Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans to your diet. Have fresh green leafy vegetables. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc instead of refined grains. Have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have a good amount of water throughout your day to be hydrated. Foods to avoid Avoid spices and spicy foods. Avoid sugar, maida, wheat, white bread. Avoid all the packaged food items, deep-fried foods, processed foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid dairy food items. Exercise Exercise is equally important as diet as it will help to improve the blood circulation and metabolism of the body and also will help to burn the excess fat. Start your morning with a walk or jogging of 30min. Do plank for 5minutes. Perform yoga like suryanamaskar, kapalbhati, pashchimottan asana. Hello Soniya, Diet plays a major role in dealing with this constipation. Your diet during pregnancy and his diet after birth both have played a role in bringing the result. The normal range according to WHO is that if the kid is able to perform 2-4 times a day and remains active, it is considered normal. If your kid is not active in playing or responding, then passing stool becomes difficult. Things to do: During the evening, give her half a glass of warm water which will help in releasing stool. The next thing is to start with a fiber-filled diet. 1. Rice water. After boiling the water, make them consume rice water. 2. Include fruits like bananas and apple in the diet. 3. A glass of vegetable juices like carrots and spinach will help them in easing stools. Also give him a glass or half, according to her need, of coconut water. 4. Avoid milk and milk products. 5. Avoid gluten which makes us prone to constipation due to complex absorption. 6. Make them play and keep them active so that energy is used. 7. Make their children sleep on time and keep them away from gadgets. These things will definitely help in keeping your baby healthy and help in their development. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Take care.

The best way to deal with constipation is to improve our eating habits. Having the meals in the time which are effective in having nutrition is what we need for better digestion. With refined sugars, milk, and gluten in our daily diet, our metabolism becomes sluggish and difficult to absorb all the nutrients. The most important thing which we should start with is-the lighter the diet, the easier the digestion and better the excretion. But as we believe in a natural way, it is the amalgamation of sleep, eat, meditation, and exercise which we should be doing for long term cure. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Hi good morning! I am 35 years old and planning for baby but my right tube is blocked and my husband lives out of country because of his job. Can I unblock my tube naturally. Thank full for the suggestions. Other reports of both are normal.

Hello Arti, Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just that part and this is what natural cure is all about. Blocked fallopian tubes can be due to two reasons: structural or functional. In functional, there is the intervention of the inflammation process resulting in the block. In case it is prolonged, I would like to advise you to visit our naturopathy experts. Structural reasons can be an injury. When an infection is not treated for long, it causes scar in between the tube resulting in blockage. Guidelines for a functional block of Fallopian tubes: A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation. If you take care of your lifestyle at this moment, then there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise, if it's not, with your inflammation getting cured. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in treating inflammation and releasing blockage. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with a tablespoon of lemon helps in treating inflammation, consume it during the evening. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body. Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body, helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle and healthy reproductive system. Warm baths, by sitting in a tub with lukewarm water, it will dissolve and help in dilating blood vessels and releasing the blocks. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. This will help in controlling anxiety during stress. Massage your pelvis with coconut oil, this will help in healing blood circulation. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you.

Difficulty to sleep is often referred to as Insomnia. Your problem might be acute and may not be a serious one. If this condition is left unattended might lead to Insomnia. Insomnia is the medical term referred to as a sleeping disorder, that is characterized by difficulty falling or staying asleep. Some of the main causes of insomnia are due to poor sleep hygiene, wrong sleep habits, stress disorders, chronic illness, sedentary lifestyles and excessive use of medications. Healthy sleep is explained as getting quality and peaceful long undisturbed sleep for 7-8 hours. Taking a hot shower before sleep might be useful • Avoid using laptops, and mobile phones before sleeping. Use physical books for reading instead of digital devices might be useful to induce sleep. • Ensure that your bedroom is clean and ventilated and aromatic. Keep the windows partially opened so that toxic air can escape and fresh air can come in as you sleep. • Regular exercises such as walking and jogging early in the morning can help improve your sleep quality. These can help reduce stress, improve the body's metabolic activity and help you maintain better physical and mental health. Hello Pankaj, Let us understand why Raw garlic and BP is connected, whenever there is high blood pressure in the body because the regular flow of blood is not coming in a smooth direction. This can happen due to the arteries becoming thickened or any kind of obstruction in the valves. High BP is highly depended on the lifestyle which we have, a sedentary lifestyle with a low intake of nutritive diet is what it causes. Our main focus should be on getting back to the ideal state of health. Now let us understand the usage of garlic in this picture? The nutritive reaction like the presence of certain enzymes which is activated with the help of garlic helps in lowering down the blood pressure. Instead of eating raw garlic first thing in morning you can have it two hours after your lunch, as the body is in rest after that time and consume anything after that period. The first thing in the morning should be having something liquid like water which helps in flushing out the toxins. Start with consuming 2-3 glasses of warm water. Hopefully, it will help you. Thank you.

Hello User, The reason our body works in harmony is because of the reason that the fluid is present in the body, this acts as grease in the body which tends to make sure that all the organs have a smooth flow in function. The knee cap gets disturbed due to the fact that the cartilage is not getting a sufficient amount of fluid in the knee region. So our main focus is to make sure that our body gets the fluid. A good amount of water is needed n the body, 5-6 litres of water is at least needed in the body, the blood is there 5-6 litres so at least that much of water is needed in the body. Start storing the water in copper bottles so as to make sure we get a good amount of copper. Copper is the required mineral which helps in treating fluid. Calcium is another mineral which is needed in this stage to make sure our bones is working in harmony, calcium helps in treating all the disease related to grow and wear tear of our tissues, so the good source of calcium are green leafy vegetables, because not only they are easily absorbed in the body but also we can rely on the plant vegetables for not producing toxicity in the body. Seeds are another good source of calcium, for example, flax seeds. When to eat what? When we eat the right kind of food at the right time we make sure that it is easily absorbed. Let us starts your day with a good amount of water, 2-3 glasses of warm water help in flushing out the toxins. This toxins which come and make our immunity vulnerable to diseases needs to be flushed. Your breakfast should comprise of something light, a fruit bowl and after some time a vegetable juice is easy to digest. This will help in the absorption of nutrients easily. The consumption of seeds after lunch like a mouth freshener is a very good chance of dealing with it,https://www.wellcure.com/recipes/614/seedy-health-mouth-freshenerthis is a good way you can rely on to consume seeds. After in evening time, roasted dried fruits, makhanas, corn, sprouts, are a good choice of snacks. Let us start with dealing with the exercise part, exercising will not only help you in bringing back the comfort but also get a good amount of exercise. 1. After sitting on a chair, raise your legs at a right angle one by one and do it continuously, for 25 times. Do it with one long breath at a time. 2. A brisk walk is something which you can do daily without getting knee pain. 3. By sleeping on your back, you do leg raise alternately, this will put more pressure on the muscles. With the help of these guidelines, you will surely be able to work on your knee gap and your exercises will be fruitful without discomfort or pain. Thank you
