecting our body and, in your case, the cause of fatty liver too and activates its defence mechanism in order to protect it. Skin giving the first reaction to everything going inside the body, that is where psoriasis begins. Now what can be these things which our body is protecting us from? Stress, smoking, vitamin D deficiency (low sun exposure), any kind of past skin injury-causing infection, a high-fat diet which causes difficulty indigestion. Now that we are clear about the cause, an initiative for holistic change can help you from within and treat you the best. Eat: Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The diet rich in Vitamin C is what we should start with like oranges, mosumbi, lemon, berries. These are going to be very helpful in the case of iron absorption. Refined sugar and salt, dairy products and gluten should be completely avoided in your situation. Application of coconut oil is important. One tablespoon of coconut oil and 2-3 drops of tea tree oil will help in keeping the skin moist, apply thrice a day. One tablespoon of olive oil mixed with your bathing water while taking a bath. In the evening, two hours after your meal in the afternoon, take one inch of ginger, one teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water, bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes and consume daily. This will help in treating inflammation which is causing psoriasis and fatty liver both. Exercise: Surynamakar helps in increasing the blood circulation doing 12 sets will help, start with 6 if you are a beginner. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is the best source of Vitamin D taking brisk to walk around 6-7 will help in treating psoriasis. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive.A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.15-minute relaxing meditation with the help of light music before sleep will help you in relaxing. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you.

Dr. Khushbu Suthar
10:12 PM | 15-04-2020
Hello User, Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just the part and this is what natural cure is all about. Bartholin cysts are just an inflammatory reaction of our body which is towards how we are loading our body with complex nutrition. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise with your inflammation getting cured. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in treating inflammation. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with a tablespoon of lemon helps in treating inflammation, consume it during the evening. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body. Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle and healthy reproductive system. Warm baths, by sitting in a tub with lukewarm water, it will dissolve and help in dilating blood vessels and releasing the cysts. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. This will help in controlling anxiety during stress. Massage your pelvis with coconut oil, this will help in healing blood circulation. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you.

My mother has chronic thyroid problem. She is 40 plus kindly suggest home remedies to lower the problem.
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
08:23 PM | 09-04-2020
Hello Mukesh, With chronic thyroid problems, I assume depending on her age "hypo". The answer is with respect to it. Hypothyroid happens due to what we have been putting in our body, which is eating a tamasic diet (adulterated, rotten and unhealthy junk is considered as tamasic). In this case, when we load our body with this kind of food, our metabolism becomes sluggish, "hypo" thyroid happens. Here, our body starts pushing on more to reach an optimal level of functioning. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health and reach your optimal solution. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. High selenium diet which is walnuts, mushroom, etc helps to increase the function of the thyroid. Hello Chandana, Protein intake being low is the cause for decreased hair growth, as our hair is made up of proteins. Eating a low-quality diet with complex carbs also does not allow protein in the food to get absorbed. Hence we need multidimensional effects in order to treat hair growth problem, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. Proteins in the form of fruits and vegetables, seeds like chia and flax also have good proteins, and will be light on the stomach and will help in complete absorption. Hair packs which you should try for hair growth: 1. Onion juice helps in increasing hair quality. 2. Massage hair with coconut oil with aloe vera gel natural extract to improve blood circulation in hair. 3. Methi seeds powder mixed in water helps in giving shiny hair and treat hair growth effectively. Exercise: Rubbing nails of both hands with each other tends to increase blood circulation in the scalp. This leads to show healthy effects on hair. Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. Dr. Khushbu Suthar
09:08 PM | 16-03-2020
Hello User, Anal abscess to loose stools, both are the effects of inflammation happening in your body due to your rich in spices and adulterated diet. With high gluten and unhealthy fat content in your diet what happens is our body is not able to regularise the digestive tract function but slows downs causing indigestion. The pain happens due to the injured part in the area of abscess which is not healed due to the continuation of the same type of diet, it is time to take a nature's step and heal your condition to avoid such relapses of pain and discomfort. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume a plate of tomatoes with black pepper an hour before a meal, for easy digestion. Fennel seeds after a meal will help in increasing the digestive system's pace. A ginger lemon tea will help in dealing with inflammation, have it two hours after your afternoon meal. Consuming bottle gourd juice in your breakfast will help in treating digestive tract problems. Apply aloe vera gel in near the anal region twice a day, for soothing effects and easy stools. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Practice vajrasana after every meal in order to aid digestion. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. I am suffering from thyroid since many years with my TSH level going to 8. 66. Can you please help?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
05:57 PM | 28-02-2020
Hello Priya, TSH means, thyroid-stimulating hormone when increases, it means that our gland function is reduced, this is the reason why we get overweight and start feeling sluggish, low in energy, inflammation takes place as a defence mechanism and our daily routine gets hampered. Our body becomes lethargic with the type of food consumes like milk products, gluten, packaged chemical-based products, smoking, alcohol which are tamasic in nature according to yoga. We have to work on it. In order to lead a healthier lifestyle But by taking measures in all the directions and reaching towards a healthy health growth we can get our ideal health. A lighter diet will help in accelerating thyroid gland function and our body can be back in harmony. With a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. High selenium diet which we get from our nuts, you can munch on peanut and gram as an evening snack. Selenium will help in the functioning of the gland. Take one tablespoon of coconut oil at night before sleep two hours after your dinner, it increases our metabolism. Consume ginger lemon tea, one inch of ginger and one tablespoon of lemon juice boiled in one cup of water. Consume it during the evening. This will help in treating inflammation and increase thyroid gland function. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. Early morning walk is recommended. Cat-cow pose, cobra pose, fish pose repeat each pose 3-5 times by holding it for 5-10 seconds and continue in the given order. This will help in treating the issue. And proceed with a session of Suryanamaskar. These poses help in accelerating the action of the thyroid gland. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. Imagine your thyroid to be healthy and see yourself breathing completely and enjoying nature. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
