Hello User, Tinnitus or any Hearning issue has two important causes structural which are due to the accumulation of ear wax and function mainly related to psychological stress. By taking an initiative in a holistic way you can overall help yourself, that is why by taking a step towards holistic health you can effectively treat yourself in nature's way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Mineral-rich food sources like seeds for example in the evening soak chia seeds in a glass of water for an hour, soak them and add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Consume it two hours after the meal, this will help in increasing your nerve strength in the ears. A high potassium-rich diet like papaya, bananas and pears are highly recommended in your diet to treat tinnitus as it will help in building auricle-neural pathway. Locally apply mustard or coconut oil in ears 2-3 drops for clearing of wax. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshens us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. An early morning walk is recommended. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Sukhasana, Balasana, Shavasana are very much helpful, practice each pose 5-10 seconds after the session of Suryanamaskar for improving earring strength. Meditation: Stop using the gadget an hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful in the treatment of tinnitus. During the episode of tinnitus, you can inhale it by putting two three drops on a handkerchief. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allow your body to relax, any thought which comes, let it go do not resist. Say the affirmation, "I am healthy and happy" with each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Make sure your room is gadget-free an hour before sleep. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hello User, Acidity is a common problem in day to day life. It usually happens when the excess acid from the stomach escapes and irritates the oesophagus and the throat. As you said you get acidity only after you start your diet. The main cause of it can be an imbalanced or an improper diet a diet which lacks in foods that eliminate the stomach acid or worse, increase it. 1. Dietary advice: Drink warm water with a few drops on lemon in the morning and whenever you feel that you have acidity. Lemon even though acidic in nature has been known to fight acidity and its symptoms. Having Basil leaves daily or Basil extract in water will help you fight acidity. Fennel seeds have been known as a natural cooling agent. Fennel seeds can be chewed after meals to avoid acid reflux. Drink water with fennel seeds and jaggery as it will aid digestion and help with acidity. Cardamom and cloves will aid in digestion but don't overuse it. 2. Physical advice: Walking daily for 30-40 minutes in sun is advisable. Mild to moderate exercise has been known to be effective in acidity. Try not to sleep or lie down for at least 2 hours after eating the food as this is one of the leading causes of reflux. Yoga like Surya Namaskar has been proven to strengthen the digestive system and the muscles supporting it. 3. Mental advice: Mental anxiety and stress are also factors which slowly precipitate to acidity. Calm down using some essential oils before sleep will help you a lot. Pranayam or any breathing exercise will help you both in acidity as well as your weird thoughts. 4. Routine and lifestyle advice: Quit smoking and drinking. Avoid dairy and caffeine as they are known to trigger acidity. Avoid high-fat food. Avoid tomatoes or any food that triggers acidity in the diet. I hope I have covered all the points. Do let me know in the comments if you have any doubts. Thank you. Dr. Sukan M. Rajpurohit M.P.H (Gandhinagar)

Hello Arti, Loose motions indicate an abnormality in the digestive function which is basically due to improper eating habits and wrong choices of foods. Loose motions result in watery stools which leads to fluid loss from the body resulting in weakness. Reasons for loose motions Overeating. Excessive alcohol consumption. Eating wrong foods like high fatty foods, spicy foods. Unhygienic conditions. Diet Start the day with a glass of water with lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism of the body. To add to Anchal and Swatantra, please add a physical fitness regime to his week / day. Kids needs to run and play a lot as opposed to the current days where kids are mostly on gadgets. Body was not designed for this. So please add swimming in the eveniongs after school if possible. If it can only be during weekends, then add 12 suryanamaskaras to his lifestyle under a trained teacher. After some warmups, some burpees / tabatas / Squats / anything fast that will make him sweat a lot has to be done on a daily basis. One major advice is to remove all animal foods from his diet and his lifestyle which are mostly going to put all his efforts in vain. Thanks and let me know if you had more questions around this.

In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat. Always eat only plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Exercise Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation. Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Practice pranayam regularly, like bhastrika, kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning regularly for 15-20min. Hello Nehal, The thyroid gland secretes hormones that help to maintain the brain, heart, muscles, etc. An overactive or underactive thyroid gland leads to thyroid disorders. an underactive thyroid gland results in hypothyroidism. It is a lifestyle-related disorder that occurs when we load our body with wrong foods like saturated fats, refined sugars, etc. It becomes difficult to cure the problem and lose weight if we continue to load our body with such wrong foods. So, it is essential to make some lifestyle changes and dietary changes. Diet to follow- Have a variety of fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Eat sprouts, salads, and dry fruits. Have pulses, nuts, and beans. Take antioxidant-rich foods like blueberries, amla, orange, or lemon. Drink plenty of water during the day, approximately 8 to 10 glasses of water to be hydrated. Diet to avoid- Avoid processed, packaged, and preserved foods. Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not meant for our human digestive system and lead to the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Exercise Exercising and yoga are very essential for good blood circulation in the body. Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Do plank for 5 minutes. Take sunrays daily in the morning as it will provide the body with Vitamin D which is essential for the good health of bones, teeth, and muscles. Sleep Sleeping pattern is very important for a good circadian rhythm which affects hormonal balance and hence the functioning of the whole body. Hence, it is very important to have proper sleep. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Thank you

Weight is stuff which you have stored in the body So first of all learn to detoxify your body by using natural or self enema. Take 4-5 glasses in the morning to clean the gut. Preferably take lemon honey water as first input of the day. Half your diet while adopting chewing habbit. Don't forget adopting no water with meal habbit. One time meal skipping is the best way to reduce that is also morning breakfast after taking morning water there is no need of BF. More exercise for gut control like half sit-up and six app booster
Suffering with depression , weight loss , fatigue and not able to step out as everybody around keeps asking again and again about why my physical appearance has spoilt so much. They say I look skinny and tired which in turn creates overall depression and stress. What can I do?
